We were traveling from NC to Missouri when our truck broke down. They allowed us to park our camper and camp overnight at the dealership and began working on the truck first thing the next morning. It took two days to fix, but they worked diligently toward that goal. Offered rides and were extremely hospitable, kind, caring, wonderful people to work with. I would recommend them highly.

When in for a recall, they didn't have the part waited a month to get in ,why didn't have it order, now I have to wait another week to get the part, than they have to reschedule me ,pray it dont take a month again.

We had come to an agreement on a van after days of talking. Lee told us he would hold it for us since he wasn't at work that day and to come in the next business day. They proceeded to sell the van out from under us! So now we are back to square one, and thats personally not the type of place I want to give my business to if thats how they treat their customers. I would give them zero stars if I could.

The employees there have always been courteous and just down home friendly each time that I`ve had to go there. They aim to please and go the extra mile to solve what ever the problem is you have. I went to get a new car and I was helped by Tommy. It was really early on a Saturday. I test drove, filled out the paperwork, had the car washed and gased up, and it was all taken care for me by Tommy within 2 hours. I only had to pay and wait. Amazing staff!!! Lee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I live in Tennessee and was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler. Located one at their dealership that I liked so I took a trip up there. When I arrived Saturday morning the Jeep was sitting right out front. After the test drive I did notice the windshield had a crack and the tailgate hinge was broke. The door screws were also missing. Lee ordered everything right away and set a date for safelite to replace the glass at no cost to me! Lee has always responded to me right away. Communication is top notch which is rare especially after you buy the car! If you're looking for a vehicle, Lee and the crew at Trice-Hughes will take great care of you.

We bought a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country . We weren't given a warranty. Seeing as the vehicle was new we didn't worry to much. We have currently replaced the transmission, computer system, and now the alternator. Do they car ? No, no they do not.

Growing up in Princeton, Trice Hughes was the place to go when looking for a car. I was looking to make my first vehicle purchase. I never realized until a couple months ago, the stress that came with buying a vehicle. However, the people at Trice Hughes made the process so easy. Lee Hughes was the salesman and he did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect car. We purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from Trice Hughes and I was incredibly satisfied with the entire transaction. I originally found the vehicle on CarGurus and contacted the dealership through the website with some questions. Brian responded to my initial email within ba few hours. I had some additional questions and requests that Brian quickly responded to a couple days later. We are a couple hours away, so his quick responses were very helpful in determining whether we wanted to pursue this vehicle. About a week after initially contacting Trice Hughes, I set up an appointment to test drive the van. Brian had it set and ready when we arrived. He was open and not pushy. He gave us space to test the van and we felt comfortable with it. We negotiated a fair price and they handled all the paperwork and licensing for us. Brian and the Trice Hughes folks made this the easiest and most painless vehicle purchase I have had. Thanks!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Trice Hughes. I inquired via email on a Saturday about a Mini Van I was interested in and received a response from them within 2 hours. We then set up an appointment for the following Monday morning for a test drive & met with Lee Hughes. He was fantastic & answered all of our questions thoroughly before our test drive. Once we decided to make the purchase, he gave us a great deal and made the transaction quick & easy. While we signed paperwork, our new Van was cleaned, had tires checked,filled with gas, and was sitting out front waiting for us when we were ready. A few days later we received a card & note from Lee Hughes, thanking us for our business, making sure we were satisfied with the Van, and giving us a voucher for our 1st oil change to be done at their shop for free!! Overall, it was a great experience with Trice Hughes. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family and I will definitely return to them when I need to shop for a car again!!

If there was a way to give them no stars I would. Had transmission go out in a chevy trailblazer and asked them to check it out and tell me if I was correct. They told me they were to busy and gave me a small business mechanics phone number. I am not from the area and was traveling. I had my wife and baby with me. I will be contacting there owner On bad business they conducted.

Eyeballed a used truck for a while, and got a great deal when I went to talk about it. Hard to find a used truck without bookoodles of miles. Got a 2011 silverado z71 with 28k for less than half of a similar new model. Have been very helpful with a small issue I had with truck even though it was out of warranty. Shop small town!
