Great dealership and associates. We recently purchased a new Sonota had lots of "bells and whistles" which we loved. I had saw reviews for Tim as a salesman so as luck would have it he happened to be there the day we stopped to "look". With the offered incentives the finance department was able to put us in that very nice Sonata with payments we were satified with at a great interest rate through one of their lenders. I agree with others we found Tim to be very attentive, honest and just straight up friendly! This is our second Sonata, we had one for 8 yrs putting over 300,000 YES you saw that rt, it would still been going but totaled in a wreck, of which I may add my husband walked away unharmed. In our opinion you can't go wrong with Hyundai products just waiting till they make a pickup truck someday....

Tim was friendly and professional from start to finish. I was on a time crunch, and he made things happen smoothly and seamlessly. He gave me a great deal on my 2017 Hyundai Tucson, and took the extra time to show me every feature the vehicle had to offer AFTER the sale -- that's real service! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Tim again in the future!

UPDATE: This dealership had the NERVE to reply back with complete and utter BS!! I still have the RECEIPTS to PROVE I'm being truthful! Don't be mad because it has taken me awhile to finally voice my discontent with your shady business practices! Walker on MACARTHUR tried in vain to repair my vehicle numerous times! But to no avail. Then they talked to the guys at Walker on COLISEUM to work out a trade in! Records don't lie! You keep going low while I go high with the TRUTH!! ZERO STARS! I will NEVER EVER buy another vehicle from this dealership! I bought an SUV from this business and I put over $10k down. But do you want to know what happened? I discovered soon after that I purchased a lemon! I had to constantly put my vehicle in the shop. Do not be fooled by a nice exterior or fancy upgrades. I obviously learned my lesson the hard way being out of $10k and having to trade it in for something else. I'm so grateful for the guys at Walker Honda for showing compassion and assisting me with my trade in. Life lesson. ☹️

I really appreciate how they dnt rush u, n they make u feel like u r the only customer on the lot. This is a small dealer but it worked for me. I was on a road trip and new I needed an air filter for my genesis. after some back and forth navigating to this spot I made it to the service center. The fella was very friendly, even with a sense of humor; rare these days. More importantly he had my part and price was reasonable.

We stopped in to test drive a SantaFe. Tim was extremely knowledgeable on all features of the vehicle and the differences between each trim level. We explained where we were at in the research process. He didn’t hassle us about sitting down to work the numbers. He heard what we were looking for and explained which models met those expectations. He also was knowledgeable enough about similar models that other companies make and didn’t push for us to sit down when we said that we would like to check out a few other brands. This makes the sixth new vehicle purchase I’ve made and this was definitely the most pleasant. I would highly recommend talking to Tim if you’re in the market for a Hyundai!

I went there with my daughter to look for a car yesterday she got approved today went there for 3 hrs today she has to come up with more money. Her credit score is good but she don't have enough credit but got approved for a car. I don't understand that but that's the way it goes around here. She will get her a car from somewhere else I promise that much. If u go here better not believe what they say bc then they switched the price on u.

My husband went through their online site to scheduled an appointment to have factory recalls repaired. On the day of the appointment, we took a day off of work, drove an hour there, and 20 minutes after dropping the vehicle off, received a call that the necessary parts were not available. I spoke with Service Manager, and tried to get him to understand, if they know why we made the appointment, they could have called and rescheduled since the parts were unavailable. I won't mention that when we went to pick up our unrepaired vehicle, the keys were just laying on the unattended counter and the whole service department was at lunch. The only reason this experience gets two stars is because my husband is nice and we spent a lovely day together, despite my frustration.

The same issue plagues this dealership as well as other small dealerships they can't be competitive on price I got the same Tucson value edition 2019. In lake Charles for 1,500 cheaper. I test drove in Alexandria and drove the same day the lake Charles and purchased.
