We set an appointment a week before we cam e. We had a recall mailed. We drove an hour to here for them to tell us they don't have the part to do it when we called and specifically asked if they could fix it. The general manager just said they could order new parta so we could come back another day! No thanks! For what?! To waste more of our time?! I don't think so!

Scheduled an appointment according to them for a 30 minute service to program a key FOB. Daughter took car in at the scheduled time. After 2 hours of waiting she asked the service department on the status and they hadn’t even looked at the car yet. It was only after she asked 2 hours later they decided to look at it. Customer service did not keep her updated on the status. She could have sit there all day had she not said anything.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever been too dealing with any cars. My engine went out and was initially told 2 weeks to be fixed it ended up being 2 1/2 months to fix it. I was lied too my a bunch of inexperienced people who gave me a run around for atleast a month. And a month after my engine was replaced my Starter went out (part of the new engine) what a disgrace as a car dealership! I advise no one go to these crappy people for car repairs they will lie and do you wrong!

I have bought several cars from this dealership in the past so I sent my son to them they sold him a 2012 Ford Fusion with out any warranty that hadn't even had general maintenance done he has dumped money into this car from the start before he even made his first payment the emc computer module went out replaced that along with oil and spark plugs now it barely drives at all he has called us almost everyday to come pick him up. I called Kia to speak to the manager was suffled around to several people then told she was in a meeting and would call me back she never did I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I will tell everyone I know not to either I am checking into a lemon lawsuit

Purchased our first Kia, a Soul, from Maria. She was amazing! Very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. She was not pushy or over bearing in any way. It was so easy to test drive and say lets go work a deal. She's not your typical sales person stereotype! The GM that day "Joseph" on the other hand was quite different. He handled the financial negotiations. Watch him for altering and excluding your credit score(s) for a higher interest rate. Make them show you your scores and the specifics behind the monthly payment (interest rate and term) in writing. He handles his dealings from his office, never meeting you, and putting the sales person at the forefront of the negotiations while taking the blunt of the customer frustrations. That was not right at all! However, Maria did very well communicating the negotiations on our behalf and executing the end results we desired. To Maria, we Thank You for making our purchase experience a great one! To Joseph, if it wasn't for Maria, you would have lost at least one customer that day. Chevy was right next door!

My service experience at Martin Kia was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment at 8 am and upon arrival was told that the service time would be about 2.5 hours. After sitting in the waiting area for 4 hours with no updates, I go out to the service area to be told it will only be another 45 mins. After sitting in the waiting area for another 2 hours with still no update, I go out to the service area once more only to see that my car has been done with service for a while, with still no update. After having to find someone who can help me myself, I receive half of an apology and am given coupons for a car wash across the street. After leaving Martin Kia, I find that the service I went in for (clicking of the steering wheel) still is not fixed. I call back 3 times only to get no answer. I am highly dissatisfied with my service experience, and am still left with a clicking steering wheel.

My husband Bobby and I went to Martin Kia to look at trading in our 2013 Kia Forte with a new 2017 Forte. We talked to Jack Campbell who sold my husband his first car and was very helpful and knowledgeable then. So we went to talk to Jack again and see what kind of deals they had and what vehicles were available. We looked at different ones. We didn't find the color we wanted which was deep sea blue. Jack asked around to the different dealers in other states to find the color we picked. He found it and gave us a loaner until our car could be delivered. It got delivered on a Friday October 27, 2017. He personally delivered it to us. He really did take time with us and not rushing us to make a decision. He found the best deal for us and he really cares about people and what they are looking for. Which is a good reliable car. My husband and I would recommend him to other people and tell them if they want a good deal on a car to come to Martin Kia and talk to Jack Campbell.

The service department is horrible. I need my car serviced because something is wrong with it and it took over a month to get an appointment. A MONTH. Then I was called in to work the night before so I had to reschedule. ANOTHER month before there was an opening, and meanwhile I am driving around in a car with something wrong with it. When I called to reschedule, I spent 15 minutes on the phone and was transferred to 4 different people before the first women I spoke with tried to reschedule me. JUST HORRIBLE. My next new car will not be from this dealership.

Salesman was INCREDIBLY pushy, to the point of being rude - first tip off that this was not a good place to buy. Told them I was not interested in them running our scores yet/doing a sit down as we had not settled on a vehicle. After relentless hounding I finally told them my score is 720+ and my cosigners 750+, and a general income range. The "best they could do" was an APR of 7%. Yeah, you read that right, 7% - after I had pre-qualified for an rate of 3.4-4% independently. Took his information so I could warn my friends not to do business with them, and he had the audacity to call back to see what I was thinking of the car I'd looked at. Told him straight up they were trying to take advantage of me due to inexperience, age, or sex - I didn't know - but I didn't appreciate it and would be taking my business elsewhere. Never heard someone try put on a customer service voice so fast. And afterward, I'm still getting emails from them.

Had the worst experience of my life yesterday at Martin Kia of bowling green. I came up to have my brake lights looked at as they had stopped working. I called the day before my appt to see how much it would be and if I had to pay anything. The person I talked to said that I still had a active warranty and that if it were the bulbs I would have to pay for them and if it were something else it would be covered under my warranty. So I went to my appt today and the guy in the service department I believe his name was Carson came to the lobby and told me it was my bulbs and it would be $69 and some change. I kindly told him that I didn’t have that money today and that I couldn’t pay it I would have to come back another time. He got hateful with me and told me they had already taken my old bulbs off. I told him again that I didn’t have the money. He continued to get rude with me and told me that he told me on the phone yesterday that if it were the bulbs I would have to pay for them and I said that I knew that but I didn’t have the $69 today that he was asking for and didn’t know that it would cost that much. He got very rude once again with me and told me that if I didn’t have the money to pay that I didn’t need to be bringing my car to the service station at all. He went outside then he brought back the blown bulbs and handed them to me and popped off with something rude again. So I asked him if he had a manager I could speak with. He said I am the manager of this dept and continued walking. He brought me to tears to the point I just started crying. I HAVE NEVER been treated so disrespectful in my life. Not to mention I had my 4 year old daughter with me and for him to be working in customer service and talking to me like that let alone with my daughter with me was unbelievable. I tried to calm down and went over to the parts desk and explained what had happened to the man sitting there in which he got up and went and got me the general manager to explain what had happened. The General manager who’s name is Mark told me he was so sorry and told me he would take care of it and he paid for them to put the bulbs in my tail lights. So thank you very much to Mark. On the other hand I hope something is done about Carson in the service dept because he should not get away with treating people like pure scum. It was not right and should never happen to anyone again.

This last purchase was not a good fit for me, so i wanted to try something different. They did not have the time to go above and beyond. Customer service is so important, and they just didn't care. I have had my 2017 KIA Sorento for a week now. I love it! The salesman, Tom "Bones" Kalein and the Sales Manager, Shaun, was very nice and professional. So was Rich in the Business Office. This is my third car I have purchased at Martin KIA. I was disappointed with the service department earlier this year. However, from 2012 and up until the spring of 2016, their service department was great to work with and professional. They seemed to have turned their service department around for the better in the last month (September 2016). Also, I don't like making my appointment with a third-party within their company....I like talking directly with the service department to set up my appointment. OVERALL I AM DEFINITELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE AND THE SALES DEPARTMENT!!

Even traded for a 2014, Kia Soul. Selena Herman (sales) was great and was able to get me an even trade. I took the car home and noted one headlight did not work. I took the car back the next day as they still had to certify it. Martin Kia loaned me an Optima and said that was standard practice if the service vehicle was purchased from them (nice). When I picked up my Soul, they had put on new tires, front brakes, new wipers, removed a slight tobacco odor, changed the oil and filter, cleaned and waxed it, and fixed the light. It looked and felt like a new car. I have never seen a dealer spend more money on a vehicle after the paperwork was completed. Chuck the service manager said he would take care of me. I believe he did. That is great service! I would recommend Martin Kia to others.

I wish I could give a NO STAR rating. After the recall this past February and them having my vehicle for 2 months, they said I needed a new motor and then only replaced one small part. The manager at the time said I had a lifetime warranty and I go have the oil changed and pay $100.00 for a diagnostic and the guy that worked on the car said we needed a new motor and now he said he never said it but also said don't go out of town because of the motor and now I'm bring told even by corporate that I will have to pay for a new motor. Won't buy another car from there.

Bait and Switch artists at this place. I spoke with multiple people on the phone who assured me that a specific vehicle was there. When I got to the dealership, they tried to sell me something else. I kept pressing them on where the advertised car was and they just kept blaming the youngest guy there saying, "He's just young...only been working here for a month." You can tell that they have pulled this routine many times before. It's really a shame because this was a decent dealership when Cornelius was still alive. He was a stand up guy and would have never tolerated this level of dishonesty.

Went here looking for a car last year and was met by the walking stereotype of a car salesman by the name of Jack. Before showing us any cars in our price range, Jack decided the best thing to do was to do a hard pull on my and my co-signer’s credit (which I understand lowered our score a few points). After this took place, he walked off somewhere and came back with a car that was very clearly out of our price range. When I asked what the sticker price was on the car, I was told “we can work with you on the payments.” I never found out what the sticker price was. After this, we decided to make up an excuse to leave. While we were pulling out, Jack waved us down to tell us about a Buick that was, again, very much outside of our price range. Jack again refused to tell us what the sticker price was. I did have a follow-up phone call with one of their customer service people (I think her name was Kim) and she was delightful to speak with about my experience there. With that said, between the service I got from Jack and one of the managers being exposed as a hardline racist, I don’t think any of my comments were taken seriously. If you want to be treated like a number rather than a human being, this is the best place for you.

I was not really satisfied with how this company is ran. Everyone is so disorganized. The lots are disorganized. Cars are everywhere. They have no clue where nothing is. They could find the keys to have of the cars I wanted to look I at. The only good thing was the employees was very nice and had great service. They new how to try and sell stuff.
