I have been to over 200 in the U.S. and the staff at the Louisville Harley is one of the friendliest in the country. I spent more time talking with the staff than I did shopping. Had appointment at a dealership and dropped off on Tuesday night. Appointment for Thursday. Picked up Friday afternoon and left. I'm traveling to Nashville area to visit my adult children. I tried a couple of dealerships, coming down and they weren't able to squeeze me in. I called this dealership and explained what happened and they said bring it in. They have gone above everything I expected. Rear brake pads very low, so I'm happy I stopped. Plus I spent over hundred dollars in clothing. Cody was my service writer and Mark is the man that made it happen. My bike and I thank both.

I stopped in to look at the Harley Davidson the selection was nil to none, the sales people had no product knowledge, and the clothing selection was small compared to other Harley Davidson dealers. Instead of buying from here, I went to bluegrass Harley Davidson got a new road King will be delivered next tuesday

I can not say enough great things about this place, As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lisa Byrd and asked if we needed anything, she was not pushy whatsoever, answered about a gazillion questions with patience and a smile ... Brandon decided on a beauty 2012 street glide that day and went back to get it, the whole process was made easy, the whole staff was so friendly and helpful and was a very pleasant experience, I can not say enough great things about Harley and our lady Lisa Byrd, if you go in make sure to ask for her and I promise your experience will be just as great !! Chuck helped us more than anyone at any motorcycle shop every has and i have been putchasing and riding for years. I hope that louisville harley realizes how great a salesman and employee they have in this man. Me and my wife were walking out thr door to look at other dealers and started talking to him and never went anywere else. He never high pressured it was like talking to a friend and fellow motorcycle rider. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I will be back and it is all because of Chuck. I've begun collecting Harley Davidson shot glasses due a gf brought me one from her honeymoon. Omw to downtown Louisville, I saw this location and made a conscience decision to stop. I ended up purchasing more than I planned. It was on 12/16 2pm, ugly sweater day. A regular, or an employee that was off, brought in a rare domestic animal (unfortunately I can't remember what). Regardless, we did not feel in danger but rather my 17 ans 19 year old boys loved it. The cashiers were all decked out for the ugly sweater day. They definitely added to our vacation mood.

Stopped in for a problem with a friends bike on the way back from a 2k mile trip. They took the bike in right away and diagnosed the problem, unfortunately they didn't have the part. But they were awesome and had it overnighted to the next city we were going to and got us back on our way rather than being greedy for the warranty money! Dealt with Parts and Service department here.... Parts -- Called looking for a filter for my HD (Because bluegrass refuses to stock one). The guy over the phone took down my information, and said he was on the other end of the shop at the moment, but would get back to me asap instead of me waiting on hold. I can respect that. I was only 15 min ride away, so I just drove out. Talked to him in person, and he had my filter! They had some computer problems, and took some time to get me rung up, but he did give me a 10% discount for having to wait on him. The guy seemed very very frustrated, as calls kept coming in, but I appreciate what he did for me. Service -- Swung into the service department to see how booked up they were. I had cash in pocket, and was looking to get new tires on my bike. I stood at the service window waiting... and waiting.... and waiting... There was an employee that was talking to a buddy, but no one came up to offer me any help. This pissed me off, so I walked. Im sure what you did over the weekend is much more important than helping a paying customer at the service counter.
