Took my car in today to get an oil change. Got a coupon via email for a oil change and estimate on trade in value. First they lost my coupon then would not honor it. This was for another car than the new one I bought from them in December 2018. I spent $27000 with these folks in December then they send me a coupon that after making an appointment they then lose and will not honor. These folks are not much in the way of customer service. $10 off the price of an oil change and they will not honor it. I will never purchase another vehicle from then and would recommend you not purchase one either. It cost me more than $10 of my time to just jack with these people. This is the second time this kind of thing has happened to me. Very shady folks here. Stay away. I am locked in because of my vehicle purchase but don't let that happen to you. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE HERE!!!!

Went in to Hatchery Hyundai with my friend Ken he said this is a Great place to buy a car especially the salesman Bill Stout. Met Bill Stout and what a pleasant salesman. It was nice to go to a dealership where all the salesmen don't stand out front in a line and when you park your car they all run as fast as they can to beat each other to sell you a car. Bill Stout was in his office and gladly greeted us and remembered my friend Ken. I told Bill what I was looking for and he said I got just the car. We took it out on test drive and for once I did not feel pressured and nervous on the test drive. The car buying experience here was pretty good. However, to keep my warranty valid, I have to go to their service center for oil changes. Their hours aren't great and you have to make an appointment. Even with the appointment it takes at least 45 minutes and up to 2 hours for my basic oil change. This place sucks.

From putting together no less than 7 different financing/lease options, to staying for over 2 hours after closing time to ensure we were taken care of, every step in the process was without the BS I've gotten from car salesmen in the past. John Olson was our salesman, and he is incredible. Just a few minutes after our initial conversion, he emailed me a video he had takenf the car e were looking at. Knowing we live about an hour from the dealership, he had all the cars we showed interest in ready to be driven as soon as we got there. Kurt took care of our financing, and he provides a level of service that is rarely found in the business. Very straightforward, no nonsense, yet very easy to talk with. I know I said it once, but it bears saying again. This was the most positive buying experience I've ever had. I cannot strongly enough recommend that, if you're in the market for a Hyundai, you stop in at the west Wichita location and ask for John.

I bought a brand new 2018 model car from a different dealership, and my wife bought her brand new 2018 Sonata from here at Hatchett Hyundai West. My car had a problem arise and my dealership gave me the runaround before finally bringing my car in for a real inspection. Now my car is in for warranty repair but they did not offer me a loaner so I could go to work until it was too late to actually get one. Thankfully, Heather at Hatchett Hyundai came to the rescue and actually gave me a loaner while the car I didn't even purchase from her is in for repairs. Due to this, Hatchett Hyundai and Heather have both earned any possible future business with my wife and I when it is time to upgrade again. In addition, I will always advise my friends and family to visit these wonderful individuals.

Terrible service. Took my wife's car in because the car was acting up. Figured it was something to do with the transmission. Mechanic took it for a test drive, came back and said, "Yep transmission is going out. That'll be $2900." We were a little shocked. My wife started an out of town job and needed a car to drive. Hyundai actually offered her a rental. We took it. Within those two days of having the rental we decided to check the transmission fluid level. It was low. We filled it up and car hasn't been an issue since then. We return the rental car, rental place tells us Hyundai payed for the rental. We were happy campers. Then MARK from Hyundai called us asking for payment. I tell them how we checked the fluid and it was an easy fix and that I was surprised their "mechanic" missed such an easy check. MARK seemed shocked, but still requested payment. INCREDIBLY disappointed in their service. They have been an absolute nightmare. This all wouldn't have been a problem if their "mechanic" would have checked or even if MARK said, "Hey you know what, I'm sorry to hear that, you're right consider the rental charge taken care of." TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Wish I could’ve given a 5 star review but unfortunately I am going on month 4 without my GAP refund being done and I still haven’t received my check. The service and sales department have been awesome but the finance manager Kurt or Kirk is useless. Office mailbox is full and tells you to call his cellphone or text him but he doesn’t respond back to you. Billy in the finance department is useless as well. Filled the paper out and not only was he rude to me but blamed the girls in the refund department for failing to get the job done. Said he would follow up with me and now I’m playing a hunt down game to get some resolution. Buy from them and hopefully you won’t refinance your car because you’ll get ignored from the finance department. Apparently doing their job is difficult. Sour taste in my mouth and I will never refer this company to anyone!

I normally don’t like the car buying experience, but John Olson made all the difference at Hatchett. He was amazing and made you feel at ease. It took a couple weeks, but John was patient with us and worked with our schedule. We were thinking about a new Tucson, but then my wife fell in love with a slightly used Tucson limited. John was busy and had Nick Olson (his son, who was just as amazing as well!) help us with the test drive and we bought it right after we got back. Nick helped us through the purchase process and hooked us up with Kurt Bull the finance guy (fun guy to deal with and his from New Zealand to boot!). So if you are like me and have not had good experience at buying a car, head to Hatchett and look for the Olson Team, can’t go wrong with either one of them! Will be back in future for my next car! :o)

The car I wanted showed available on the West side website, which is where I am. We get there and it's not it was sold two days before we got there so the other one I looked at, cuz always have a plan b, also showed that location. The second was actually at the East side, they wanted me to test drive one that was 'just like it' but that's not the one I wanted to buy! So rather than lose my business he drove me over to the East side and I test drive it back. Took 4 more hours to get everything done. I didn't get a 30/60 day tag I got my original tags, just weird process. I still had to go back and get the second set of keys cuz they were at the East side location. Long drawn out car buying, website is not user friendly cuz the got even thought he had both my cars there. Car is excellent and people were professional. I wanted to give 3.5 stars

Matt is the least pushy salesman I've ever spoken to. He makes you feel at home and truly like the choice is 100% yours. The entire atmosphere is great and laid back. I didn't speak to anyone who was in any way pushing or trying to hard. Out of all the dealerships I went to this one not only made me feel like I'd be taken care of but also like it was 100% me running the show and if I wanted to leave I could and if I wanted to stay and buy they'd do everything in their power to make the vehicle affordable for me. Even the finance manager was wonderful and not pushy or rigid. It was like talking to friends or acquaintances that just wanted to show you their cool cars and tell you all about them and if you wanted to take one home they'd see what they could do. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I HIGHLY recommend buying your next car here! My credit isn't very good but they worked with me and contacted credit unions on my behalf and they were able to get me into a car with the payments we can afford! Nowhere else in town has been able to do that! They offer free car washes, inexpensive oil changes. You name it. Plus I LOVE my new car! I've never owned such a nice car! Matthew Burr is the salesman we worked with, he was polite, and went above and beyond. Prior to this we've had nothing but horrible experiences with car lots so we were anxious that we'd get the same run around, keep you there for hours and come back and say our monthly payment would be hundreds above what we needed. But Hatchett matched our monthly payment we needed! I could go on and on. Just go there and see for yourself =)

Best car dealership in Wichita! My wife and I have bought and/or leased 6 cars from Hatchett Hyundai West over the past 10 years. I will NEVER go to another dealership… period. Bill Stout and Kurt Bull deal with me honestly and fairly. I have never felt taken advantage of, and am always treated with respect. On top of all that, I've never spent more than a few hours start to finish when buying a car here. Our last visit – from the time we pulled in, test drove 2 cars, looked at financing options, and drove off in a new car – only took about 3 hours. And that was on a busy Saturday! It may sound crazy, but I actually look forward to renewing my lease. Bill Stout and the entire team and Hatchett Hyundai West are fun to work with. I called Hatchett Dealership to explain our problem and to let them know that our Hyundai would be coming in for repair. Jason was very considerate and said they would be watching for us. It was 2 hours from the time Jason checked us in to when he sent us on our way. Our time spent in the customer waiting area was very comfortable.
