Generally I clean my own vehicles but I just bought a car from someone for super cheap and the interior was trashed so I decided take it to someone to be professionally cleaned. For how filthy my car was they did a decent job and the price was fair but they're definitely not as detail-oriented as I would be and I'm somewhat disappointed about that.

My husband and I were returning to Toledo last Monday 6/25/18 from Hamlin Lake when we lost a cylinder due to a failed coil. We were told very politely that it would be 45 minutes until someone could break free to take a look, and they came and got the vehicle in 20 Minutes! Coil was replaced and we were back on the road in just under an hour! REALLY great service, everyone so friendly, helpful and accommodating to passers through! Service Department is Awesome! I get my oil changed there all the time, faster and less expensive than most anywhere else I've been. Just bought tires there for less than other places with better wear warranty. Always friendly. Car dealer okay, but wanted to sell me what was on lot and not find me what I wanted in specific vehicle. That was a couple years ago though. Still, love the service department. Jamie, the service coordinator is great.

We were passing through towing a 40' 5th wheel with our F350 Super Duty and needed air in the truck tires. The air at a service station we stopped at wasn't high enough pressure. We called ahead to Babb Ford, they pulled our truck into a service Bay, filled our tires and the service manager backed us out and onto the road again. Fast, pleasant, proffessional service and NO CHARGE. Thank you Babb Ford!!!

We are happy with Babb Ford with the lease deal. Jeff was great. Kept in contact with me thru the dealings. Babb Ford gave us a car to use while this was getting fixed the first time Not happy with this escape. We have problems with the back hatch. Was suppose to be fixed. We came home it never worked. I have used it for 10 days and it only worked once. We had to fold the seat down every time we neefef something out of the back end. We had gradkids with us. They had to get out and we had to fold the seat down each time. Very inconvenient. Now we have to make another trip back to the dealer. I am sure Ford will make it right. It is just how many times will it take??

If I could do 0 stars it would be more appropriate. It took 4 appointments to get breaks fixed. Not to mention they offered to store my snow tires, and then a month later was told to pick them up because they are not in business to store tires. We will not be back. Very frustrating!

I had a rattling at 60+ mph on 2007 Edge. Called service. They said they thought they knew problem. Bring it in at you convenience, and we shall look at it right away, which they did! Turns out there must be more diagnostics, the problem not what thought, so appointment set up for 5 days later. The service dept is polite and capable. Thank you.
