The first day I went to the dealership I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel like all of the employees were all in my face(like most dealerships), a friend and I spoke with Earl and test drove with him as well, he was very easy going and friendly the entire time! He also made sure they were ready when I went back to the second day since he wouldn’t be there! The second day I went back to test drive a different vehicle we were helped by someone else, it felt awkward driving the vehicle as he was all business & hard to talk to, I ended up getting the first vehicle and the buying process was very easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend Acura of Wichita!

From start to finish, Acura of Wichita has been top notch! I actually found my vehicle through a nationwide search. When I located my TLX, it appeared to be everything I wanted and came at a significant price savings from other certified dealers. I was able to work with Graham Ryan to ask a million questions. My wife and I have been looking for 2 years for a specific Mazda CX-5, that met some very picky criteria we had for a nearly new car, plus at a fair price. We live in Colorado but finally found the perfect car in Kansas, at Acura of Wichita. I inquired online about the car and quickly heard back from sales associate Samantha Abbott, then later the general manager, Mathew Kowalski,. After some Q&A via email, we decided to buy the car and drove to Wichita to work with Samantha to close the deal. This was sincerely the best ever dealer experience we have ever had, with a cooperative, no pressure approach to helping us get the perfect car that we looked so long to find. I was looking at a vehicle and was talking with Samantha in regards to an Acura TL. She was very polite. Not pushy and gave me time to think. I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. When she called me back for a follow up in regards to the Acura, she asked me how was I doing because of my vehicle accident a month ago and didn't push the vehicle topic. I then told her I purchased a vehicle elswhere. She was still very polite and did not hang up on me. She offered to help us later down the road if we need another vehicle. I was impressed by their professionalism. They were open to answering my questions, they weren't too pushy, they allowed me to take the number of test drives that I needed, and they even delivered the car at a convenient time. The lack of being able to negotiate a price was freeing at first, but I felt that having no option to negotiate was a bit limiting to what I would have preferred as a final agreement.

My husband and I went to the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that we had arranged to drive. It was very impressive, but we weren't ready to commit without driving another comparable SUV. We then had to drive the first one again and discuss which best fit our needs and budget. We finally made our selection and were able to finance with a competitive interest rate on the spot. This was Friday into the evening before everything was in place. This dealer provides an excellent buying experience! We had spent about a month negotiating prices with the Acura (and other dealers) dealers in KC and were always frustrated with the shady tactics and the "add ons" that would appear on the car after we set a price on a vehicle. We live out of town and would drive in to finalize a sale and something would always blow it up. Walser Acura of Wichita was amazing. Their price is the actual price and turns out to be much cheaper that the best prices we could negotiate in KC on the same vehicle. After we left the dealer, my wife and I were amazed that we were actually relaxed and happy with the purchase process. We have bought many cars previously and each time we finish with the process, we are always drained and just want to go home. However, Walser one upped every dealer we have ever dealt with. I talked to the sales rep both via email and on the phone about the car we wanted. I pointed out that I was out of town and he mentioned that they have a program called the "Acura Experience". Basically, Acura of Wichita paid for us to stay 2 nights at the Marriot and paid for us to have a $200 dinner at an amazing restaurant. The whole process was outstanding. The staff were nice, especially since we have a 5 month old baby. They took care of us and played with out baby while we were finalzing paperwork etc. Here, we actually had a good time with the process and more importantly it took us less than an hour to test drive and finalize the paper work. One of their sales reps even took about 40 minutes to teach my wife how to use the infotainment system after the paperwork was all done. At this point I should mention as an aside that usually I do not like "no haggle" dealerships. This usually means that you are getting a bad price. This is not the case at Walser, the prices they quoted us on vehicles were usally much cheaper than prices we could get from dealers in KC after intense and draining negotiations. The difference is that at Walser, you walk in, write a check, sign some papers and you are done. Walser does offer "add ons" like ceramic paint coating and so forth. When we were finishing up, our rep said "we offer these warranty options and interior and exterior coating options to protect your car, I'm going to go grab a water and do a few other things so that you can look these up on google and decide for your self. I'd love to sell you these add ons, but they are not neccessary so you definitely do not need to buy them". After a few questions and googling, we did go with the ceramic paint coating and leather coating as their price was about what it would cost to have it done by our local detailer at home. Then after leaving the dealer we noticed that there was a big chip in the windshield that was starting to crack. It was in a hard to see place at the edge of the windshield, but since the sun was setting it caught the light just right and revealed itself. We immediately emailed the dealer and even though they had closed an hour prior the sales rep emailed back and said they would fully take care of the problem at no cost to us. He knew we were 2h away and he said that if Safelite couldn't do a replacement he would send a porter 2h to us to swap cars until it was fixed. Ultimately, the wind shield was replace and all is good. Since then, I have recommended Walser to several friends and family. Several have bought at sister dealerships (all at the same location) that all operate on the same principle. Overall, Acura of Wichita is a great place to buy a car. If you are from out of town, or even from KC, you should make the drive to Walser in Wichita.They really take care of their customers and give ou a fair up front price. Acura of Wichita (and all Walser dealers) will pay for your hotel and for a fantastic meal making the buying process relaxed and a lot of fun. All in all, the process was so fast and quick that we ended up having a great weekend in Wichita and shopped at several local unique businesses that day. Thanks to Graham and Doug for being great guys!

Chelsea was great. She was 1- punctual 2- knowledgeable and 3- extremely patient with us as we went back and forth between the base model and the ASPEC. We got a great price with the 2019 model closeouts. We are very happy. We live 150 miles west of Wichita so we had a blast driving back home in our new 2019 ILX ASPEC. We were not sure what to expect as we are now, first time Acura customers. We are very frugal and practical so the ILX is a great match for a pair of empty nesters ;-)

This place was awesome. David Reynolds was my sales consultant. He went over all the features very systematically and very easy to follow. Leaving you with the feeling that you have now become an expert on the car you are about to buy. He did all this without being pushy or overwhelming too. David was very easy to communicate with and was very patient with me as I worked out my loan with my bank. Even though I did not go through their financing. I did get to see their process and it would have led to a very pleasant outcome too. On top of my sale guy being awesome when he need any assistant Doug Porter the Sales Manager was quick to action providing us any clarification we needed. He worked very well with his sale guy David without being that push manager that leave everyone feel like they are below them and wrong. It was a good sight to see them working as a team. I hope to buy my next car from them again.

I highly recommend buying a car from Earl Wood. He was extremely patient and understanding with me throughout the process. During my test drive he was patient when I wanted to drive to my home to make sure my pup fit in the back of the RDX (he did!). I only test drove one car (on my list of 5) and decided on Acura after the quality and cleanliness of the car, as well as the amazing team. From there it was absolute help, never pushiness, even when I was on a tight deadline to get things buttoned up. Additionally, there were two minor issues with the car that the team worked diligently to fix, even giving me a rental when they kept my car overnight. And.. Earl was with me throughout the entire process--- including waiting with me while the service department processed the request. He was in constant contact with me from beginning to end (even after the "sales" part was complete). I have zero complaints. Walser (and Earl Wood!) gained a life-long client in me.
I had a great on-line purchased my new Acura RDX experience at Acura of Wichita from beginning to end. They had just the SUV I was looking for within my price range. I love my lovely Acura! Extremely friendly staff and easy buying process. They are very upfront and don't pressure you into doing anything. Would definitely buy from them again.
An amazing experience from front to back. We started browsing the lot about 30 minutes before closing. Chelsea greeted us, gave us a synopsis of their no haggle, consultant sales philosophy and scheduled a time to meet the next morning. When we got there it was super chill, no angst or gongs being hit like other places we've been. Just a casual conversation about what we were looking for. The best aspects about the experience were two things. 1. Chelsea listened. I didn't have to repeat and steer her back to what was important to us. She didn't use a lot of jargon or lists of features. Just focused on the things we wanted and talked about some of the highlights that were unique to the vehicle. I thought this was highly effective. We also visited a few other dealerships and the salesmen just rattled off a ton of things we weren't interested in. I had to keep reiterating what we were really looking for. It was just a waste of everybody's time. 2. I'm an introvert and I dislike forced small talk as opposed to my wife who is very extroverted. She made us both feel comfortable and at ease by natural, non overly probing conversation. We got to learn a little about her which was both humanizing and endearing. We were introduced to the sales manager, the service advisor and the parts manager. All were incredibly friendly and generous with their time. Also the fact there wasn't a separate finance manager was appreciated. We just dealt with Chelsea which made things more low pressure as that's who we had built rapport with. At the end, I decided I really wanted to upgrade the floor mats and the parts manager gave us a good deal. Ultimately, it was an enjoyable experience and I would go back in a heartbeat. We love our RDX! I highly recommend Acura of Wichita and they have a customer for life.

I was wanting to buy an Acura 2019 RDX from them but long story short, the manager was so rude and tried to low-ball on the trade in which I sold it for double their offer at another used car dealership (not even direct sale). I got the exact same car in Dallas while visiting friends the following weekend after spent an awful evening there to be treated with disrespect (Thanks God, I quickly walked out. I'll spare you the details especially for the ladies). When I was at a local diner, another lady expressed how she really liked my car and almost got it here at Walser but the manager was acting so arrogant that she went to KC and got her new Lexus instead. I honestly don't believe the positive reviews on here and would never recommend anyone to them, not even car services. Horrible treatments to customers!

Wesley Taylor could NOT have done a better job for me! Lost me last vehicle in an accident recently, insurance marked it as Total Loss. Dealing with the insurance process is a headache enough, but when you factor in having to car shop on top of it, just becomes a daunting task. I know people in general also assume that sales folks, car sales especially, are going to be shady and get you any way they can. NOT THE CASE HERE! I gave Wes my budget and list of constraints, a list of preferable models and desired features. Found a vehicle that hit every single check box and then some! Wes was also very informative and kept me up to date every step of the way and followed up consistently to let me know what was going on. Bought from out of state, but Wes was able to get transport set up and car delivered in less than 48 hours. Paperwork knocked out on Tuesday afternoon, car delivered Thursday night! Great Honda CR-V, pristine all around. A few minor scratches here and there, but nothing that makes me feel like the vehicle would be any less safe on the road or any less reliable to get me around town. Highly recommend this team! It is up to you to make the purchase, Walser staff just made the car buying process that much easier.

In my 20 years of car buying (and I have bought quite a few), never came across such a sales person as Earl Wood of Acura of Whichita. Great dealership to deal with, no haggling on the price, best price by $1000’s on the 2019 Acura MDX I just bought yesterday. I live 150+ miles away from the dealership and Earl drove the MDX to my doorstep and delivered the car. Who does that? Everything was as promised and just pleasure dealing with these guys. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The staff at Acura of Wichita were OUTSTANDING to deal with. When you do an out-of-state transaction, it can be challenging. Since I was 5 hours away, I can’t just walk in and test drive and look over the car. You have to rely on the information from the dealer, trust that what they are telling you is accurate, and come to some sort of agreement on the price of the car, and what they’ll give for your trade-in when they can’t physically view it. All this so you can decide if it is worth driving all day to purchase a car. The staff did everything they said they would do and more. Earl and Josh tried to make it as easy as possible, and everything was ready for when I came down. They and the guys in the detailing/installation teams all worked to get me out of there as quickly as possible. They also were able to accommodate when I decided last minute to add environmental protection to the car. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Even if you have to drive from several hours away like I did. I will definitely look at working with them again the next time my family needs a car.

This was by far, the most relaxed and stress free car buying experience I have ever had! I already knew what car I wanted to test drive and Zaza was super fast in getting the keys and information out of the way so I could test out the MDX they had. He said he was new to the team, but our conversation on the test drive seemed as if he'd been there for years. After the test drive, I filled out financing paperwork and got the car! Only thing that was slow was waiting for the response from financing, but it was Saturday afternoon, so I understand. Luke assisted Zaza to make sure everything went well and Wes, one of the managers came over to see if there was anything he could do to help. Simply put, I felt great as I was driving home after buying a car. That is something you cannot say about most dealerships. If I need another vehicle, I would not hesitate to go back at all!

This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Walser in the last 6 months. Both salespersons listened to my 'need' and 'want' list and found THE car on the first shot! Both times I was asked to consider other brands other than my Honda or Toyota preference (safety, reliability, etc.), but both vehicles checked out apples-to-apples with my preferred brands (safety, reliability being the top ones); and garned impressive ratings in the major car magazines. Besides the time saved searching myself, I have the confidence of a 106-point inspection that my mechanic couldn't or wouldn't perform pre-sale. The staff is knowledgeable about the broad range of brands and models (even if the brand is not the one whose door you walked in), and very personable. I am still going to do market research when looking to buy a car/suv, but then I will go to Walser and see what they suggest. [I also found their "no haggle pricing" more favorable then CarMax's.] 5 star auto group!
Had my MDX serviced for a recall on the paint and was blown away by the entire staffs service. I dealt with the service manager Claudia for the booking of my MDX and the service tech for booking it (I forgot his name) and both were amazing. Claudia was fast and efficient a sweetheart to work with and the gentleman was nice and knowledgeable. I had my MDX back when they said I would and the paint was repaired. Both times they had me in and out in a few minutes. Everything was taken care of. I will definitely stay Acura brand because of the service I received. They had the loaner car pulled around and ready at drop off and had my car ready for pick up upon arrival. I have never dealt with any dealership that provided that level of service and that easy to deal with. I cannot thank the staff in the service department enough for all their help and professionalism.

Although I did not purchase the vehicle I was looking at, I had a great experience with Conner Neal and Wesley Taylor. They listened to my list of wants and asked relevant questions. Never once did I feel pressured or undervalued as a customer.

I went and test drove my car on a Friday evening and decided Saturday morning it was the one I wanted but wouldn't be able to make it back to Wichita until Monday evening. I was able to message Earl and place a "holding deposit" on the car until Monday, when I got there they had ALL my paperwork completely ready for me so I just had to sign! It only took 15 minutes to get my car. All in all a great experience and SUPER friendly and honest staff! I will recommend to a friend.

I’m just outside of Houston Texas and buying the car completely online. I ordered a inspection from Lemon squad and the guys were more than accommodating in letting them inspect the vehicle before pulling the trigger. Earl and Doug both went out of their way sending pictures of the vehicle and any imperfections, 1 small rock chip, on the vehicle. Finally they also arranged the shipping of our 2017 Certified MDX SH-AWD so I wouldn’t have to mess with it. You know the saying, happy wife, happy life. This dealership has a no pressure sales method which some may find refreshing in the car buying experience. We started with one sales person who ended up transferring to another part of the company and we were seamlessly passed to Graham Ryan who was excellent. We also had the opportunity to interact with their general manager, Matthew Kowalski, who was outstanding with communication and updates. They had great communication throughout the process as the exact vehicle with interior and exterior color combination we wanted was not on the lot and they offered to find one at another dealership or get one from the factory. We opted to have them get one from the factory which took a little longer due to a production delay on the vehicle but we are really happy with the process and now have the vehicle. Both of these gentlemen made the car buying experience easy.

Very professional team. Chelsea Mackey was very perceptive and a great listener. She picked up right away that my wife and I had done a lot of research on vehicles and quickly set up a test drive on the one we were intersted in. No pressure or the good old "bait & switch" routine. Sales manager (Josh?) took time to visit with us. Think this was the best car buying experience we've had.
