What a beautiful dealership. Sort of a boutique dealer: They only handle a few customers at a time and they give them great personal service. Vibrating massage chairs in the waiting area! I needed a checkup for my Cayman S and they did a very thorough job. I needed a ride to work so the "valet" took me in a new Cayenne. Appointments recommended, call Edwin the Service Advisor directly for a great customer experience.

I've had BMW's for the past 20 years - decided to look for something different due to issues with the prior dealership - talked with Jay Harter about the Macan S in August - the Macan's on the lot were already sold, so I didn't even get to drive one before we ordered it on the same day. Jay was awesome throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the status during the build cycle and even though he'd move on to Audi, he handled the delivery when my car came in at the end of the year. Due to that experience, we then purchased a 2010 Cayman S. Again received exceptional service from Lam and the Scholfield team. The service department has been great to work with for our annual maintenance checks as they've scheduled us in a timely manner and provided either a courtesy car or shuttle service when needed. In addition, we've also taken advantage of the airport shuttle service. Just one of the many perks Scholfield provides its Porsche customers. We look forward to purchasing another vehicle in the near future.

I believe Derek and Joshua went out of their way to try to ensure that I was able to obtain a 2018 manual transmission GT3 that was in very high demand. From when we started this, through the delivery, it was shocking to me as to how Wichita Porsche went about ensuring that this transaction went off without a hitch. I had a wonderful experience with this team and Porsche dealership at Wichita. I was skeptical when I planed to drive from Kansas city to Wichita to look at a car which I liked on there website. We arrived just 2 hours before closing time . After the test drive and review, we decided to buy that car. Tyler who was new salesman was very polite, patient and extremely helpful. Did his best to get the new car ready on a Saturday evening even though it was after hours and the computer system was down. Dave, the manager was extremely insightful, helpful and a thorough professional. Each and every time I have worked with Bruce Alexander and Travis Brandenburg, I have been provided excellent customer service. The entire staff of Porsche of Wichita were an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way, especially Jeremy Buckle, Austin Barnes and Jarred Wilbert. We decided to purchase a Cayman and shopped several dealerships around the Midwest and quickly realized the best one was right here in Wichita. Jeremy was extremely helpful with any question we had on the 2015 Cayman GTS which was a new model that had just been introduced, on the rare occasion he didn't know the answer he always found out for us. After negotiating the price which was more than fair we ordered a 2015 Cayman GTS which arrived almost a month early. Jeremy took several hours to go over the car with us and would have spent the entire day if needed. On June 1st we were invited to the Porsche Driving Experience where we were given the opportunity to drive the Cayman, Macan and 911. After driving the cars we rode with professional drivers from Porsche in each one them on a closed course which is something I will never forget. My car started misfiring in the middle of a 400 mile road trip. We stayed in a hotel, took my car to the dealership first thing in the morning and they had my car fixed in 2 hours, replaced a Coil pack and spark plug for around $480. I was very satisfied in the level of service this dealership was able to perform. This is what i would expect from a Porsche Dealership. I expect to pay a premium for the sharpest techs, having the parts in stock, and getting me back on the road as easily and quickly as possible. This reinforces on why I chose Porsche. I purchased a Porsche 911 2005 with only 6800 miles working with their Sales associate Vu Nguyen. I live in Cincinnati so purchasing a car at distance is difficult but Vu made this really easy and was delighted with the car on delivery to Cincinnati, Unfortunately within 1000 miles the EMS seal leaked and had be replaced under warranty along with a number of other maintenance items identified at my local Porsche garage in Cincinnati which led to an unexpected invoice of $2,600. I approached the General Manager (Travis) Porsche Wichita and suggested that he contribute 50% of this invoice and within 24 hours came back and confirmed they would send me a check for $2000 versus my request of $1300, To be clear the maintenance items identified were not obvious to the folks at Porsche Wichita !! THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO BUSINESS WITH !!!

I recently began shopping nationally for a 2014 or newer Certified Pre-owned Porsche Cayenne Diesel through the Porsche Cars North American web site. Richard was very helpful and walked me through the vehicle via video and was transparent to the condition of the vehicle and pointed out what small nicks and dings it had as a used vehicle. My wife and I had a great experience with our purchase of a new 2016 Porsche Cayenne. We have owned several cars bought from Schofield over the past years and quite frankly had soured on doing business with them due to continued poor experiences with the service department. But in dealing this past week with Neal and Austin we have found a new affection and trust in The Luxury Collection brands! We dealt primarily with Neal (McCall) and he couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive to our needs. We had basically already decided to buy a BMW X5 from another dealer outside of Wichita but we stopped by just drive one. We were honest with Neal about our intentions but he was not bothered by that and was very helpful. We then decided to test drive the Cayenne as well. Because of Neal we decided to go ahead and talk with him about pricing a car. Austin got involved in the process at this point and his friendliness and attention was equal to what we experienced with Neal. Based on my experience with trying to buy the Audi I was not very optimistic that the price quote was going to be competitive with what I had received outside of Wichita. Well I was more than wrong on this assumption and was surprised to find them more than competitive even to the point that I only asked for another $500 of their initial offer. Hopefully I will find the service experience to be equally improved in the near future. I am confident that if the Service Dept has people with the attitudes and commitments to the customer like that of Neal and Austin then I am going to be very happy with that part of The Luxury Collection as well! Thanks Neal and Austin for helping make my wife so happy with her birthday present!!!!

The luxury collection in Wichita Kansas it a truly unique car dealership. Their focus is on customer service and that is evident on the first day you walk in and remains evident with their commitment to you afterwards. When I told Jay Harter that I wanted to purchase a sports car and told him what cars I was interested in looking at he made them all available to me at a single location. This included a Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar and Porsche makes and he then spent the entire day with me. His nick name later became all day Jay ! He was knowledgeable about all the makes and I ultimately chose the Porsche. When you couple Jays commitment to you , and the luxury collection's commitment to you as a customer you really have the best of both worlds. I just want to say that I had a great buying experience with Richard Kedra and Porsche of Wichita. I always dread buy a new or used car but this experience was definitely the best. I've been looking for a used Cayman with the right features for almost 6 months. I finally found a 2016 red Cayman at Porsche Wichita with only 45K miles on it. The pictures, description and Carfax were right on. I really loved the detailed pictures. I contacted the dealer and Richard got back to me promptly. He offered to do a face time, video walk around and answer any questions that I might have. I flew in from Utah a few days later and Richard picked me up at the airport and we drove to the dealership to check out the car. It was exactly as they stated on their website. I bought the car and spent the next 1 1/2 days driving it the 1000 miles back home enjoying it all the way. Richard was great to work with! Very low key and the one thing I liked best was that he worked with me exclusively through the whole process. I wasn't passed along to any other sales people. That means a lot. A few days after I got back home Richard and Dave Pearson, their General Manager, both reached out to me to make sure everything was good. I appreciate that. Again, it was a great buying experience with great people. I would definitely go back again.

First came here back in 2012 to the old dealership. I was interested in buying my first Porsche and was told to come back in the future as they did not want to work with me. I stopped here while in town and sat outside the service drive while the lot attendant cleaned up a loaner vehicle, inside the drive. Nobody came out to greet me. I went inside to see if something could be replaced on my cayenne, it is a common part with a high failure rate, the vehicle is still under warranty. I was told by the lot attendant that they do not have the part in. This is the first dealership I have been too that the lot attendant has the complete working inventory memorized. Never had a chance to speak to a service advisor. will definitely avoid wichita Porsche in the future.

After a short time my husband decided, he would have preferred to build his own Macan Turbo, and wait for it to be delivered. The wonderful staff at Porsche of Wichita made our transition from one Porsche model to another, incredibly smooth and easy. Bruce Alexander, our liaison at Porsche, was deeply knowledgeable and very positive, as he helped my husband build the new car. The dealership worked out a fair and generous plan, that even let us continue to drive the new Cayenne GTS during the 4 months, it took to build and ship the new Macan Turbo, from Germany to Wichita. The entire staff has my deep appreciation, for turning a potentially complex and stressful situation into a fun and completely satisfying buying experience.
