I recently had some service work done at Fox of Cadillac and Debra in service is an angel. She went above and beyond to get my car in and fixed in a timely manner. I had a window regulator go out and my window wouldn't work and was stuck down (in twenty degree weather). She took it in immediately and had it temporarily fixed until the parts were in. This was on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and bright and early Friday morning she had the part, picked up my car, because I wasn't able to close my business and go there, and had it back to me that afternoon. I have to give the Fox team a big thanks for their service and kindness in taking care of me and for going beyond the norm. It's nice to see a business that wants to take care of their customers no matter what it takes. I would recommend to anyone, to take their car to Fox for repairs and to meet Debra. She is a great asset to the company.

Before a road trip took our 2009 F150 here for an alignment, tire rotation, and transmission service. They had to replace front coil springs for alignment. After getting truck back, and starting road trip, grinding noises were coming from the front end. Little bit of Google and found the issue was related to 4x4 hubs. Looking around under the truck found the double vacuum line going to hub actuator was left disconnected. Reconnected but the noise was still present. When we got back Fox took another look, couldn't find any other problems, said the grinding/hub failure wasn't a result of the disconnected vacuum line, but a just coincidence. Asked them to throw a zip tie on that same line that had been broken to keep it away from moving parts and they didn't even do that. Hey what about all the resulting damage of driving the truck 500 miles with a disconnected vacuum line sucking up junk and the hubs trying to engage at highway speed while in two wheel drive? Didn't even get into that with them. Dealt with Matt.

DON’T BUY A USED CAR! My father bought a new Ford 250, loved his salesman Earl Holzhaus, so when we needed to buy a vehicle for our daughter graduating from college to hold her over for a couple of years, we decided to buy from a dealer thinking it would be a safer bet. WOW we were wrong! Lasted 3 months before the timing chain went, had to take it to a dealership to have that replaced in Virginia where she was finishing up an internship for CMU, only to have her make it half way home and the alternator went. Arrived home and we had 24 hours to get her packed to drive to Colorado for her first job. Radiator started leaking, had this replaced there and was told it had been patched previously. Another couple of months and now leaking oil, dealer in Colorado felt the engine needed replaced and the mounts were to rusted. Husband had to fly to Colorado to drive the vehicle home, took it back to Fox Motor for them to evaluate it back on October 7th. Mike Vaillancourt said they would inspect it as a courtesy, after waiting 6 weeks we had to call to see what was happening, another two weeks later and Mike states it has an oil leak and the engine lights on – SERIOUSLY. He then states he could have them look at what it would cost to fix - HELL NO... we will never buy another vehicle from a FOX FORD anywhere with the quality of service we received with all these issues. Realize it's a used vehicle and things go wrong but the maintenance dept did not do their job initially and the management afterwards did not try to help us, unless you want to call this "free inspection" helping. Besides how hard Earl Holzhaus tried to help there is nothing redeeming about FOX MOTOR. Earl helped us find a person to drive the vehicle to a repair shop in Welston, (Welston Lube and Repair) who diagnosed it within 24 hours. We can only hope Earl finds a more ethical dealer to work with for we would love to buy our vehicles with him – just not with FOX MOTORS.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Fox Ford Lincoln of Cadillac. I am very happy with the vehicle and extremely impressed with the service I received during the entire duration of the sale. From the moment I drove on to the lot, to the moment I drove away in my new (new to me at least!) car...they were all about me! What was I looking for...What did I need. In the past, I have been leery to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, mostly because of the stereotypes that go along with car sales, but my experience here left me more than satisfied and has changed me view of car sales to a much more positive one! They made the experience fun and I honestly can't wait to deal with them again. What a friendly, helpful, understanding group of people to work with! Not only was Gordon, the salesman I worked with, enthusiastic and helpful, but his managers, Ron and Ronnie were there to help me get what I was looking for both in price and product, all along the way. Went on a test drive 2016 Corolla, low fuel, tire pressure sensor, and maintenance required lights were all on, drove car around parking lot, drove horrible because it had a flat tire, drove it in the tunnel to get air put in, the salesman Brad Gothard tried telling me there was plenty of air in the tire, I even kicked it to show him how low the tire was... he insisted it had dealer rot and that it was fine to keep driving it... so I went on a drive with my fiance and my 2 month old son in the car in December... needless to say the tire fell of the rim within 10 miles of my test drive, I called to tell Brad what happened... no apology and we sat there for 40 minutes before someone came to pick us up... in the meantime the car ran out of gas while we waited... since then we drove another car and was waiting to hear back if we got approved from the bank or not... it has been 4 days since I heard anything, I called Brad 2 days ago and he said he would call me right back... if you do end up at this dealership stay away from Brad at all costs, he is rude, will send you on the road in a car with a flat tire and empty gas tank, then wont even apologize or call you back when you do try to buy a car...

Shady Dealership If you have your vehicle serviced there and leave it for the day Lookout they used my truck to shuttle people to and from there dealership. The kid slipped up and accidently came to pick me up in my truck. Which I knew nothing about so the kid said john the service manager gave him my keys and said to go pick her up. The kids assumed he meant me which was not the case. They tried to blame it all on the younger guy. BULL he just picked up the wrong person in my truck. This is the 2nd time something like this had happened I just couldn't prove it the 1st time. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER SUCH LIARS AND COMPLETELY SHADY!!!!

Ordered a truck (this was back in 2016), was never given an ETA on when it would be done. Gave up and got a Ram from Don's Auto Clinic. Two months later got an email stating truck was done. Most recently, went to buy a Flex, same year, color, more miles and less options than an identical one that I had missed out on at Babb Ford and they wanted $2k more for it! Just not impressed...

Scheduled vehicle for service, for a known issue by Ford concerning door latches freezing. I arrived at the dealership and they said they installed the last part they had for my vehicle the day before. Soooooo, I take a couple hours out of my day to go to an appointment, THEY scheduled, just to be told what I already knew was wrong and they'd have to order the part! You couldn't have ordered the part, making sure it was on hand for my pre-scheduled appointment, or at least notified me in advance you were out of that part I needed?

The men in the Toyota Service Department of Fox Motors are FANTASTIC! They fixed my daughter's brakes for LOWER then the price they quoted me. It's so hard to trust auto shops, especially if you're a woman. So many places see a woman and think they can make a quick buck. Fox Motor Service Department, Ford and Toyota, have never done that to me! After getting a MUCH higher quote at a different shop, they got the job done CHEAPER than even their own quote! Day after Christmas, lots of snow, driving North on 131, and the dash lights up telling me we have a problem with a tire. Our first thought was Sam's club where we usually get our tires, but it's miles away. Instead we found Fox Ford and are happy we did. I usually think that repair shops in tourist areas have prices for the locals and prices for everyone else, not so at Fox. They couldn't have been nicer, took us right away, gave us coffee, looked at all the wheels and tires, fixed up ever was wrong, and charged us, nothing! I was ready for anything, and they charged us nothing. WOW Later over cocktails at a local place, some fellows at the next table heard my story, and before I could say who, they both popped up with, that must of been "Fox". I only wished we lived a little closer, they'd get all our business, buying and repair.

I just bought an F-150 in March of 14 and I was very impressed with all staff. I redeemed my free oil change recently and service didn't try to up sell me at all. A routine check list was done on tires brakes battery etc. everything was in the green and they sent me on my way. typically you have to be weary of the word "free", However this was not the case. very satisfied. -Mark

This dealership is a joke. First they let me test drive and sell me a vehicle that was already sold. Then the one they tried to sell me was a used piece of junk. Test drove and the exaust was about to fall off and the front end was clunking over bumps, not to mention it had been in 4 accidents according to car fax.
