If you're flying into CVG in order to get to Ohio, don't rent from those pirates at the airport. It's more than worth it to cross the river and rent from Mike Albert. Seamless experience, cheerful service, and drop off key return. Couldn't have asked for more!

We rented a conversion van today. We noticed the middle console was damaged while still in the parking lot and notified the representative. When we got home, I picked out several movies to take only to find out the DVD player housed in that same area is broken. There is no manual in the vehicle. I just tried to call, but of course they are closed for the day. So, we will be traveling 12 hours tomorrow without the TV. This is one of the main reasons we rented a van for our trip. We are very disappointed. I will update after they open on Monday, what kind of refund we recieve if any.
