A few months ago, I took my Lexus in to be serviced for a airbag recall. Never brought my Lexus to the dealership before. And from previous experiences with other luxury, and non-luxury vehicles it has been a place for me to avoid. I showed up in my work clothes (I work in construction) so I had traces of mud and grease on me and I fully expected to be ignored until I either said something or I was the only person left that wasn't helped yet. That was NOT the case. I was immediately greeted and my car was whisked away. The staff, by far... BY FAR, the best at the customer service game!
After a very short wait to see the service rep (sorry I forgot your name sir) I got my is250 loaner car in seconds and I was outta there. The happiest I have ever been leaving any dealership. They did not upsell me on a single thing, the lobby was indeed full of complimentary refreshments, and was neat, clean and not cheaply furnished.
I have to say, before I walked into Shreveport Lexus, I had not seriously considered buying another Lexus. And no company, selling any product or service to me has ever convinced me to spend my money solely on my customer service experience. That is, until I experienced Lexus of Shreveport. Please, if you are considering a Lexus as your next car, do it. For a luxury brand, they have the best reliability, lowest cost of ownership, highest resale value and in my opinion and experience, the BEST customer service. Thank you Lexus of Shreveport!
