Use Extreme Caution. Sold me a Vehicle and 4 months later the engine was ruined. It was only covered for "Stickered Items" And they told me there was nothing they could do. Have a mechanic do a full check on anything you buy from here.

Angie Lafayette and Marc Joyal-Myers worked with us mostly; however, we also spent time with Joel from the Service station, sales consultants Kevin and Preston, and Christian who worked tirelessly with Angie to get us the best financing possible. The atmosphere at Evergreen is very professional, but not uptight. We never felt overwhelmed or pushed, and everyone was eager to answer questions, explain confusing items, and make our car shopping painless. Their waiting area is also very homey with a variety of complimentary beverages and snacks, reading material, a kids' corner, and even a fireplace! Marc, the Assistant Business and Finance Manager, deserves a raise. Or maybe a super nice, all expenses paid vacation. He did a lot of advocating for us, and was very patient and thorough in going over the final paperwork. He went above and beyond the call of duty and really took care of us. Plus, he's got an excellent sense of humor! Joel, the Service Manager, was super patient with us when we had his team do a re-check of the cooling system after we thought the car was leaking antifreeze. He understood our paranoia and took the extra time to reassure us that everything was totally fine. They definitely have our business for maintenance and repairs! Last, but certainly not least, we have to give a HUGE shoutout to Angie. I honestly can't say enough nice things about her. She definitely went the extra mile (more like 100,000) in getting us the best deal for our trade in, as well as even driving out to us with a loaner car when we thought there might be something wrong with the head gasket of our new-to-us, pre-owned Subaru Outback. Even when she probably had a million other things to do, she made us feel like top priority! She is super personable, very bubbly, knows her stuff, and will advocate like hell for you. Give this woman a raise, too! We have both met a lot of shady car salespeople in our lives, and our experiences at Evergreen Subaru have been like a breath of fresh air :-) Thank you all so much! Do not buy extended warrantee from here if your buying anything but a Subaru . They can not do the repairs so you need togo to another dealer and pay the $100 per job the free rental car is a joke . Save your money go somewhere else

So I went here today for some recalls on my car. As soon as I walked into the waiting room I heard one of the techs bring my car in and rev the piss out of it, considering it has a bad exhaust leak by the cat. Also the lower control arms have a recall on them and they were worn out and didn't even ask if I wanted them replaced. After all that I had finally got home an hr later and noticed my hood was never latched.

My husband and I felt very taken care of while car shopping for, and ultimately purchasing, our very own Ascent. Barry, Craig, and several other smiling faces made sure our questions were answered (most before we even asked them!) and were so kind and enjoyable to work with. Driving around in this vehicle has been way more comfortable than I could have imagined. Took my car in for an inspection sticker today and I know it does not sound like a big deal but I hate it when other places leave the glue residue from the old sticker all smudged on the windshield. Well, Chris the tech left mine nice and clean...It's attention to detail that I like about these guys!

Don't buy your car from here. The financial office is unfriendly and unhelpful. The sales team is excellent, but it stops there. Go talk to a sales rep, take a test ride, learn about the car, then take your purchase elsewhere.

They have a great waiting area if you've got kids or you have to hang around a while. They know their stuff, but you have to assert yourself to be sure they get everything in order before you leave. I had a problem with my wiring harness and it took 4 visits (which could have been 2 if they'd be more thorough) to completely solve it. To their credit, they didn't charge me for two of the 4 service appointments.

After a very bad experience at Charlie's Auto Mall, we drove down to Evergreen expecting the worse. Since it was late Saturday we got there just after it closed. As we looked at the cars, the finance and business manager Josh was walking across to the parking lot heading to his car to go home. He stopped and asked us if we needed any help. After telling him what we wanted, he gave us all the info he could and set up a meeting with our salesman Barry. After Barry had contacted my wife, we came back. The Outback Barry had set up for my wife to test was beautiful and she fell in love with it. After looking at the various vehicles, I found I really liked the Legacy sedans. Barry found he could get us a brand new one under our budget and found 2 to test drive. Loved the car, but wanted one or two more options. Barry said he'd be right back and pulled around a Legacy fresh off the truck, dust and all and we took it for a test drive, I decided on it and from there we went to talk to Josh. Josh walked us through all our options, they found us a little money off for buying two cars from them and we left very happy with our new cars. At no time was there any type of pressure or push to buy anything they have. We love our cars and would recommend them highly for anyone buying a new or used car.

Went there to get my airbag replaced because of a recall. They did the work, told me half an hour but I was an hour but I'm not that picky. Picked up my car and was on my way. About 15 mins down the road I realized my sync up device for my car wasn't there. It's a $100 hotspot for my car. Went back to them and they told me they lost it and didn't know where it went. But hadn't bothered to tell me they lost it and I guess was just hoping I would not notice. Luckily someone had found it and it was sitting on the back counter as they told me they didn't know where it went I pointed it out and asked for it back. They said sorry and I left. I would not go back. I could understand losing it and telling me, but letting me leave knowing you lost a piece of my property and hoping I wouldn't notice just shows unprofessional and incompetent employees. I will buy my next car elsewhere.

I was pleased with the overall tone and professionalism of the staff - in particular, Trina Mercer, my salesperson, and the positive tag team effort assist from Kevin Crowley! Update 7/12/19, - Within one day of posting this. Preston one of the sales managers reached out to me and wanted to make things right. They offered to fix brakes and look into other issues. Dropped my car off today and they gave me a loaner. Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Bought a user Mercedes around March of this year. They threw an inspection sticker on it and after the 30 day warranty expired my brakes went back. Brakes don't wear out in 30 days!!!!! They put a 2020 inpection sticker on a car that any other garage would have failed. Then they had the gall to have me sign a form at closing stating that they told me that there was no open recalls. A week after I got found out THERE IS an opened recall on it. Plus they wouldn't fix built in GPS that didn't work the 1st day I had it. Avoid there con artists at all cost. I will contact state and report they put inspection sticker on a car with bad brakes.

My husband and I went to Evergreen Subaru yesterday to trade in and purchase 2 cars. We worked with Barry and Ally on the sales floor and the business manager Don. We had such a great experience with all 3. All were extremely personable and were able to get us into the cars we wanted at our budget. I typically find car shopping scary! Barry, the wonderful consultant at Evergreen Subaru took all fears away when purchasing our car. Our questions were answered in a polite and non-pushy way. The best was, I wasn't sure if my family would fit comfortably in the back seat as we're tall, Barry (who is also tall), said you adjust your seat accordingly and I'll climb out back to see how we all fit. Not only did this put a smile on my face, but it sealed the deal! :) Comfortable vehicle, excellent mileage, great ongoing care and service of our vehicle--you'd be crazy not to go to Evergreen. After other not so thrilling car experiences, I'll be with Evergreen as long as they're around.

I was Looking to purchase a new car, pricing a bit high even when using a car buying service. Sales rep on the phone felt my going to NH dealership in order to save THEIR $400+ doc fee was not worth it. Really??? When I mentioned that my email responses were not sending because their reply email address was incorrect or their mailbox was full and they might have to look it that, the dealership rep said it was probably going to her spam email folder so she wasn't seeing it. Okay, so my purchase related emails are considered spam. There was a condescending tone from the dealership phone rep at this point. Oh well, no soup for you, NEXT!

Filled out an application to finiance an Impreza and was approved for a loan. Sent in all of my tax returns and paystubs. Paid the down payment and drove off the lot with the car. Over a week later they call and say that I was in fact not approved for the loan and need the car back. I had already registered this car. Transferred my ez pass, car wash pass and parking pass to my new car. And sold my old car. They were unwilling to work with me in that situation and just cared about getting the car back. I ended up having to drive all the way back up and pay for it in full and asked the manager on duty for some sort of compensation for their mistake and the trouble they’ve put me through. He promised someone would be in touch but I never received a call three weeks later. I also never received parts they promised on their “we owe” form. I was looking to establish a relationship with the dealer but will be going to Pape in the future.

Over the course of the past year, Evergreen Subaru organized a paper goods drive, led multiple visits to our youth center with their sales team, and volunteered their time to lead a special cookie decorating class with our littlest students. These funds directly support our MAPLE Youth Leadership Program and our BRANCHES College Access Program and impacts hundreds of youth. I went to Evergreen Subaru and leaving in frustration at the game at another Subaru dealer the week before. I had done my research, I knew what I wanted, I knew my credit score and I already had financing in place if the dealership didn’t offer something better. I was really dreading trying again, wow what a whole different experience. I met Preston at the door as he hustles to open it for me when he was coming in from behind me outside. He was so friendly. Phew good start. I asked to talk to the finance manager. I met Craig at this point. So friendly, young but smart enough to be a listener, treated me with respect and it was an easy conversation to try to figure out if they could provide a vehicle, trade my car and get at a payment I was comfortable in . (I was upside down on my trade so that was a little stressful for me.) So when we got to a place where I want to discuss buying it was time to get a salesperson...Oh I will take the person who held the door. Preston who happened to be the Sales manager came in. What personality these gentlemen not pushy, or trying to goat me into a bad deal, or more car than I wanted. Refreshing. This experience could not get better. So the car is bought so now to the details of the car, cleaning out mine etc..so I needed to meet Ashley. Eh really is this where it goes down hill? Ah no! Ashley is so nice, friendly, helpful,intelligent and knew everything about his car. As she sat in my car and helped me set up my phone to my car, make sure I knew how everything worked and explained electronics I thought usually what is tedious just give me my car I will figure it out moment was an enjoyable time. These folks want to succeed, they want not only todays business but repeat business. Usually you feel like people are on..they have a mission to make money and I am sure they do want to make money it’s why they are there but their kindness is natural. Evergreen you have hired well, your showroom is immaculate. I didn’t go to Evergreen first because one person I knew tried years ago and couldn’t make a good deal, I made a good deal. If you research first and with the internet now you know what’s a good deal, what is fair for your car it gives you an understanding of what is fair for both yourself and the seller. I think I was in and out of their with my nw Crosstrek in an hour or so, Hats offs to you Craig, Preston and Ashley. See you next month when I get my car starter installed. I was in for a specific problem with my 2014 Crosstrek Hybrid...it was not going into EV mode. I do not believe they did a thorough diagnostic on it. They changed the car battery and then documented that the EV was working after that. It continued NOT to work, all the way home (an hour away) and the rest of the week. I don't believe it worked for them...After 5min research on an online Subaru forum my husband found the problem was the restart battery. We got one and I replaced it yesterday. Guess what? EV is working now! How many appointments would I have had to go up to for that? And for how much money? They didn't properly diagnose and fix the problem I went in for, but felt free to let me know I needed wheel bearings for the amount of $1030. No thank you. I will not be returning.

EDITED FROM ONE TO FIVE STAR! Gave the place a chance. Was NOT disappointed. Lots of recalls came out forcing them to schedule a couple weeks out. Totally understandable. Joel the manager helped us out every step of the way. Gave me updates on my vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% taken care of. I got 4 new tires, and some other small repairs, and the vehicle was done in one working day. Very happy with the outcome! Big thanks to the service guys, and thank you to the Technician who took care of my baby. My WRX is road Worthy again.

I bought A wrx sti and traded in my Toyota Venza witch had only 60 k on it and nothing wrong. I been to the garage 5 different times with this car with major issues that were your fault and you covered it with out any problems but now I had a another problem that I had to fix my self when it was something that had to been with who ever messed with the brakes last witch wasn't me. I called back to speak with a manager and they said they would look into it and see if there's anything they could do. Never got a call back and I end up having to take my car somewhere else and get the problem caused by y'all and get it fixed. Well 300 bucks later I got it fixed and now I'm just waiting on the next thing that's going to happen. Never will I buy another car from evergreen Subaru again I wish I just kept my Toyota. Thanks for never calling me back to that manager I will never recommend anybody there and having a sti people ask those questions very often. Thanks for selling a car with nothing but problems.

Not willing to work for a fair price on new vehicle or trade in. Trade in appraisals are all computer based now and they were unwilling to adjust value by any amount. What annoyed us the most is what happened when we questioned how they got the very low trade in value for our current car. Our salesman gave us his scripted sounding response about overhead costs. That's when we realized they don't care too much for the customers and also when they lost our sale and business all together.

I had a poor experience with an earlier Forester, but I really wanted a manual transmission so I cruised the dealers' websites looking for another one. Evergreen had a model posted that seemed to fit the bill. I checked first to make sure that model was still on the lot. Adrian was very helpful and squashed any reservations I still had about Subarus. He went over all of the amenities of the car and made sure I understood how they worked . The money man was also very helpful. He explained all of the options, but there was no high pressure sales. I would refer anyone to Evergreen.

It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and they made it so simple and easy to understand. I have owned 2 other Subarus that I did not buy from them but Evergreen was my local Subaru dealer so I would go to them for service and it was always great! The service manager Joel is always friendly and helpful. They have recently implemented a express service center where you don't have to make an appointment to get your oil changed as long as you own a Subaru. All in all this is a great place to buy and service your vehicle, I will never go anywhere else.

Prior to calling Evergreen I checked two Subaru dealers in my area.I of course checked with the Subaru dealer in Portland. Evergreen offered me the best car buying experience I ever received, I am a old schooler and have bought many cars.Unlike most dealerships they don't "play games".The communications and follow through is superb; Preston in sales through Mark in financing.
