Alamo has treated me well, so no complaints there. I just hated having to return my car here since you need to spiral all the way up to the top of the garage with really narrow two way lanes the whole way. It makes car return a bit stressful, to me at least.

Quick trip from the airport. Easy processing. Quoted a different price. Corrected the lady and she selected correct day with the special reserved. Didn't like the truck provided due to different color and dislike model. Employee offered a different vehicle without asking.
