Great service! Eric is very caring and will work with you. I had originally made reservations at a different rental company and called NextCar to ask a quick question, Eric answered my call and i was very pleased with the services that i ended up canceling my reservation and came here instead! He got me into a nice clean car the very next day. (Which i ended up getting attached to) overall very happy with everything. Glade i came here! I recommend to anyone struggling to find a good rental place last minute with no hassle.

The worst experience I've ever had with car rentals! I made my reservation through Expedia app, I confirmed with my credit card and paid for full insurance for each day of rental. When I arrived at the nextcar in Orlando I was informed that they DO NOT ACCEPT auto insurance from Expedia app and that I WAS FORCED to PAY FOR THE INSURANCE OF THEM (NEXTCAR)! So, I called on Expedia and they could no longer cancel the first insurance and said they did not understand why the nextcar was charging me a second insurance. I ended up paying TWO INSURANCE. AN ABSURD. NO RESPECT. And to make this worse, the nextcar did not respect the time that I put in the schedule for the return of the car. I called the nextcar and explained I had chosen the 2:30 pm schedule and they said that if I did not return the car by 1:04 pm I would have to pay another day car rental. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !! Choose another place to rent a car!

NEXTCAR WAS AMAZING THEY HAVE GREAT CLEAN CARS AT UNBELIEVABLE RATES. I DELT WITH A GENTLEMAN NAMED ERIC WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE SHOWED ME ALL THE VEHICLES THAT I COULD CHOOSE FROM, THATS RIGHT I EVEN GOT TO CHOOSE MY VEHICLE NOT THEM LIKE THE BIG GUYS DO. ONCE I CHOSE MY VEHICLE WE WENT BACK INSIDE AND FINISHED THE PAPERWORK PROMPTLY AND OFF I WAS A VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED NEW CUSTOMER I WILL NEVER RENT ANYWHERE ELSE SO IF YOU EVER NEED A RENTAL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEXTCAR FOR ANY RENTAL NEEDS

This place recently opened and offers a cheaper alternative to the local places like Hertz Avis and Enterprise with out lacking any of the amenities at a fraction of the price you would expect.The owner Eric couldn't of been more friendly and helpful. I have found my go to place for future rentals and i encourage everyone else to make the switch. He offers a wide range of vehicle options from big to small that I'm sure would accommodate all. I give this place 5 STARS !!!

This is the real place for no b.s. u want to rent a car this is really the place. The gentleman there is exactly that a real gentleman who will get u into a rental in 5mins. Call in advance n is even better. The hell with hertz, enterprise n all those companies asking u for too much.
