As a driving rehab specialist, I am very thankful to have MC Mobility as a resource to help me understand the products out there that can help my clients with disabilities operate their vehicles and transport their mobility devices. Every time I call I get a person to talk to (generally Tonya, but sometimes another associate), and I get personalized and patient treatment. Whether they may make a sale off my contact seems unimportant to them; they genuinely seem to want to help me make the best recommendations for my clients. I have seen them interact with my clients as well, and they are ultra-respectful and client-centered. Thank you Cassie, Dave, Julie, Mike, Tonya and all the staff for doing what you do so well!

About a year ago, I had a used motor put in for my wheelchair lift. A month later, my lift wouldn't fold/unfold. So I returned to learn how to do it manually at which point the tech noted my manual pump (to raise it up) wasn't working. It had been working when I had it repaired. In August, it went out again and I had it replaced. I was told the manual pump would work after being replaced. Well TODAY my lift wouldn't work. It was fully deployed and I was stuck. I could lower it manually but was unable to pump it up. At this point I need them to refer me to their competitor. I cannot continue returning for poor service, parts and labor!!

Aaron True does his utmost to accommodate our requests for ramp van rentals when we need them. Their wheelchair accessible vehicles are roomy and luxurious, and easy to use. My clients love them!

Sales staff was helpful with information although they did not have the type of mobility scooter that I was looking for. I was trying to find a 2-seater, four-wheel mobility scooter and some type of lift platform to install on the back of a sedan. They did have a scoota trailer but it was very expensive

It is a real pleasure to work with Roger Lageunesse Mobility Consultant for my modifications of my van. I have just received my new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T. We live in the Cincinnati area and have a special needs son who is in a wheelchair and was in need of a van with a lift. We decided to purchase a new van and have it converted. We chose M.C. Mobiltiy Systems to do the conversion and we are very glad that we did. The entire process was handled in a very professional and timely manner. The service was 5 star. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable, Dave Schutte was our consultant and, in over 40 years of buying vehicles, I've never met someone as dedicated as Dave to providing outstanding service. There was a perfectly understandable error regarding a small detail on the van we purchased. Without any prompting or requests on our part, Dave came over to our house on a Sunday morning on his own time to install the proper restraints on our vehicle. I thought that kind of service had disappeared with the 1960's. Highly recommended!!!!!

Service department is great. Sales however left me spending $4000 in repairs the first year. Was told there was nothing on the CARFAX and there were actually 2 accidents listed when I finally received a copy after the first breakdown of the van. Please be careful here.

We love the curb sider lift that we purchased 2 years ago for my husband's scooter. After researching many possible options, Aaron Morse recommended the curb sider and it has proven to be exactly what we needed. He even informed us of the Toyota rebate which was a nice surprise.
