She was probably the most helpful sales person I've had in a very long time (and that says something considering I trade cars quite frequently). My husband and I recently bought a new vehicle. Truck was a total lemon! We were hoping that purchasing from a reputable place like this even a used vehicle would have been inspected properly. Unfortunately not the case. Truck has required a ton of work costing us thousands. Sales man were pushy and made financing through them seem like a bother for them. Not impressed.

The folks here are some friendly and helpful and Jeff Hanger worked to make sure we got everything discount possible on a 2016 Dodge EcoDeisel . They got us a deal we couldn't pass up! So, we drove away in our new Dodge truck! It was great to see Ray Sr. And Ray Jr. Larry Green and of course the master of getting financing done Bruce Fitzgerald! Thanks to everyone! If this truck is as good as the Expedition you sold me in 2004 it may be a while before we see you again to buy another vehicle. Lol. (Unless my Expedition gets tired :( )

Absolute HORRIBLE service department. I know from experience with three different vehicles that was brought to them. First was my wife's 2012 Ford Focus. Brought in for transmission issues that was caused by a recalled part. They said they put the part on it and it was fixed. One week later it started doing it again. Brought to another ford dealership and they told me that Rays Ford only "reset" the part but did not replace it as the recall required. Yet on the receipt it said it was a new replacement part. Second, brought my wife's 2013 Ford Edge Sport there for a brake job. They told me it needed new rotors and brakes, plus some new sensor. Cost over $500. Brakes are still grinding and when I called them to ask them about it and about them fixing it for free because they just did it, they said I need to bring it in to get it checked out to see if it's something they did or not. So I brought it to Big O for a second opinion because I obviously can't trust the inexperienced staff at Rays Ford. Big Os told me that Rays Ford DID NOT put on new rotors. They turned the old ones and put on cheap brake pads. Yet they charged me for NEW rotors and Ford Brand pads. I called them to confront them on the situation and they said "their word against mine". Well I had Big O save the rotors so I'll be bringing them in to see how good "their word" is now. They're crooks. Lastly, I brought my 2013 F250 Platinum there to get the parking brake fixed and the window switch (automatic up) fixed. They didn't have the switch there so they ordered one and went ahead and charged me for the parts and labor and said they will call me in a day or two when it comes in and it will take 30 min to do. They never called me and when I called to follow up they said they had no record of that. And of course I tossed the invoice. End of the day, don't bring your vehicle to their service department. They have achieved a horrible reputation as they deserve and have earned. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to them. Please learn from my mistakes.

I have bought and traded a LOT of cars, and this was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Joetta was AMAZING. She was knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking at and the differences between them. She made sure that our time was not wasted and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. Sour grapes? You were 100% unprofessional. You called my car rebuilt without even looking at it. Then when I said it wasn't you said it WAS different color and had been wrecked from looking at it 30 feet away. And the whole time you were completely rude. The price you offered me wasn't an issue. I am changing my review. I had a great experience. Easy exchange and I felt like they were honest. Then my wife tried to schedule her car for service, and had difficulty. It took two weeks, and was told multiple times that they would call back. Also, I did not feel that the quoted service was honest and wasn't going to fix the problem. A couple hours at another service shop and they were able to fix the root of the problem with a completely different solution. Not for me.

Last time I will ever visit Ray's Ford . We bought a Dodge from there in May have had problems ever since. Was told to put stop leak in radiator to repair then was told it voided warranty when it clogged the heater core. I Will Never buy from there again so its back to a different dealership to upgrade to get rid of the problem vechile they sold us .

I went into Rays Ford on 4/18 looking to see if I could be helped with my transportation situation. At first I was extremely doubtful of anything that would come of i. I met with one of the salesmen Charlie Reesor and from the minute I met him and sat down in his office he treated me with respect and dignity. He listened to my situation and assured me that I would be taken care of, and he didn’t fall back on that. Not only did he help me he exceeded my every expectation of the car buying experience. He was patient and honest and made sure I knew I was in good hands, he really made the whole experience as comfortable as possible, even down to swapping stories and making genuine small talk about life and everything under the sun. I recommend that if anyone wants to purchase a new vechicle go to Ray’s Ford and speak to Charlie Reesor you will not be let down.

My husband and I were going to get new vehicles From you guys. But quickly decided after giving dirty looks by MR Larry bc my 2 small sons were playing with their toys and being loud that we’d take our business else where. I’m also going to make this a fb status so families and friends in the area will stay far away from Rays as long as MR Larry is there! Might I add that MR Larry kept referring to our personal vehicle as “junk”. Junk? Between my husband and I we make over 90k a year. We were just looking for brand new since we won a lot of extra money.

My father bought his truck there last year and had an issue with it being that we live a distance from Rays he took it to a couple dealerships in Louisville after getting the runaround we decided to go back to Rays And the problem was resolved quickly. From now on it won’t even be in question will this make the trip to Ray’s Ford!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I called about a Lincoln MKC. I was connected to this old man, Jeff whom didn’t seem very interested in selling any cars. When I tried to turn on the car it DID NOT turn on, Jeff didn’t seem to know why. The staff IS NOT welcoming. I gave this Old man my information, when he said he would need to do a credit check I asked him if it would be a hard inquiry he promised it WOULDN’T be, but it was. (I understand you cannot avoid a credit check but I just felt lied too) Before he could proceed further he said he needed my last finance company’s receipt to show that my last Lincoln was payed off. I told him I would have to contact them and then send that info over to him. Nothing was done that day. When I sent that info over to him the next day NO ONE contacted me, I had to call multiple times. When I was finally able to talk to Jeff he said he couldn’t do anything that day because he was “extremely” busy and that he would call me back the following day. (Sounded to me like excuses) Jeff called me back the next day right in the middle of me signing documents for the Lincoln I was able to purchase elsewhere. To let me know he couldn’t “WORK” with me. No explanation as to why and didn’t even give me the run down of the numbers (which I found extremely unprofessional) Overall my experience was a WASTE of time. Jeff lacks professionalism and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know due to their lack of customer service. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their sales people, Specially Jeff who didn’t go above and beyond as you’d expect your sales person to do. I purchased my Lincoln through Jeff Wyler, which I would highly recommend instead of this place.
