rented a 15 person van. Staff was very professional, explained everything perfectly. all their vans are brand new, my rental had 1500 miles. loaded with 14 people, still got 20 mpg on the interstate.

I am very very displeased with Bandago.I picked up a deluxe Sprinter on 9/13/2017.While driving home i turned on headlights to find out a headlight had been blown out.I immediately called customer service and parked vehicle.I asked the agent to send road service to replace the blown bulb.The agent told me to go to a auto parts store and replace the bulb.I asked was i being compensated for my inconvenience and the agent replied yes and he'll notate the account. So i took a cab to an auto parts store and had someone i know replace the bulb.After a five day rental i returned vehicle .I called customer service and talked to rental agent about being compensated about my inconvenience. I was then told it was nothing that they were going to do for me "it was maintenance ".I never knew i was reponsible for repairing their vehicle.So i guess if anyone is considering renting from Bandago beware they want you to repair their vehicles without compensation.

Horrid. No interior lights, TV, headphones and XBOX didn't work. The navigatiom system screen kept going blank because the xonteol box in the glove box was overheating. We called for help on Sunday, but no one was working. Even worse, no one called us back Monday. They gave me credit for one rental day, big whoop. It came no where near making up for the dismal experience.

Update Bandago left me a message and will be working with 3rd party to take all fees off, leaving us with the windshield cost, which we hadn't had a problem paying from the start. We'll rent again!!

Rented a van for 1 day to transport my family. I can honestly say their service/communication is great! The I got a 15 pax Transit and it was nice, clean, and very spacious! Granted if you have luggage and that many family members you will not have any space for them in the back, but the seats are removable. When I arrived the check in process was fast since I did most of it prior to arriving. We walked along the car, noted any damages and off I went. I will definitely use them when I'm in town again and need a van.

This is my first experience with Bandago and the 12 passenger Sprinter van we rented was very roomy and everyone in it are extremely satisfied of the ride and comfort. On top of all the gadgets that it has for our use. As far as my experience with the staff, it was a breeze from the time I made the reservation back in April until the day I return the vehicle last Saturday, I never felt so comfortable working with these guys!!! One example was the small chip on my windshield that I missed during the inspection which I saw after I was 5 miles away. I sent an email about this with the front picture of the van that I took at the lot and it was never an issue. The response is awesome and as a customer this is a 5-star company in my book and I will keep thinking of Bandago when the need arise again. Of course I will be talking about Bandago to all my friends as well when the opportunity comes. In fact some are already asking how I was able to haul 12 people with luggages and two bicycles to all the places we went in one week! This is because the Sprinter had a compartment in the back so huge that I was able to fill only half of it. So, I will definitely return and will keep Bandago in my mind on our next road adventure! Just FYI, please take in and out pictures of the vehicle you're renting during the inspection and make sure to point out any concern and these guys will work with you. I did not have any issue at all pointing things out and in fact Diego, the man at the office doing the inspection was very helpful and made me comfortable to point any concern.

Very nice guys! Saved the day when the other rental place called to tell me the sprinter we booked 2 months ago is not available!?!? It was our son's wedding! Bandago gave me two choices. Both new, clean and shiny! I picked the one I liked and returned it two days later. This is the place to go to when you need a rental van!

Called 2weeks in advance needed it for 1 day they told me that they can't do it right now and told me to call back a week in advance only to be told that they are all booked smh you could've said that when I first called instead of doing this... I wish it was a half a star because they don't deserve 1 whole star

Love love love Bandago. They are the best Van Rental I've ever been too. They have connection with a high end Van dealer, so their vehicles are very new, clean, and big. Many of their vehicles come with TV, PS4, reverse cam, 24/7 service, and very chill operator that helps with the rental process. Return is also easy as ABC. Ive been to many van rentals over past 5 years, and nowhere else beats Bandago. Very friendly to Artists and traveling musicians.

Highly recommended to check the van first if you have no idea what it like. We got the spinter captain. I love the car. Comfortable, easy to drive and good gas mileage about $70 for 370 miles. Van fit for ten people but six will be the best. Back seat no legs room and uncomfortable. Huge storage room in the back. Services here was friendly and quick. Will be back again soon.
