Very good customer service. However they were supposed to replace the transmission and gave me the car back without replacing it! That's a pretty large mistake.

I have rented a car here twice when I was having my car serviced at Bruce Lee Auto, just down the road. I chose them because they are within walking distance, as we only have one car. Each time they have done a perfectly good job, even when I didn't have a reservation. My only complaint is waiting in line again just to drop off. On edit: Oh wait, definitely another complaint--they have only a contact form, not online reservations. 1999 called, they want their website back.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. I spent my hard earned working money to only get terrible service from the MANAGERS (Jason, and Shelia) and no car. It feels as if they are running more of a scam than an actual business. If this is the type of representation coming from Toyota I would never spend another dollar with this company again and neither should anyone else. I would rate this place with NO stars if possible.

I hate taking my vehical here, just about every time I have a crapy experience. The only reason I deal with it is bc the oil changes and tire rotations are free.

AVOID RENTING CAR FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Sales department might be good and trusted by my family but this is the LAST TIME I'M RENTING A CAR from them. I got a car in dirty condition and luckily i took pictures thinking they could use this against me, when i returned the car a lady named Luciana told me this car is disgusting now!!!!!!! She actually said this and charged me $100 detailing fee. The car they gave me was missing floor mats ( perhaps on purpose so you cant just shake it off) and she pointed at dirt on floor saying the car is dirty!!!! Well did you give me the car in clean condition? Was it dirt free when you gave it to us???? To vacuum the dirt I could just spend $1 at a gas station, but why would i know i need to take it back vacuumed when i got it dirty??? Amount of rudeness is unbelievable, will avoid renting from them at all cost. No matter how good their auto sales department is. Update: I've sent them the pictures, and you know what they said?? They said the car was returned dirtier!!!!!! what does that even mean, who measured did? what's your definition of dirtier? When I got the car full of human hair, stain on sits and black crumbs all over, dirts on the floor>> I got the car dirty >> so I'm returning the car dirty. Did someone count the amount of dirt on the floor and now they claim it has more?? ***they also tried to charge me for insurance even though I claimed that my own insurance covers it, they went through my policy and said no it doesn't cover it. I had to call my agent and have her talk to them and prove them wrong. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING to add up to your charges, do yourself a favor and AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. POOR MANAGEMENT in RENTAL DEPARTMENT. ****Someone from management called and he was not even willing to listen to me, I really wish I could have obtain the recorded version of the called, I kept asking him to not talk over my voice, he actually said "I don't have to listen to a god damn thing you say" and the he used the F-Word!!!
