First day of our trip in a new to us RV and we have problems. Service department was VERY responsive to our needs. They directed us to an RV Park for the night since we arrived after the service Dept was gone for the day. Got us in first thing the next morning and had us rolling again in a few hours. We were on our way on a trip when the check engine light came on and the vehicle lost powering Belleville Ks. I called the closest Ford dealership and asked for help getting my truck fixed. What happened next truly amazed me and my family as no only the service manager came to tow or vehicle to the dealership but the owner himself (Mr Womack) came to help. They even brought my other vehicle to me so my family could continue our trip. Now that is great service and help that goes beyond my expectations of the dealership. A great place to do business. I saw a beautiful red 2013 Ford Taurus as I drove home from work. One day I just had to stop at the dealership and get a closer look it. Steve Womack, Jr. showed me the car and let me take it home to show my husband. Needless to say, my husband liked it as much as I did! Steve made us a great deal and we decided this was the car we wanted to take on our upcoming vacation! LaRae had the paperwork ready when we came to take possession and made the experience quick and easy. Never have we had a better car buying experience! Dad's motor home was having major power issues on the trip home to Nebraska from Phoenix. I called the Ford Dealership in Dodge City in the morning, they said they would get to it next week. We crippled the V10 to Womack where we were treated with open arms and reassurance there are honest dealerships out there. They fixed the problem and saved Mom money. I spoke to everyone on the payroll that afternoon, friendly folks. They all treated Mom and Dad like they were family.

Traveling from MN to AZ and had problelms with engine on our truck misfiring. In service at 8 am, on the road again by 9 am. Service department was amazing and friendly.
