Worst costumer experience I ever experienced. Nobody bothers (greets/or ask why you came there/ what do you need/ etc) when you step in there- everyone acts as if there are super busy even though there are no customers!! They simply walking around!!! I would rather go to Audi or BMW in Rochester Hills and buy... because of this experience! Especially, stay away from Derek

These guys are the best. I have a Range Rover with a 4.2 liter Supercharged V8. I do most of my own Maintenence because I dig it. I buy all of my parts and custom upgrades from them and would use them for anything major. I recently changed the oil with a full synthetic but could not reset the counter due to not having the computer to communicate. The service center understands the concept that gear heads want to do this and said to bring in my truck and they will reset it for free. Other dealerships wanted to change the oil for $165 in order to reset. Great group of guys and super knowledgable. I would for sure recommend them. If you are buying a $100,000 truck, you want and need this level of service.

I had a great time shopping for my new car @ this dealership definitely a 5 star star worthy experience... however my experience with my salesperson warrants a TEN STAR raving review All credit is owed to sales consultant WILLIAM who went ABOVE & BEYOND to get me the EXACT car I was in the market for in a timely manner . WILLIAM is very professional & knowledgeable with 15 years experience in the business. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Land Rover / jaguar!

Went there to look at a 2018-19 jaguar xf. Walked around there entire lot twice with no signs of life (yes they were open) so I left. They probably figured I couldn't afford the car Haha. We had a very pleasant experience with the dealership, our main contact point was William S. We test drove two vehicles and 1 stalled on us. William made quick arrangements for being picked up and got us set up with test drive #2. We finalized on the deal and got our car delivered after some repairs(all paid for by the dealership) in 4 days. Areas they did well: Communication and zero pressure sales Minor areas to improve: Have repairs done before offering the car for sale. Overall, would recommend the dealership and William.

I've been looking for a very specific optioned used Jaguar XFS for quite some time. Lakeside Jaguar had one that was very close. However I live out of state in NY and was hesitant about purchasing. Over the course of a week I spoke to Mike Hinkley at Lakeside Jaguar regarding the car. He was courteous and professional at all times. This was a certified pre owned and he responded to all my questions about the car and CPO program even provided a video of the car. They arranged shipping cheaper than I could find on my own and handled every detail keeping me informed regarding the process. I also received e-mails from the sales manager and GM asking if I had any questions. I realize everyone's experience is different, however if I had to do it again I would and in the event Lakeside Jaguar has the next Jaguar I'm looking for I wouldn't hesitate in making another deal.

Offered $63,000 (wanted 65k) cash for a 2016 Range Rover sport. Front windshield was cracked. Said they couldn’t lower the price to take care of it because they wouldn’t have “enough money left over to pay the salesman”. I’m not sure if I went to a car dealership or a comedy show but DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. The head salesman With the bald head (whose behavior was acting like he was selling Kia’s) didn’t even call me back. Worst service I’ve ever expericanced. So I went and got a porsche cayenne instead :) so much better service and people.

The issue with my 2004 Discovery was not average by any means, and these two gentleman handled it without hesitation. Recently purchased a pre owned Audi S8. William S. was likely the most attentive hard working sales associate I have worked with buying a car. It was east to keep in touch and up to date with him regarding all the details of the purchase of my new car. The dealership is under construction which caused a little bit of confusion but the staff was friendly and welcoming. They have a great waiting area with small snacks and drinks which was welcome while waiting to sign the paperwork for my car. If I were to ever buy a Jaguar or Land Rover this is where I'd go and I'd ask for William as my associate. He really is the hard working salesperson you'd expect.

No worries, Adam was very pleasant and every employee that entered the customer waiting lounge greeted me with "Good Morning!". Adam enough offered me a discount for having to wait so long! They go beyond their limit to help you out on every thing like discounts, options, etc. I had some issue using my discount pin. They did all they can to make it work. They talked to head office to get it resolved. I really appreciate them for that. I have no reservation to say that I will go back to them to buy my next car.

I bought a new range Rover sport. The vehicle was delivered undetailed. I expressed my concerns and was told it was detailed. The vehicle was not detailed !!! A new vehicle should not have tiny rust spots all over the paint. The rust shows completely plain as day on a white vehicle. I talked to the manager Robert and he was very arrogant and rude. The salesman was great and as helpful as he could be but the overall experience from buying a new vehicle from lakeside Land Rover was not good. When I contacted the manager the very next day about my concerns with the rust, he had the attitude that he did me a favor for selling me a new Range Rover. Mind you my credit score is in the low 800's with $20,000 down. He wanted me to bring the vehicle all the way back for him to inspect it. ( I live in Monroe) I don't have time to bring it back to have something fixed that should not have been an issue with a new vehicle.

I had a wheel bearing issue on my Saab and the manger Miguel Nouhan along with the service manager Keith were great help! They recommending that I get a after market wheel bearing kit to keep price down and now it drives like a new car! My car also started just shutting of when I drove and they took care of that problem, at a third of the cost of anywhere else! Knowing that I'm a single father of three and have a ton on my plate, Miguel, Keith and the tech Anthony were very informative, knowledgeable and professional. Had an issue with the car's SIM card (it was actually MY issue because I didn't renew the WiFi subscription once the trial period ended and apparently that causes issues on the AT&T side...who knew?), and I walked into the Service Dept. (without an appointment) and saw Keith the Service Manager, who immediately began to assess the issue and get members of his wonderful team involved in trying to 'fix' the problem. Long story short, they stopped everything they were doing to help me... you just don't see that type of customer service anymore, especially in the fast pace world of luxury car service departments. I have purchased 5 vehicles of this brand from Range Rover/Land Rover. 3 from the Lakeside location. Just recently purchased over 125k in vehicles in two weeks. The second week of ownership my wife's car a Range Rover Evoque dash board electronics went down completely. No odometer, No air conditioning, Nothing was visible, etc. The temperatures have been in the 90's with heat indexes over 100 degrees! She was in the process of transporting a wedding cake that she took to work and was afraid the icing would melt later when transporting to her final destination. She called the Lakeside location and informed her of the dilemma and they stated she would have to wait 14 days for a loaner. We were told by our salesperson (William) to call his personal cell number with any issues and we did just that. That did not get us anywhere! He called back and told us the same thing. No one ever followed up to see if the vehicle was fixed or if they could help in any other way. We called management to no avail. I have since been called by a salesperson wondering if we had purchased a vehicle yet? I explained the scenario to that salesperson and they stated that they would have someone call us back before the end of the day. Guess what? No one called us back and its been over a month. I will not purchase any more vehicles from LAKESIDE RANGE ROVER ever again. They certainly care about the sale but customer service not so much. Very, Very Poor Customer Service!

My rating was a 5 star until I have dealt with this dealership long enough to realize it is not as good as it seemed. The last time I had my car towed to be fixed they returned it missing the plastic cap for towing on the back it's been over 2 months and they have NEVER shipped me a new one...not to mention left my car running on ZERO gas I barely made it to the gas station. I filled the loaner car tank with premium gas but this dealership couldn't at least put enough gas in my car to make it to a gas station. The time before the last the service department left a craftsman wrench in my engine. So unprofessional. I really thought this would be the dealership I would suggest to people and my lifelong place to purchase vehicles....sadly I do not want to go back...They said they would ship a new cap and reimburse me for the gas....still waiting it's been 2 months....

I see many great reviews for Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside. Before my last visit there, I would have strongly agreed with all of these positive reviews as my previous experience matched it 100%. Unfortunately, I didn't like the way things were handled after I brought my Jaguar to fix the plastic undercarriage cover that broke off while I was driving on a freeway(!). My issue is that I was told that this part came loose because there was some sort of an impact to it - and I know that's not true. There were a couple of screws that came loose and I could clearly see when I pulled over, after hearing strange noise while driving. So the cover wasn't damaged at that time, it was just simply "flipping" underneath the car due to air friction. I could see missing screws - and that's the issue I brought up to customer service - I felt that someone didn't tighten the screws properly following the oil change service. To be fair, it was approximately 3 months since that service took place - still, I felt it could have taken this long for the screws to keep on getting looser to the point where they fell out. I had to rip out this plastic cover, in order to drive my car back home - this is why the pieces were broken off. In the end, it wasn't about the money (I paid for the repairs), I was just upset that the customer service team basically indicated that I wasn't telling the truth. Repairs are now done, though the part came in few days late and nobody updated us on the status until my wife had to call back to see when we can bring the car back. Hopefully, this was just a "one off" type thing. Everyone has a bad day once a while, even the best in the world.

Not a great dealership if you're planning on buying from out of state! Worked with Anthony in sales and he was great to work with! Really responsive, seemed honest, and just a genuine guy. We negotiated price, came to an agreement, and I thought everything was good to go. I started to make financing and shipping arrangements and the next day Anthony told me his manager wanted to, "try and sell the car locally," instead of selling it to me. Our deal was off. WHAT THE HECK!?? What a waste of time! This dealership doesn't value you unless you live locally and can stop in. BEWARE. Don't waste people's time, have your sales guys negotiate pricing for over a week, only to have a manager pull the plug. It's super dishonest and shady! Then you have the nerve to blow up my email inbox with generic, special offers and dealership nonsense. Such a joke. IF YOU DONT WORK WITH OUT OF STATE BUYERS THEN SAY SO! I've bought 8 cars out of state and the process was as smooth as possible. Things started off that way with Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside, and then went south really fast.

They made deal with me on the certain $ amount, asked me to fill credit application online( application got approved, adjust number based on the result), but never got back to me about the delivery or pick of the car. I have been trying to reach out the manager and associate Mike Hinkley and Robert Richey ( have to take name), none of them answering my phone or returning my voicemails. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY!!!!! I purchased a brand new Range Rover supercharge here HORRIBLE MISTAKE. after I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed a ticking sound in the speakers that was very annoying. it absolutely drove me crazy. I took it back to the dealership about a week later and they could not figure out why it was doing what it was doing. they grabbed another vehicle to test and it was doing the same thing. the service manager said my phone was defective so I went and bought a new phone for almost $1000.00 dollars. still same issue!!! I did some research online and I found out it was a manufacturer defect. the dealership did not want to do anything to help me out. Instead the Sales Manager Robert Richie and General Manager Molly Padovini said "the Truck is yours we are not taking it back" I was very thorough with the sales manager Robert Richie when I was purchasing the vehicle about the sound system and wanted to make sure it was the best one that they offered. I would have checked myself but the truck was on its way to the dealership from the factory. come to find out to was not the best sound system they offered and they just wanted me to deal with a ticking sound in the sound system. When I told Robert Richie that I would get my attorney involved HE LAUGHED AND SAID GO AHEAD. STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY THE CAR ONCE YOU BUY IT THEY DONT CARE

Sales department, top notch, would give 5 stars for sales department. Service department on the other hand was by far the worst, most disheveled mixed up place I have ever delt with. Last December I had a problem with the breaks making a very high pitch sound that was so loud, my wife could not use her hands free to communicate her business because it was so loud. The car was less than a year old. They replaced the breaks at approx 9k miles. Same time 1 year later, the same problem. The car has 20k miles on it now, we got the car with 4k already on it. The sent me a quote of $1800 to fix the breaks because it was out of warranty. I was so upset, i called cooperate and they started communicating with the service department. The service department called me back and said they would cover the rear breaks, but would have to pro rate the front breaks to approximately $480. Why would I have to pay 1 cent for breaks that have less than 18k miles on It? Then when I just had enough, I agreed to the quote, they called to settle up on payment and said I owed $790. I said the bottom line quote was $ 592 . He argued with me that taxes and shop fees and labor was not included in the quote, and was very condescending toward me , I was so frustrated I gave the phone to my wife. They talked, he said he was going to get a hold of the service tech that was handling my car, but was out plowing snow. He called back an hour later to my wife and said the $ 592 was the correct price and to tell your husband he apologises for what happened. I finally got my car back, minus 600 bucks for something I should never had to pay. So if you plan on buying a Range Rover, set aside at least 10k for breaks since they only last according to them 20k miles. Also, be prepared to get the worst customer service you ever had. I will never buy a Range Rover from this dealership, unless they get rid of the employees there that have not been trained that the customer is always right.

We live almost 2 hours away and were in the market for a Range Rover. Derek Alore was very patient in working with us and listening to our needs and concerns. Also, the question of buy new or 3 years old certified preowned. He explained the pluses and minuses and also assured us of pick up and drop off service with a loaner no matter what we chose. This especially made us very comfortable. We decided on a 2016. It had very minor detailing needs which he assured us will be taken care of. Listed them for his notes. They delivered the car to us (at their expense) in Toledo a few days later and the car was PERFECT. Derek and this organization go out of their way to please their customer WITHOUT AN OUNCE OF PRESSURE. He never showed greed for the money or the "deal". I must also mention his boss Tom Fraser who was equally respectful and impressive.
