Horrible customer service. I just traded in my 3rd Lexus for a Lincoln. I had a 2 year old LX 570 and the door handle on the driver’s door broke. I called to get an appointment on a Friday. (I live an hour away so this was rather inconvenient). I was told they couldn’t take it until Monday. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They were supposed to call me back. Hours later I called back and was told the supervisor was not there. I drove straight to Barker Lincoln and traded it in. I would never buy a Lexus again.

Will never purchase another vehicle from Lexus of New Orleans ever again. New or used, I do not recommend. Recently bought a “used 2009 RX 350” about a month ago. I took my car to the nearest autozone since my battery light came on and they said my alternator is about to go out and my battery is not charging like it should and I had 30 mins left on my car before it goes completely dead. Called Lexus right away, spoke with the sales person whom sold me the car, stated that the alternator goes can go out anytime, and what did I want them to do about it? Terrible customer service I would say. Spoke with her boss, HE wasn’t any help! He stated for me to take my car to Lexus of New Orleans so they could see what was going on and if it was the battery, they could replace it since it’s under warranty. Then again, my car is dead so how am I able to drive it to New Orleans? Again, I’m going in circles with the boss on the phone telling him I’m unable to take it there since I was in Mobile, Al. And that my car has shut down! I was back and forth with the boss on the phone all day, and nothing was done! I get it, I didn’t get a warranty, then why waste my time all day acting like you were going to help! He is a joke, customer service is a joke, all in all, he told me he was sorry they couldn’t do anything about it because I bought the car “AS IS”! My response was, I don’t remember getting offer a warranty on this used vehicle. So before leaving the dealership, please make sure you’re offer a warranty or ask about it. Customer service is suppose be their top priority, here goes to bad a review and a livid customer. Have a wonderful day.

After drooling over my neighbor’s Lexus for a few weeks, I decided (at his suggestion) to see what Lexus of New Orleans had to offer. Arriving at the dealership bright and early Saturday morning we were greeted at the door by Bo Williams, a charming gentleman. Poor customer service, dropped my car off on Friday to be picked up on Monday. At pick-up, given maintenance summary from 5months ago, waited 15minutes to locate my car at facility, I get the car and it's wet(like it's just been washed) except it's dirtier than I dropped off. Paperwork on passenger seat, food on driver seat(which I overhear staff say is not the first time that's happened), "something" sticky smeared across front windshield, dirt all over the exterior and interior of the car. I complained to the Service Manager who says it's being taken care of but I'll have to wait. The (multiple) garbage cans inside are spilling over onto the floors, lady's bathroom needs attention. Trash is lying on the tables and chairs and floors in all common areas. More than 1hour later , I'm leaving. Soooo disappointed Lexus,so disappointed!!!!!!
