I called Chris Eckert when I needed to replace a lost remote and within 24 hours I was informed it was available and it was programmed and ready to use within the 24 hr period. Greg, in service, worked me in fast and when the bill came it was higher than the quote I was given. Greg couldn't contact the person who gave me the quote so he adjusted the bill on the spot and had me on my way. It is great to deal with a company who empowers their employees to make on the spot decisions and also believe their customers. It's no wonder they are a 5 Star Dealership and it is so deserved!

I came to this dealership to look for a vehicle only on the basis that I wanted a new one and had to find one i could afford. I liked the new Tahoes and Suburbans, but never thought I could afford one. By a twist of fate, Jill (our sales star) pulled a 2015 Chevy Suburban out of inventory and we literally saw beams of light shining from it (all we needed were angels singing). Got in an accident with a deer on I-70 in the middle of a long car ride and the cop pointed me in the direction of this place because my car was basically undrivable. A friend and I were already waiting outside of the body shop waiting when the employees were showing up to work at 745am and they helped us right away. Found us a radiator for my car from a local shop and had it installed by 10:30 at a shocking low price. Nathan and Dede were incredibly nice and caring after our scary car accident and helped us out tremendously. They couldn’t have made a bad event any better. 10/10

Took the van in to change oil and check air conditioning. It was not blowing as cold as it had been. The was low so they took care of that. I needed brake shoes and rotors turned. Also needed a front end alignment. Chuck called me and let me know what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. I advised him to complete the work and it was completed in a timely manner and I had my van back. All in less than a day.

I put a value on customer service. The better the service the less I worry about a few dollars here and there. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal on the 2014 Cruze I bought yesterday but I probably would have paid a little more without thinking too hard about it because of the service. Jerry and JR were great. These are the kind of people to do business with. Jerry is absolutely a man of his word. It was late when we finished the paper work. Not once did JR make us feel rushed or under any kind of pressure. I believe it was close to 9pm when we finished and he was just as patient then as when we first started. Taken advantage of after returning home from a deployment. The way I was handled after the sell was made was every bit of disappointing. I walked in with a 740 credit score and left with a 680 because they did 4 hard inquires. I initially wanted to do a 1500 down payment so this condescending a hole trying to rush me out the door said he accidentally deposited 1500 to my account so the next day I drove back and he made me feel as though I was trying to rob them or it was my mistake ended up crying because returning home from a deployment is a very stressful matter I got my Chevy ecquinox from this dealership in 2014 so as a returning customer and active duty soldier I thought I would’ve got way more respect than what I did. I felt powerless at the time on top of everything going on. This dealership I wouldn’t recommend ever again to the people on post that I referred here I made sure to go back and tell them about this location. Can’t remember the initial lady I was working with she had a short cut they both kept asking me to do this survey like they had done an outstanding job. You reap what you sow but in this world seems like nothing ever happens to the bad guys. I will review/report you all to the better business bureau and any other website I see fit to make sure you don’t take advantage of any other soldiers. You all deserve half a star but google doesn’t have any less than 1.

We were traveling cross country 12-13 August when the check engine light came on in our 2014 Cadillac CTS. Fortunately, our hotel in Salina was just 2 blocks down the road from a GMC/Cadillac dealer. When we left the hotel on 13 August we went to that dealership and they told us it would take several hours to look at our car and that they would not be able to do any warranty repairs. They told us that Holm Automotive in Abilene could do warranty repairs so I called and talked with Greg in the service department. Greg was amazing. I called him from Salina at 9:48 AM and he told me he would have the car checked out by 11:00. We drove to Abilene and Greg took the car in right at 11:00 like he said. They found and corrected the problem. They changed the oil and rotated the tires while they were at it. While we were waiting Greg came in twice and gave us an update. After a couple of hours they were all finished. When it came time to pay I was very surprised the bill was no higher than it was. I was expecting much more. Greg and the folks at Holm fixed our car and got us back on the road with just a couple of hours delay. The service was exceptional!! Thank you!!

Walked into the body shop office and was greeted by Dede, from start to finish she handled my insurance claim and set me up with a great rental car all in one visit. My only complaint is that they did not call me, as promised, to let me know that the new tire had been received, mounted on the wheel and ready for pickup. I have to say this was the most less stress experience in buying a car I've ever had. Believe me because having a spouse that I send to get an oil change on my car, can't sit in the waiting room and read a magazine & have coffee. No, he has to walk around the lot and check out all the vehicles. I hold my breath until I see him arrive home with the car he left in. 3 times out of 5, he comes home with a vehicle he thinks "I need". This time I got a jump on the him. I seen Holm website and found the car I really wanted. As we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by Kim with a huge smile, followed by a greeting from the sale lady Michele. Between those 2 the stress seemed to melt away. Michele listen to my wants & answered all our questions and never once tried to pressure us into something different. Once the decision was made & we started the final paperwork we were introduced to J.R.. Which explained everything about the financing & got us a great rate. As we were about to finish up, out walked the owner Tim Holm to greet us. NOW TALK ABOUT MAKING AN IMPRESSION.....never in all the 45 years of buying cars has the owner ever taken the time to Greet & Meet us. Heck, we've have owners walked right by us & never acknowledge we were even in his showroom. My Lexus was involved in a home accident while I was visiting my parents in Abilene. The closest Lexus dealer was either in Wichita or Kansas City and I needed to get my vehicle repaired in a hurry. I took my auto to Holms, at the recommendation of my parents who live in Abilene. The service center was very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed and directed me to the body shop. They were able to receive the necessary part via overnight delivery and my car was delivered back to me soon thereafter. Eric and Dede in the body shop were particularly helpful and kind. I hope I have to never return for other body damage repair, but if I do, I am confident in doing so.

Took my brand new Ram Truck to the body shop for extensive repair involving air bags. De De immediately made me feel that I was the only customer even though It was evident they are very busy. While checking my tires (which had not been purchased at Holm Automotive Center) that I had purchase 4000 miles before, the technician found slits on the inside of my tires. All 4 were defective. He advised I take my car to the reputable tire dealership. At the tire dealership, I was told that it must have been a bad batch and they replaced all of them. We were on vacation heading to Douglas, Wyoming when we decided to make a quick stop in Abilene to get something to eat. As I was going down the exit ramp, my brakes went out and all kinds of alarms starting going off in my vehicle. We pulled into McDonalds, and found we had no brake fluid. We saw Holm Chevrolet dealership next door and went there to see if they could figure out what was happening. They were very courteous and polite and immediately had us pull into the main bay. They said it looked like the main brake line had rusted in two and would have to be replaced. They told us as soon as they had a lift available they would pull it in and see if that was indeed the problem. It took about 45 minutes before they could look at it and confirm that was the problem. They gave us a quote on what it would cost. When we gave the OK, they got two people working on it. In all we were there about 4 hours, but they were super about working us in ahead of scheduled jobs. They kept us informed on how things were going and were super nice. We cannot thank them enough for helping us out so quickly.

I have never gone in to Holm's and not been greeted by friendly folks who will bend over backward to help you out. One time I was in a fix that no other Dealership could help me with and they found a way to make the deal happen and help me out. This time I went in for a recall and service, I was not really looking but they again went out of their way to find something that would help me in the future and had great incentives that convinced me it was right. Go see them with what you think is hopeless and they will find a way.

When I first arrived in Abilene, I had just had my car surprise me with an engine cutoff on the highway. Luckily, Abilene was my destination, so I immediately went into Holm (which is also a AAA certified/partnered service center) and had them take a look. Greg Bilderback (the service technician) listened patiently and intently to my explanation of the engine cutoff. He asked me a few questions and decided it might be my alternator, but to drive a little more and report back. When my problem escalated a week later, I went back. Greg was there and remembered my name and my original diagnosis. He looked, listened, and decided my problem was the alternator for sure. He offered to get me a rental car, but I decided just to wait, as he said it would take about 3 hours. He called quickly with an estimate after I left, and 3.5 hours later, he called to tell me it was all done. Greg even gave me a visual overview of all the work done and explained every step of the repair. I will be sad when I leave Abilene, because I have an immense amount of trust and respect with the Holm Automotive Center. I received a 10% discount through my AAA membership.

Holm Chevrolet is by far the best dealership I have ever gone to. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from them and I will never go anywhere else. Michelle Holt is such a great sales rep and makes the whole experience relaxing instead of stressful. The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can. I have never felt like I was being pressured to buy, trade or lease or feel ripped off like I have at other dealerships. It is well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Wichita to go to this beautiful small town and this outstanding dealership. Smack in the middle of a 4 hour road trip to head to a wedding, our A/C stops working in 103 degree heat. With 2 kids in back we knew must find a place to look at the issue. The service consultant Greg Bilderback had the car ( Saturn Outlook) checked out and discovered it was NOT the transmission but a water pump.. I had been in search of a used vehicle for a few months. I had found a Jeep Renegade at Holm in my price range and reached out to regard it. I could not have been more surprised be the professionalism and service that was offered to me there. He was educated on the abilities of the vehicle and was ready to show other vehicles that met the same requirements I had. He made my decisions easy and once we decided on my vehicle it was a very quick process. I was drained from my search of vehicles the last few months, and to be honest I did plan on this visit going as well as it did. They were always willing to work around my schedule and by the time we sat down to do the paperwork, it was extremely efficient. I couldn't have been in there longer than 20 min. Jed was great, straight forward, to the point, and did his job marvelously. I will also state that he is the most well dressed employee, so good job:). Overall, as a small business owner, I truly believe companies should be recognized for exceeded excellence. The people that work there are phenomenal. I was having problems with my AC not blowing cold and my electric passenger seat not working in my 2017 Buick Enclave. They were able to get me in within a couple of days to get it looked at. They even stayed late so that I could turn my vehicle into them for an evening drop off. Turns out there was a short in the seat wiring harness and the AC had a bad condenser unit in the rear of the vehicle causing a leak. I was worried that I would be paying over $1,000 to have everything fixed. Well, I was wrong. The guys there in the service department looked into it and everything was covered under the warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle there.

Bought a used Chevy Bolt online (I live in Wichita) at a price below the used car "Average" and got higher than "Average" trade-in dollars for 1 of my trades due to low miles and condition. They made this transaction very stress free and even sent my 2nd key fob within 5 business days.
