Went in to look around because I want the bike of my dreams, harley street glide. I'm 6'6" and NONE of the bikes fit me. So, Drew Farr, asked the parts counter guy, (which was almost as tall as myself) what seat he rode on to make his ride more comfortable. The parts guy stopped what he was doing and went to get me a tall boy seat and put it on a bike to see how it feels. There was NO pressure to buy a new or used bike whatsoever. Hopefully soon, it will be me, my bike, and the great staff at Bowling Green Harley ensuring that I keep the wind in the hair....

I do not like this place. I spent a whole day here just looking around. This place is addicting. The sales reps were great and the place was literally spotless but $18 grand later with an awesome bike, I'm sure I will be back. All I can say, if you have no interest in purchasing a bike, don't come here because you just may leave with one. On the other hand, if your looking for one and wanting a great deal, this is the place to be.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Harley-Davidson Bowling Green!!! I purchased my bike March 31 with the understanding it was serviced, had a beautiful 2 in 1 flex pipe muffler, the boom system that was purchased was placed on and was paid off!!! Hey guess what?!?!? The bike WAS NOT serviced!! The muffler WAS NOT flex pipe ( IT WAS RUSTED THROUGH WITH A COVER ON IT)!!! The Boom system purchased wasn’t put on, instead an 80$ Boss system was! AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY SOLD ME A BIKE THAT HAD A LEIN ON IT FROM WHERE THEY OWED MONEY ON IT!!! 2 months later I’m still getting the run around and can’t even drive the damn thing!!!!

The service department today was amazing, Thank You Thomas & Garret... Myself and 2 friends are traveling south to Alabama and I had a issue with my XM radio so we stopped in to see it was a easy fix, and because we were on the road they took my bike in immediately. Thomas did some troubleshooting the issue and had it fixed in less than a hour, I can't explain how appreciative I was and the service was over the top. Anytime I'm back in the area I will definitely stop in just to say hi... Thanks again!!!!!

These guys are AWESOME! Traveling from Texas to Kentucky on my Tri Glide, I had some mechanical problems. Pulled into Bowling Green Harley and they immediately got on it. While waiting on repairs, the sales staff provided me with alternate scenic routes for my tour. The service is exceptional and they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

Have read and heard how great of a dealership this was. Went there to buy some parts and they were extremely helpful. Looked around at new and used bikes for a good 15 minutes and didn't have one single salesman approch me and ask if there was anything they could help me with. They had a nice used street glide that caught my eye but when I talked to the salesman it was like he could care less if I was interested or not. Even answered his phone in the middle of conversation. Very disappointed in the sales experience after having read/heard how great of a dealership they are.

Nice size shop just off hwy 65, bought a couple tshirts and looked at some of their bikes, friendly staff especially the lady working the clothing section, she showed me a new way to fold my shirts to make more room when I am riding . I was in the store on Tuesday morning 9/3/19. I am bad with names and wish I could remember the lady who helped me, she went above and beyond especially when she went into the back room to locate more long sleeve tshirts with little or no graphics on the front. I appreciated this gesture.

When I took my bike here it was making a noise, I told them I thought it was coming from the primary. My bike is 20 years old and needed some attention. They told me the cam tensioner were wore out. I said ok, let’s replace them and I had them put on 2 new tires, it also needed the front forks rebuilt and bushings in the bars, also brakes. Since they had it I asked them to change the fluids. After 3 weeks and several phone calls they tell me the bike is done but there is a problem, there is a noise coming from the primary. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I told them I was coming to get my bike and I will fix it myself. I will never let them touch my bike again. After a but loads of money I still have a problem. The most disappointing experience I have ever had at a dealer, and now I have to fix my own bike. What a joke, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! As you can see below, the dealership replied and I have called them twice and left Evan a message twice. He did call me back once but has not tried to get in touch with me since. Obvious to me he doesn’t really care either. Says a lot about your customer service. Really sad that people their trust in you guys to fix our pride and joy and not only do you fall short but your lack customer service says it all...

My Family and I recently stopped by your store, on Thursday. We were greeted at the door, when we entered. This is always a good sign that the staff are welcoming and wanting to assist the customer. All of your staff were very friendly. We experienced good "Customer Service" while we shopped in your store. The lady that checked us out was engaging with our children and made them feel welcome in your store. Some Harley shops are not kid friendly, let alone welcoming. Worse experience ever. Had cams put in and back tire put on when got bike back belt guard damaged I was told I would get new one no charge.. stopped in 2 weeks later said wrong part ordered that would be mailed to me still have not seen it. Bike runs good but dies was told they didn't want to spend my money to find out what's wrong. Never died before I brought it to them. Been bringing my bike there for more than 2 yrs and have spent thousands of dollars there and this is the way I get treated.
