I dropped my bike off there over two weeks ago to get detailed, I was informed that this will be a 2 to 3 day process max .The first man that I dealt with was all for detailing my bike. Before I could leave store I’m being harassed by employees saying you can’t leave your Yamaha here this is Harley only. I called every three days and the most I could get was I would call you back. And I never received a phone call. At about two weeks or longer I have reached my limits and became upset and requested the store manager. He told me that they’re working on it and he doesn’t know why my Jap bike is in his shop. Very disappointing it’s not my fault that they wanted to work on my equipment, and Being treated like this feels racist, like I can’t sit in the front of the bus .

Very very friendly staff, good amount of apperal and parts on display; certainly not a small dealer. There is good amount of (car) parking on-site. This particular dealer has few community-serving attributes which I really appreciated - anything from free riders course to free water bottles for visitors.

Baught a 2005 heritage softail classic they advertised on line they really helped me through everything got a very low interest loan delivered to my driveway backed up everything promised it had a carb adjustment problem let me take it to Cajun Harley and payed for the labor no parts were required the bike is everything they promised and more price was awesome too I’m stoked just ask for willow he’s honost and ready to get you riding with the big boys ride on I’m in hog heaven!!!!! Lost my business...I have purchased 3 bikes at NOHD, not including all the service and accessories. I went out for a little wind therapy yesterday and noticed a bolt came off my turn-signal mount and it was loose. I was close to NOHD so naturally I swung in purchased the bolt. when I asked for a socket to install...was told nope, we wont lend you the tool for the 20 seconds it takes to tighten the damn thing in place. I have crossed the lake to go to this establishment for many years but, no more...will go up the road to Hammond first or find a local bike shop before they get another penny of mine.

I went in just to grab a giftcard and the lady at the desk helped me right away. Her name is Gabby and turns out it was her first day! She offered to put it in a card holder for me and she even offered to put it in a bag AND stuff it with Harley Davidson paper! Excellent place to look at bikes and mingle with other riders. Most of the time during the weekend there isn't anywhere to park your car. If you're on a bike, no problem. Be careful when leaving since customer cars typically havev to park along Airline and can obstruct view of on-coming traffic. (Took 2 stars away from business because of the parking and traffic situation)

I've bought 3 bikes from New Orleans Harley Davidson and had a great experience buying them ...but when it comes to the service dept I would say I've NEVER had a positive experience with them I will NEVER bring my bike there to get serviced again . I'll ride the 60 miles to the next closest dealership .They lie to you and don't value your time . I work for a car dealership in the service dept. And if I treated a paying customer the way I have been treated at Harley I would be fired .So fair warning to anyone who brings their bike there to get serviced be prepared to be treated like a number and not a human

Horrible experience. High pressure sales tactics. Tried to get us to buy a bike before we could even test drive it. Signed up for riding classes, was not informed of any sales specials until AFTER we paid full price, and were not offered a refund of any kind. I unfortunately missed the class, husband was told we could be refunded for my spot before the class started, then after was told no we couldn't get anything back. Also if I want to reschedule for another class I'll still have to pay MORE. No one will answer or return my calls. This dealership will NEVER get another cent of my hard earned money.

About a year ago, I was shopping around for a lightly used sportster. I actually prefer the sportster line for my daily commute downtown. I left after seeing their inflated prices, especially compared to other local stores, and a rude salesperson commenting how those bikes are meant for women. I instead purchased a great 2018 Fourty-Eight from HD Baton Rouge. Flash forward about 3 months and a plugged oil line leads to an emergency servicing. I was reluctant bringing it to NOLA HD, but they are my local shop and I decided to give them a shot. After a week, I hadn't heard a peep from NOLA HD and called their service department. They hadn't even looked at the bike, let alone diagnosed the issue (in their defense, they had an enormous collection of bikes awaiting service and the nature of my issue meant I never had an opportunity to make an appointment). It took nearly 6 weeks to get my bike serviced and returned. Picking up my bike, I took note on how disorganized the operation seemed, again compared to other local dealers. Delivery boxes and parts cluttered the floor and staff openly complained of the disorder in the parts room. They had to rebuild the motor to remedy the issue. After a quick 10 minute ride to work, I immediately knew the bike wasn't right (Don't techs do test rides?). Before I even had an opportunity to call them, their service department left a voicemail, saying they needed the bike back for 'warranty paperwork'. After calling back and speaking to a different service member, it was admitted that the technician made a critical mistake on the rebuild and the motor would once again need to be rebuilt. They did send a driver to trailer the bike back to the service department. I received it a week later and all was well.

Myself and three friends arranged to pick up rental Harleys for an 8 day trip. When we arrived Marshal sorted out the paperwork in a very laid back and friendly style and then gave us the once over on the bikes. We had 8 days brilliant riding and then got a bit lost coming back into New Orleans. We thought that Marshal might charge for an extra half day but he was as laid back about it as he was in the beginning. He was more concerned about us having enjoyed the bikes and the ride than being a bit late. He then invited us to join them that evening for a BBQ and beers! Brilliant bikes, great customer service and very helpful friendly staff. I shall definitely use them when I return in 2016!

They had my bike fixed up and had us back on our way in just a few hours. They were able to diagnose and fix the same problem my local dealership worked on for days and couldn’t fix.
