I hate car shopping and 80% of the time I tell the sales person to leave me alone after 30 seconds of talking to them. However after a week of test driving and dealing with some clowns; I found a great deal online & worked very closely with a salesman named Jimmy. I was fair & honest in what I wanted and in return he was quick, honest, and made my transaction very enjoyable. If you want someone to sugar coat facts and play games with you, than Jimmy is not your guy. I don't ever waste time doing reviews but finding a good car salesman is harder than finding a perfect vehicle. So basically this review is for the salesman that works at this dealership. As for the quality of used cars this place was top-notch. I was impressed with the selection. I left with the used vehicle & a smile.

Worst place ever horrible experience salesman trying to sell you a $90,000 Cadillac Escalade gives you good service but after you make your purchase and the truck starts giving you problems after your first 20 thousand miles the service department is horrible I doubt they have real mechanics that know what they're doing.my a/c went out my battery went bad the transmission slips and the motor is burning oil and all they do istead of addressing the problem they just add more oil. I'm sorry and disappointed and would never buy or recommend Cadillac of New Orleans to any body
First service job (oil change) at the Metairie dealership. No one was maning the service desk, however another employee helped in obtaining my info. The job was finished in a very timely manner.
Shopping for SRX with trade of my CTS purchased there under previous management (Murphy). Sales was excellent then and now. My 2 service visits with Murphy left me seeking other options because of the service reps, not the technicians.

I brought in my 2012 Cadillac CTS for regular oil change maintenance after receiving an email alert that it was due. I'm always satisfied with the service I receive at the dealership. I'm always greeted by name, with a smile and receive top notch "cadillac" service. I feel the associates value my time as my service is always done in a timely manner whether I make an appointment or not. And I'm always asked if there's anything else they can do for me and or my vehicle to include asking if I'd like my vehicle ran through the car wash upon completion of my service. Job well done, but a labor delay (illness) required me to rent a car for 2 weeks instead of 1 week for the repair. Too many administrative stops delays proceeding with the work. Need to streamline. Manager would not help with even a couple of days rental.

UPDATE...Mike Murphy, the owner, called me back today (7/3/13). I honestly didn’t think I would get a return call from him, because the collision center called me back an hour after I left him a message. Mr. Murphy let me get all my frustration out over the phone and he took the time to listen. He was very apologetic, explained a couple things to me about hail damage and told me they will do a ‘pristine’ job on July 16th on my husband’s truck. And he said he hopes we will give Murphy Collision Center another chance in the future. (That would depend on July 16th results). He was very nice to talk to and he said he would talk to the Collision Center about my complaints and hopefully it will not happen to anyone else. He isn’t like some managers/owners out there, not once did he get defensive on me...he just listened. Mr. Murphy, thank you for that! So, I suggest if you have a complaint about any aspect of service and don’t reach a level of satisfaction, don’t let it boil inside getting you frustrated and angry, please let Mike Murphy know immediately...he will listen.
Bought a 2015 tahoe used didn't buy the extended warranty but in just 3weeks a/c go's out really 40k miles 50 grand I thought they might offer to help or at least look at it naw was told to kick rock ..Thanks
If they would have a zero instead of 1 star I would check that one off because the service sucks. I put my Escalade in the shop a couple of months ago and it was told to my husband I that it had 2 collapsed lifters and codes on my transmission. When they called the warranty company to see what is covered and request payment for changing the 2 collapsed lifter. When I went to pick it up it was making the same noise as is was when I put it in the shop and the service guy told me that is was build up on the pistons he told me what to do for that well I did that for 3 months and it didn't help. So I decided to call the warranty company to let them know that it is still making the name noise as before putting it and the shop. The gentleman at the warranty company told me that they paid for the lifters to be changed but in instead of fixing the lifters that they took the money and rebuilt my transmission. So I put it back for service on Thursday and they called me on Friday and told me they found nothing. So almost $900.00 later my Escalade is still making the same noise. Also, I was told that when it makes the noise again bring it back and I told her that I could pick it up today and when I start it up in the morning it will still make the noise so I would have to bring it back. It only makes the noise on a cold start then after if warms up it's good. Very unsatisfied with the service. **I forgot to mention this they claim to do a courtesy wash on your car well heads up they passed mine through a car wash and didn't even dry it off because my rims are still dirty ad the back hatch back and window is still dirty.

I brought my XT5 in for an oil change & routine service and all was fine until i got in my car to drive it away. I immediately notices that some idiot in the service dept. had changed almost EVERY setting in my car. I brought it in with temperature synchronized to 71 degrees and set on Auto. I got it back with driver side temp at 84 and passenger at 86 or somewhere thereabouts. My radio station was changes, my dash display was changed, the driver seat position lumbar support was inflated to the max setting and tilted back. Seat memory control did not correct it upon starting. If it weren't for the free oil change, i would have never brought my car in to your dealership. I want to say that we had outstanding service here. Special shout out to our service advisor Kevin along with AJ and his crew of techs. They took the extra time to find and fix a problem that another area GM dealership couldn’t diagnose even after multiple lengthy visits. They accomplished this by riding in the car with me and listening to the noise that was driving me nuts. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem that turned out to be an axle shaft problem. We will definitely use Cadillac of New Orleans going fwd for our GM service needs. Thanks to all for going the extra mile!

Experience was not what i expected. The wait was extremly long. So i would advise going during the week and not on a saturday.

After having a terribly negative experience at this dealership (service department is horrible and they attempted to sell and install numerous unnecessary parts) I then ,4 months later, receive a phone call from a marketing company in Georgia (on a Sunday afternoon) to discuss service options! Very unprofessional! BTW, I took my car to a private shop after the fiasco and they found a few loose bolts to tighten instead of replacing the front end control arm and bushings. They also told me that my coolant was fine and that my 4 day old air filter was perfect. (The dealership said it needed to be replaced!) I made it clear to the caller that I have no intention of ever revisiting this dealership and I urge others to stay away also!

I've been a Cadillac of Metairie Customer for 20 years and have now decided to buy a foreign car. The service is appalling for a car still under warranty. So yes that went out of their way to resolve the issue and now I have a working Cadillac and very happy!
The service department caused damage to my car on the rocker panel area, although I was not happy, I am not the type of person to fuss with/at customer service people&always am way too lenient when they make mistakes;I told them it was fine as long as it gets fixed.My car(not just any cadillac but a cts v coupe) had been in the shop for weeks in their hands getting several issues fixed. The car never had any damage to either rocker panel before it was put in their possession, I know this for a fact as I was mocking up carbon fiber side skirts for it right before i brought it in but decided not to put them on as it was going in for service and I didnt want the potential for them to get messed up (go figure).It was assumed by my service advisor, technician and I that it could have been caused by a vehicle lift due to damage to the front and rear of the rocker panel, but that was hard to say, REGARDLESS, THEY BOTH AGREED to have the damage fixed. I set up an appointment to have it fixed& technician said he would have it repaired. Drop the car off which is already hard to do because as a firefighter I have to work two jobs. They are now close to closing, still no call from the service department. I called service to ask the status on my vehicle&they said it was done, and then a service manager tells me that it was rejected for repair! So my car sat there all day not even getting fixed and they never even bothered to call me to tell me this! I get over there and the service manager tells me that they rejected the repair on my car because it looks like impact damage from driving it and hitting something, and tells me that the director said I did it& they won't fix it! I tell the service manager that both the technician owned up to it being caused by them and my service advisor also agreed to fix it, and he then tells me there is nothing he can do and that I need to talk to the director. I wait an hour to see the director while he is in a "meeting". I see the director, talk about one of the biggest jerks I have ever encountered. He straight up tells me aggressively that he is not fixing it, tells me my service advisor quit and the technican said he never agreed to fix anything, calls me a liar because we said it looked like a lift did it but the body shop said it looked like impact damage while vehicle was being driven (keep in mind my technican even said hes pretty sure the arms on the lift did the damage because the car had been on the lift for a long period of time and the car could have settled on it), tells me that I most likely caused the damage while driving it and am trying to get over on them, tells me I don't know how to drive my car and tries to lecture me on how I need to learn to take bumps at an angle because he admitted they've caused damage to other customer cars before from curbs! So this guy thinks I don't know how to drive MY car when I've owned it for over a year, have taken it on tons of long trips out of state, drive it EVERYDAY to work and have never caused any damage to it but yet I can't drive it! I drive HUGE FIRE TRUCKS in heavy traffic, small streets, etc everyday at work and I can't drive a car?! You think your service people know how to drive MY car better than me when I have never been in an accident in my life&am in this car EVERYDAY! It's not everyday a low sitting, high horsepower sports car comes into their shop, so there is no doubt that one of them would make a mistake on taking a curb at the wrong angle. I know exactly how low my car sits&If I was to damage my own car why would I accuse them of damaging it?! I would pay to get it fixed myself because I am a honest guy with integrity. I would never try to screw anyone over ever! My car already has some dents and sctatches on it that I know they didnt do so why didnt I claim they caused that either if I am I liar?? He ends the meeting with me and tells me to call him back tomorrow. I call several times leaving my info with the receptionist&he never called me back. The fact that they agreed to fix it&then backed out says it all! Disgusting!

Not Leonard, he couldn't do enough to make sure that my ownership experience was smooth of problems. Need touch-up paint? He's on it. Having problems getting an appointment time? He's on it. My brother, Greg Armant as well as my mother, have been robbed by this dealership over the years. When my mother was alive, the service technicians would turn the gadgets in the car so, the lights would not come on when the door would open, her car would stop on because the the battery cable was loose. My brother have to bring the car every month because something wrong with it. The car was outside in the heat and when the technician closed the door the rear window shattered and the dealership made my brother pay for that busted rear window that they caused. IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING FOR THIS DEALERSHIP I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO BECAUSE THEY ARE FOUL! If your relatives are unlearned or uneducated, this dealership would take them to the cleaners. I have reported to them to Cadillac Corporate Office and the Federal Trade Commission.

Purchased a warranty with the used car I bought from them a few months ago. Came in today to have some work done because my warranty information said my deductible would be $0 if the work was done at this dealership, I was also told this in person when I bought the bar. Came in today and was told they can't do any work to it because it's not GM. Maybe make that clear when someone purchases the warranty? Thanks.
I needed a new fob and there were a few other things that needed checking. I was greeted by the service advisor, Marie, and she was most welcoming and efficient in taking care of my needs. Later, while I was waiting, the mechanic, Eddie, came and explained the things that needed to be done to get my car back in top shape. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to help. It was a great experience at this dealership and now my car ride is in excellent condition, thanks to Marie and Eddie.

Ray McDonald I've bought many cars in my lifetime from many Dealerships. But this one is very different from all the rest. Our salesman, Leonard Young, was very professional in our purchase. We were under no pressure during the whole transaction. We told Leonard what kind of vehicle we wanted , 2019 XT-4, and the options we would like the vehicle to have. Due to the options and accessories we requested, Cadillac of New Orleans didn't have one in stock, therefore, he searched local dealerships until he located one. This vehicle is a hot selling item and doesn't stay on the dealerships lot very long. After the vehicle was transported to Cadillac of New Orleans, it was checked for delivery, filled with gas and, Leonard Young delivered the XT-4 to our house at 8:00pm. At this time he explained, the connection and set-up to OnStar, Sirius XM, and the operation of all the options and accessories. My next vehicle will be a Cadillac and will be purchased from Cadillac of New Orleans from Leonard Young. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2015 Cadillac SRX with 23K miles. My salesman was Corey Hicks. It was an easy deal for them. I paid the asking price with a certified bank check. All I asked of the dealership was to have the car ready for pickup when I arrive from Florida and provide a short ride for me to return my rental car. The car was not ready as I was promised. After the contract was signed the salesman just disappeared. They could not find him. I had to wait several hours for the car to be ready. Thankfully, the general manager arranged a ride for me to return the rental car. As I was preparing to leave the dealership with the car, I was provided the key FOBs which were very, very worn with torn rubber. I can't see how those FOBs got into that condition given the car only had 23K miles. I think they were taken from another car. When I got home I noticed there was a dent in the rear liftgate that was hidden via a large black rubber panel glued over the dent. Finally, I waited several weeks for the title work to arrive but it was a no show. I had to call them several times before they would send me the title so I could get a tag for it and pay tax on it here in Florida.

Bought a new vehicle from Cadillac of New Orleans this week. I purchased 3 other vehicles from this dealership under different ownership in the past. Due to previous problems was looking to go elsewhere but Benson recently took over the ownership and service had improved so I decided to stay there for my new vehicle. I dealt with Leonard Young and was entirely satisfied with my trade in and my purchase. Leonard explained several options to purchase or lease and showed me several vehicles to choose from. When I met with Leonard to pick up my new vehicle, he was by far the most knowledgeable of the Cue System in the Escalade and showed me how to use all the options , set up Onstar, introduced me to the Service Manager and the Manager of the dealership as well as the Sales Manager, which never happened before. Small quite dealership, friendly staff although a little more high pressure sales then I expect from a luxury dealership but not overwhelming. Nothing to do with the dealership although I have always loved Cadillac sports coupes up until the current line up. The ATS is the only coupe/sportscar they have and unfortunately for the first time they have made the car too small. The cramped space of the ats takes the luxury out of the Cadillac for me.
Chris was our salesman and he delivered excellent customer service. My husband and I purchased a Cadillac Escalade. Chris was very professional and he was patient with us as we made up our mind not to get the Armada but to get the Escalade instead. We can't say enough nice things about the service we received at Cadillac of New Orleans. We are from Texas, and felt so confident in our correspondence with Leonard Young, that we drove over 4 hours to purchase the car we had been looking for. Leonard was very upfront and honest with us throughout the entire experience, and there were no surprises upon our arrival. The dealership was accommodating and kind. We also had the pleasure of working with Felipe on our financing, and enjoyed every minute of that. I had an appointment to get a loaner car which took about 2 weeks to get. I brought my car there on last Saturday and they did not get to my car till Thursday or Friday then they called me on Friday and said that they couldn't find nothing wrong with my car. I think the service there is very bad.

I came in for an oil change and was then quoted a price of well over several hundred. I was told I need things that did not have anything to do with an oil change. I was also quoted a price of $350 to have something glued back to my car and when I complained the price was dropped to $150 for the same glue. Horrible service. Prices were not reasonable. Will think twice before my next purchase.

Easy to do business. No pressure at all. Leonard explained things thoroughly and gave me the good and bad of the issues I raised. The trip through the finance office was no pressure as well. A professional dealership that I highly recommend.

Worst service department ever. The employee turnover is very high for some reason. There is never a loaner car available. My wife and I both own Cadillacs and it's so bad that we will not buy another Cadillac because of this service department. The location is convenient for us so it doesn't benefit us to use another Cadillac dealership. We will be buying different vehicles in the near future. Don't even try the collision center. I sent my truck there and it literally took them 8 times to get it right. UPDATE 2/12/19** Just tried to use Cadillac Service department again since it had been a few years and same result. This time I was told to make an appointment so that I could get my truck looked at. I proceeded to make an appointment the following week. So I dropped it off first thing in the morning and was told I would be contacted throughout the day. That never happened. Around 3pm I called a few times and after being left on hold for over 12 minutes I hung up and called back and I finally reached someone. They told me no one looked at my car yet. I responded by asking them what good is the appointment? They are the ones who told me to make an appt so that I could guarantee a diagnosis. Not only that, but no one called me at all during the day for any updates. This place has so many issues. Steer clear.

3 Month Review It’s been 3 months since I bought my Cadillac XT5 Platinum Vehicle and I can honestly said it has exceeded my expectations. I have 6300 miles on it and it has been an amazing vehicle. The performs has been exceptional. It is beautiful / fun to drive, very comfortable, love the appearance (leather interior & exterior design), love the Crystal White Tri-Coat Color, and am glad I went with the Platinum Edition (with all the bells & whistles). I love the comfort, Drivers Assist Pkg., the Heads Up Display, Genuine Leather throughout, Adaptive Cruise Control, the Panorama/Ultrview Sun Roof with Power Shade, Driver Memory Package, Bose Sound System, LED Headlights, The Intellibeam Headlights, Keyless Entry & Start, Surround Vision & Cameras & The Theft-Deterrent Alarm System. Have took several trips including visited the Smoky Mountains & it performed excellent. I’m very impressed with the gas milage which has exceeded my expectations also. I’m getting between 33-35mpg on the Hwy & 25-28mpg in the City for an average of about 28mpg. Had my first dealing with the Service Department. Called for an appointment & the advisor said I did not need an appointment for an oil change, just come in & they will accommodate you. I arrived at 7:55am and was done by 8:15am. There were 3 people ahead of me waiting. They also have a very nice & modern customer lounge waiting area with comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments Community Coffee with your choice of coffee (Regular coffee, Expresso, Latte & Capps, Vanilla Drinks, Chocolate Drinks & Flavored Shots & Water), Water, Muffins, Customer WiFi Access, Computer Access, Complementary Charging Station, 2 Large flat Screen TV’s,. My overall opinion with my first interaction with the Service Dept. was excellent with the exception of one small issue. There were oily hand prints on the hood & doors, which I wiped off (no big deal). My advisor was Kenneth Clause who was friendly, courteous, & very professional. So far I feel like the whole buying experience, service department & the Cadillac Family Treatment has lived up to what they promised. I hope this experience continues through the years to come. I would definitely purchase another Cadillac for my next vehicle & it would be from Cadillac of New Orleans.
The manager (Clay) went out of his way to make our car buying experience low-pressure and exemplary! I never dreamed buying a car could be this easy! The salesman (Wayne) was kind and knowledgeable about everything. The staff around the dealership was courteous and attentive without being pushy.
Be VERY careful if you are a woman having service done here. I have had a HORRIBLE experience here and will NEVER return. Then, the GM Geoffrey Barnes threatened to sick the company’s lawyers on me if I attempt to file a claim in Small Claims court. Guess he feels like a big shot now!!
I love Cadillac. I use to love Cadillac of New Orleans but the service seems to be declining throughout the years. The service department is terrible with communication. My car went in for service on 2/22/19. I picked it up a couple of days later, drove off and knew it wasn't corrected. Called for service the next week, went back in for service on 3/14/2019. The service department called at the end of the day on 3/22/2019 telling me my car was ready. I asked what was done, she said "nothing, you need to drive for 1000 miles". I asked why it sat there for a whole week and nothing was done. She said the service department is busy. When I picked it up on 3/23/2019 it smelled like a cigarette smoking, oily mechanic. My steering wheel was sticky, I had two sticky cup rings in the cup holder and a large black scuff on the side of the seat. I don't understand how this all happened with my car just sitting there for a week. Also, the loaner I was given was filthy on the inside. I had to clean the windshield myself. The only things that get cleaned are what the onsite car wash touches (outside only), nothing else. I will most probably purchase another Cadillac in the future but won't be purchasing from Cadillac of New Orleans.

I have had several poor experiences with both my vehicle and the service department at this location. I purchased an ATS in 2013 from Cadillac in Slidell. This was a great experience and my salesman was wonderful. Since I have had my vehicle however I have had repeated problems with it and about 8 recalls that I have had to bring the car in for which have led to inconveniences for me. Most of the service on the vehicle has been done at the Metairie location due to my office being close by. Some of the problems that have occurred with the car included the touch screen going out, the air conditioner going out, a hole in the exhaust pipe, and repeated blowouts or flats partly due to the runflats which damage very easily. I have had poor experiences in the past but will focus on my most recent experience at the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, a recall, the touch screen, a flat, and the air conditioner. They had my car for about one week. I was called on a Thursday saying everything had been done but they were waiting on the part for the recall which would be in on the next morning and the car should be ready that same day. On the next day I was called saying the part was on back order so I would have to bring the car back once the part came in. I went in to get the car and the air was not any different than when I brought it in and some of the tires had low air and the oil life said 8 percent. It is unacceptable that these problems are happening and less acceptable for things to not be repaired after so much time. No one ever ended up apologizing for this and I overheard the staff complaining about dealing with problems on a Friday afternoon. In addition, I had brought in the car for the same problem with the air during the winter when it would only blow cold air but was told that they could not replicate the problem and it was never addressed. I brought the car in once for a service light being on due to the gps or car locator being disconnected. I was told they could not find the part for the gps or locator on the car that is in the trunk and said I must have knocked it off and that I would likely have to pay for a new one because this would not be covered under the warranty. When I arrived to get the car, I opened the trunk and the part was sitting there very visible to anyone who would have checked. During another visit I believe for a recall, I needed a loaner due to the length of time they needed to have the car. I was told each time I called to schedule this there were none available so I was put on a waiting list and was notified when there was a loaner available. I was called saying that I could bring in my car and went in the next day and was told there was not a loaner and that who told me that was out that day. I was again put on a waiting list. I was called a few days later and when I arrived again there was not a loaner for me. I was driven to Enterprise where I was given a Chevrolet Sonic.Overall, it has been repeated bad experiences again with both the vehicle and this location. I have had times were I waited on hold for the service department for over 15 minutes and would eventually hang up and call back only to be told they had forgot about me when they were supposed to be checking on something. When my headlight went out, it was an act of congress to find out whether they needed me to drop off the car to have this changed or whether it could be changed quickly. The entire bumper has to be taken off for the headlight to be changed because otherwise I would have done this. My warranty will be out in about 4000 miles and I am very concerned about how many more things will go wrong that I will now have to pay for. I thought I was getting an upgraded luxury car when I traded in my Corolla that I bought brand new in 2004, but I have been nothing but disappointed especially when I never once had a problem or ever had to bring in the Corolla to the dealership. I will never purchase another Cadillac.

I was phoned by the assistant service manager and told my car was ready. That everything on my car was fixed except the sunroof and that I needed to ride with the technician to help identify the noise I complained about. When I arrived, my car had nothing repaired on it. We test drove it and the technician was unable to identify the noise. I waited an additional 45 minutes for him to change the oil. The washer fluid was not filed and I still had an air leak in the rear tire which I brought somewhere else to repair. This is the third time I have brought my car in for various problems and it is the third time it was not properly repaired. My car is a 2017 ATS Coupe and it is still making a loud noise. $40,000 car and a big disappointment.

Purchasing a car was a lot easier than I have experienced in the past. Cadillac of New Orleans was a great choice. At first I thought my experience went well at the dealership. But now if I could give them no stars I would. Test drove the car and everything was fine! I was so excited to walk off the lot with a new car. Until 5 1/2 months later my car started to jerk. I took it to my local mechanic and he said my transmission was bad. So I called up Cadillac to see if there was anything they could do being that I just purchase the car. But I was wrong the lady told me "you would have pay full cost, im sorry good luck to you" and I was devastated. Literally my car was fine until it randomly started to act up. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE TO THEM! They are not reliable and they don't wanna help.

As usual I had an excellent visit in the middle of a frustrating car malfunction. It turned out all I needed was a battery, (not a flashlight kind). Did also get an oil change recommendation of service tech Kevin Schwab.

Due to my heavy work load and busy schedule it is very difficult to make personal apppoints. However, when evertything in my life seems to be going wrong, I had a breath of fresh air yesterday. My Cadillac CTS was due for a routine maintenance. I haven't had the time to call and schedule an appointment because I'm never sure when I'm going to be free. So, yesterday, I was near Cadillac of New Orleans Dealership, (By the way, I learned that it was under new ownership) and just decieded to stop in and see if I could schedule an appointment. I figured what the hell, the worst that could happen is "Sorry but we can't". Well it felt like a break finally came my way. I checked in at the receptionist and explained my dilemma and she politly directed me to Mr. Wayne Meyer, who I had met when I purchased my Cadillac. Mr. Meyer treated me with the utmost professional courtesy and immediately escorted me to the Service Department and introduce me to Mr. John, last name unknown. who explained that they would take me in and service my vehicle as soon as possible, explaning that it might take a little while. Which of course I understood. John was obviouly very busy, but remained polite, professional and taking the time to explain what needed to be done. John stated that he was not sure how much time it would take but that they would do everything possible to expidite the service. Thanks to the Staff and crew of Cadillac of New Orleans, for giving me a break in a thunderstorm.
My gripe with this dealership was that I waited here almost 4 hours for an oil change. Kevin checked me in and told me to have a seat in the lounge. I notice that my wait was long when another customer who got an oil change and a rim swapped out got done before me and my oil change and we got in around the same time. I go to inquire about my car and it is in the service lane on the entry side so that was red flag number one. I speak with Marie and another service advisor and they tell me that my car was never serviced and was not checked in. So they apologize and tell me the oil change will be free. I wait about another hour and Kevin gets me and tells me it was his fault and apologized. I won't fully blame Kevin cause this falls on the whole service staff here. The service lane is not very big so every time a car came in you would have to drive around my car to take it to get serviced. One would think a car sitting in the service lane that long would be a red flag but that did not cross anybody's mind. Not sure how long I would have waited if I would not have said anything. I did appreciate the free oil change and apologizing for the mistake. That is why I gave 2 stars in stead of 1 saying it should be 0.
Since our first meeting in 2008, Mr. Wayne Meyer has treated us with due respect and courteous customer service. For that reason, he was recently promoted! Congrats to Wayne. We recently purchased another Cadillac from him, a new ATS-V coupe! WOW, what an awesome car from great people who care about you after the sale! Enough said, OOHYEAH.
I had a really good experience with Cadillac of New Orleans their service department was fantastic. Everyone had really good customer service skills. Very organized did not have to wait a long time to drop off and receive a loaner car. I will continue my service with Cadillac of New Orleans. The only down was when I called to make my appointment the lady answering the phones wasn’t to friendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there but once I got pass her it was great.
bad buying experience and couldn't even get the deal, seller wasn't being honest, who ever deal with dealers please check all papers works and make sure on amount they charge, like non tax fees its nothing but cleaning car and making your new car ready for you like wash and stuff and if you trade please check if you are trading same car like for limited edition to limited not lower grade car i saw it how they try to cheat you and not being honest at all
