Best Bang for the Buck at Logan. The guy who picked me up, and the fellow that dropped me off were top shelf, despite being overworked and overwhelmed by the success of their company. The back office gave me a break on the rate owing to the tank not being full. Once the courtesy shuttle is in place this place will dominate the luxury car rental segment. The Q5 was flawless. Thank you Silver Car Boston!

We have used Silvercar in other cities and it has always been a great experience. Not this time! The Boston agency doesn’t have their sh!t together at all! It appears that only one person works at a time. Incoming wasn’t very bad, just a short wait at the airport. Drop off was horrible! We arrived early because of a plane change and were told by text message it would be 15 minutes before they were back, we waited for 55 minutes before we ended up calling an Uber, which they said they would reimburse us for. Why there wasn’t someone onsite at all times I’ll never know! Can’t build a business without people to run it. Get it together like you have it in L.A. and Denver!

The car was really great and fun to drive. The pick up and drop off could have gone more smoothly. Since we got in after hours we didn't get to use the concierge but the manager was really great to accommodate us and make up for any inconvenience.
