My daughter is in college at K-state, had her take her car there for some work. The people that I talked to were nice, just absolutely the most frustrating experience I have ever had! I would spell it all out, but I would waste more of my life. Would not recommend them. No one ever calls you back when they say they will. No communication between departments. Had to call numerous times to get credit back that they had charged, only to find the part unavailable. Good luck if you take your vehicle there, I hope you have a better experience. I will not be back. Would have givin 0 stars but they will not allow it.

Worse service ever at dick Edwards, they cheated on me, I fixed a fuse in my car in Topeka KS laird Noller for free while they charge me $100 for diagnosis and they ask me to pay extra 5 hours labor to fix my car, they just think I am a naive so they can steal my money, Don't let them fix your car ever

We are from an hour away when traveling to Dick Edwards. Our experience with Dick Edwards is bittersweet. The sales people that we have dealt with have been great. We leased a Sonata in 2011. It was the person handling the paperwork that has demonstrated incompetence every time. When we leased at the beginning the paperwork was the holdup and we were there for approximately an extra hour. The figures were incorrect and had to be done 2-3 times. When we turned the car in we were told we had to pay over 1200.00 to Dick Edwards. Other leases we had, the dealers purchased our cars to sell and did not owe anything. When we turned in the Hyundai we paid at the time to finish our lease in July. 6 weeks later we received a letter stating we owed for the car by Hyundai Finance. The amount that the dealer collected from us. When I contacted Hyundai Finance I was informed the dealer should not have been paid and the check should have been made out to Hyundai Finance not Dick Edwards as we were told by the dealership! Also the letter stated that if we purchased or leased again with them we would not owe anything! Definitely something we made known we were interested in possibly continuing our business with them at that time. We were looking at purchasing a used Sonata and were waiting fo approval late in the day. We were held up in paperwork for hours because of it being a Saturday and could not get an answer from the lender. We were planning to turn our car in at that time. We drove both vehicles to Manhattan along with both our kids to spend time enjoying the day. We could have left and enjoyed our time in Manhattan and gone back if we were called back. Instead we were there over 5 hours. That information was not shared by the dealership! All this I feel is something they should know. We had to make a second trip! The multiple times we were there we did not feel like our time was respected by the person handling the process beyond the sales people! As of today I was told that the car had not yet been picked up by Hyundai and he called yesterday about it and that they were holding money for them. Our check has cleared and the letter that was sent is a notice about Hyundai Finance. Once again the money should have never even been collected at the dealership! If we had not called them the matter we feel would not get taken care of as it should have been from the very beginning! We will never do business with Hyundai or especially Dick Edwards!!!

Flint Hills Hyundai is a fantastic auto dealership. I was having problems registering my car due to the finance company refusing to fax over my digital copy of my title. DMV refused to give me a temporary plate while waiting for the title, which could take 8 weeks. I figured I would have to buy a new car (I cant just not drive for 2 months). Barbara and TJ did some preliminary figures and came back telling me it would not be beneficial to purchase a car. Wow, usually car salesman do everything in their power to sell a car. After, both Barbara and TJ called some of their contacts and within 2 days I was finally able to get a temporary while I wait for the state to state transfer. The folks at Dick Edwards were friendly and quick to let my fiancé test drive several vehicles without any hassle. However, when it came time to discuss the price the sales manager would only come $100 off the manufacturer discount which I found insulting. When I told the sales manager I wanted to pay $1,600 less than what Dick Edward's Hyundai was offering, he pulled out a dealer generated invoice, said this was the lowest price possible, and told me anyone who agreed to sell a car at the price I wanted to pay was a liar. That afternoon I called several other area Hyundai dealers and found the exact same car in Kansas City and purchased the vehicle for $1,700 less than was I was offered at Dick Edwards. Dick Edward's is a great place to test drive a vehicle but do yourself a favor and go to Kansas City if you want a good deal on a new Hyundai.

Not buying a car there! Test drove a Hyundai Veloster there and the gas tank was almost empty, so I couldn't try it very far. Also, I took in a voucher for $50 gift card if I test drove a Hyundai vehicle and never got the gift card. The online tracking says Flint Hills Hyundai never submitted my voucher.
