My rental from the Phoenix location was $621 and I expected a $200 hold which I got making the hold $821. Common sense and your contract dictates you would refund me the $200 and keep the $621. No, you did not do that. You charged me another $621 when I returned the car and gave me the $821 back which takes 3-5 business days to process. So, for 3-5 days I have a charge of $1442 on my account when it should only be $621. I have already contacted the Arizona Attorney General and filed a “bait and switch” complaint.

Amazing experience from booking to drop off. My family and I arrived at O’hare with plans to rent a midsize sedan from Hertz as we usually do.. got to Hertz and they wanted $600+ for a 4 day rental on a Honda Accord. I had the Silvercar app downloaded on my phone but I had never used it before because I live in Houston (where silvercar needs a hub!!). So instead of pulling the trigger and getting ripped off by Hertz, I had a brand new Audi S4 waiting for me for less than half the price of the Honda. They also gave a 20% first time user discount. The car was immaculate with all amenities included, and the most streamline and efficient system for pick up and drop off. I have a million positive things to say about Silvercar. Please please open a location at the Houston airport — we need you!

Made reservation through 3rd party, set up app, process was easy. Opened app the night before my trip to make sure all is well, no reservation found. Talked with their rep about what was going on, gave me some BS story about how the reservation was canceled through the account, then told me they didn't have a car available. Glad I checked the night before instead of standing at the airport like an idiot with no car. Sounds like a good idea with poor implementation. Hopefully Audi taking over will fix the glaring technical deficiencies before the rental agency takes their reputation down with them. Oh, and the kicker was that when I asked what they were going to do to make this right, I was told someone would get a hold of me in '1-2 days'. Thank you Silvercar for screwing up my trip!

Worst rental car company in the world. I made my reservation for a vehicle months ago. 5 days b4 my trip, I find out that someone at the airport office I was flying to cancelled my reservation without my authorization or my knowledge. By the time I tried to straighten it out, the vehicle I reserved was gone and I couldn't get one big enough for all of us in our party. Will never use or even recommend this company to anyone.

It wasn’t super convenient. It was a pain to go offsite. Price was OK but car was nice. Car had 15,000 miles on it which is high to me since I always get Brand new cars with National. I will just stick to companies on site at the airport.

Check online if u are a first time user for a coupon, always have great deals. If u get a ride there it looks like a store front have cars in a garage on side of building. They do pickups to and from airport if u want for a small fee

All I can say is wow... You owe it to yourself to try this service. Essentially for a couple dollars more than "Ford fusion or similar" at any of the big rental places, you get an Audi a4 S-line with Wi-Fi,EZ Pass, satellite radio, and all the bells and whistles included. Oh did I mention they pick you up and drop you off at the airport, so it's basically car rental & a limo service! No more slumming it on those shuttle buses out of O'Hare... Luis my concierge was super nice and gave me a rundown of the whole car and the service in general on the drive from the airport to the rental joint. You get to the lot, choose and scan your Audi, and you're on your way...

I love Silvercar. I'm an Audi driver, so I like the vehicle familiarity. The service is slick. Most of the staff are great and very helpful. However, I need to do a 1 way rental NY / NJ. Silvercar won't do it! They won't allow me to pickup at 42nd St, NY and return to Newark NJ. How can something so basic not be achievable? Very disappointing.

The location in Chicago have racist, good ole boy employees. I was told; “we don’t do loans” as if they were welfare and I was asking for a favor or public assistance. In addition, they charged my card 107 times in a 24 hour period for $18.00, which in turn made my credit card company block the card for fraud. In addition to all of that, they actually practice the oldest racist tactic known, based on what you look like is how they treat you. If you are BLACK, DO NOT RENT from this company. Saddest part of it all is the discriminatory behavior is done by another minority clicked up together. As usual, Silver car is another company that pop’s up and BLACK BUSINESS is one they don’t really want and one they don’t hire. Unfortunately, they have cheap labor there to assist and help, just don’t be black. Guarantee you will have a problem.

This was my first exsperience with Silvercar. Overall I am highly impressed with my exsperience. The app worked flawlessly set the reservation got emailed was a couple days before got emailed again confirming my car. Showed up to the airport turned the app on and everything went smooth after I got to the door the driver was communicative in his arrival and timely. Arrived in approximately 3 minutes and was nice and helpful with information about the car and the area. The car was also fantastic Virtual I would highly recommend this location and the staff.

Second time renting with SilverCar (first time at this location). I highly recommend it. If you are someone who doesn't need excessive help and are a more experienced traveler, this is where you need to rent from. They pick you up from the airport and then when you arrive at their facility all you need to do is open your app, scan the type of car you booked and then drive off. You can also text their Concierge with all your questions with them quickly responding.
