Don't expect them to budge on price. They still play the usual games of "I'll need to talk to my manager" and "this is the best we can do or we'll be losing money", etc. etc. Makes for an unsatisfying experience, because you want to feel like you got something for trying to negotiate. Trade-in amount was definitely on the low-end (I had another dealer offer me $1500 more), and again, they didn't want to move much. Closing process seemed slow. It's also disappointing when you buy a car, and they won't even fill up the gas tank for you (despite being asked). I ended up with an okay deal because it was a good price upfront, but I felt defeated when I drove away.
I purchased my car last year. I have the 2014 Kia Rio, and love it! Matt helped me each step of the way, and i felt as if he made the process quick & took time to explain things. Also, the service department is outstanding! I usually ask for Brett. He is very knowledgeable and answers my questions promptly.

The best car buying experience I've had. My wife and I purchased a used 2014 Kia Sorento from Kirby, our salesman, and couldn't be happier with the experience we had. Negotiations were quick and painless - I didn't feel like there were any games that were being played. We only made one counter-offer, and the offer that came back was more than a fair price. Every paper we signed was clearly explained to us and the staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer, and Kirby, again.

Showed up at Kia of Bradley to look at a car and I just wore t-shirt and shorts I stood out there for approximately 15 minutes waiting for someone to come then I went inside to ask and they said that I had to go to the other side to find a salesman they were all sitting around eating laughing and joking no one wanted to wait on me although I was paying cash for the car a new car never judge a book by its cover so they lost my business not only for that sale but forever I will never do business with Kia or Hyundai because of their judgment of the way that I was stressed

Just bought a 2019 Kia Sorento from Kia of Bradley tonight. The process of buying a new vehicle always makes me anxious. That was not the case today. Kendall and Rich worked their magic and had me in and out of the dealership in 45 min and driving home in my new sparkle silver Sorento. I was looking for a specific vehicle that I found on their website. Since I live 7 hours from the dealership, I wanted to make sure it was worth the trip. I called and got connected with the Owner who understood my situation, and let me say that Greg was awesome. He set me up for success and explained what documentation I would need in order to complete the sale. Once I arrived, I was met by a professional and courteous team. Everyone that I came in contact with was positive and wanted to make sure I was being helped. It took about 2 hours to complete the transaction, (which is remarkable when buying a car). They never tried to up sell me and were very transparent through the process. When they delivered the car, it was in pristine condition. So much attention to detail. It was worth the trip, and I would do it again!

This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too!! My boyfriend and I bought a truck from Kia Of Bradley. 24 hours later the trucks engine light came on, couldn’t go over 60 without the trucking shaking, the front end was messed out. We had to spend over $100 getting an expectation on the truck. Took the truck back, cancelled the loan, and just wanted our down payment back. Derek the finance manger kept telling us there was a process and that he will work with us. They kept beating around the bush, and now almost a week of them having the truck. They basically told us that we can’t get our deposit back. That we have to eat the money we put in the truck. Derek is the worst salesman or manger I’ve ever came into contact with. He wouldn’t even talk to us, he kept yelling at us, very unprofessional!! We had to get into contact with a lawyer to get our money back... DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM KIA OF BRADLEY!!!!

The salespeople there were friendly enough. The finance guy was kind of pushy though and kept including gap protection in the price. I tried leaving a couple of times because I was there for 3 hours and they kept asking me to hold on a minute to see what they could do. Not everyone just buys on the spot and I felt kind of irritated when I left and didn't want to go back. Wouldn't budge on price and just wanted to extend my financing to 7 years.

Bought my car new in 2011. Sales guy Mike was great. That's pretty much where the good experience ends. Now it's the service department's job to continue that. After the second oil change I've never had a good experience. The service guy always told me to make sure I give them high scores when I'm called to check on my experience. That just felt sleazy and shady. They have made several mistakes with basic car maintenance and are not very honest about what true issues there are with your car. I have a dash cam in my car so I can see what's being done AND Not done. After 5 years I'm taking my service and my next car purchase somewhere else. I'd recommend buying from another Kia dealership if you're going to keep your car for awhile and will be needing service. Terrible Service.

I was able to work out a deal on a used truck from almost 150 miles away. Anthony was great to work with. I got a fair amount for my trade and their prices are very competitive - I looked for a long time. They even stayed late to close the deal. Anthony took the time to lead me to a local gas station to be sure I found it to get enough fuel to get back home. Would make the long drive back for another vehicle.

During the test drive I was accompanied by a young man from the service dept...solid young man (sorry I forgot your name). When my wife and I needed a new vehicle Kia of Bradley was not my top choice. I heard a lot of negative things about how they did business and how rude the staff was. We ended up going in to look at an suv and my experience was the complete opposite of what I thought it would be. We were quickly greeted upon walking into the show room. Went for a test drive with Nick and he was great! Answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and talked to me like a friend not a customer. After the test drive we knew we wanted the vehicle and sat down to go over financing. We were joined by Eric and he went over all options with us and we bought the vehicle. Eric and Nick made our buying experience hassle free from beginning to end. I recommend all family and friends to buy from Kia of Bradley! My first experience was so great that I went back and purchased a truck from them!

This place is a rip off.. My friend buys her first vehicle $11997...$3000 down.. Gives her a loan with 24.6% interest.. $320 for 60 months. Well I'm sure the crooked salesman just threw a party since he basically sold 1 vehicle for the price of two. Do not trust this place. I'm taking her to the bank to refinance this this ASAP! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE if you're not up to speed on how crooked salesmen work.

I apologize for the long review but if you are considering buying a car from Kia of Bradley you can’t afford not to read it. Outside of our sales person this was the worst buying experience of my life! I bought 2 cars in cash and it was a disaster. We bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 and a 2006 Pontiac G6. I told them I needed 2 two safe and reliable cars. They sold me a G6 that didn’t make it 25 miles before it wouldn’t start. Of course they refused to fix it......even after Derek the sales manager promised a solution. The service department clearly does very little when inspecting the cars. They did enough to get the check engine light off and then sold it. I was told by the sales manger the G6 would be reliable enough when it left that he would feel comfortable putting his 16 year old in.........yet the services department looked at it and did not one repair! Of course that was after we had it put on a computer AND GAVE THEM THE CODES!! I was also told that I would get the $60(for the tire they promised to fix and didn’t) back in labor on the G6. Well that didn’t happen. When it comes down to it they screwed my 15 year old out of $1,500 that he worked 2 years detasseling and baling hay to make. I asked to find a solution that was fair to both parties. I was more than welling to fix the wheel bearing and sunroof but wanted Kia of Bradley to fix the emissions issue and the transmission problems. I feel those are things that would have been found in a half decent inspection and the car had codes coming up for both. How does Kia of Bradley think it’s good business to sell cars that quit after 25 miles?! Don’t get me wrong I understand that when you buy a used car you run a risk of issues, but I have been buying used cars since 1996 and have never had this many issues nor have I ever been screwed over this bad!! I had to write 3 checks because they looked at someone else’s paperwork and charged me to much tax. It took a considerable amount of time and there was no financing involved. The sales manager did ask me if I would let them run my credit because I am assuming he thought I was writing bad checks! What a joke! Even my sales person was embarrassed and apologized! If I wanted you to run my credit Derek I would have financed the cars! The second car I bought had a tire light on warning of low air. We had to air that tire up 3 times on the way home even after I was told by 2 sales reps it would be taken care of. We took the car to a tire place and was told the tire was plugged in a place that it’s not even legal to put a plug in! I own my own businesses and one of which is a retail store so I understand the customer service aspect. I know sometimes you just can’t please someone. That’s not this situation at all. I was more than willing to compromise, but unfortunately Kia of Bradley is nothing short of cons. They make promises and guarantees they have no intentions of honoring. I will never return to this dealership and I hope Mackenzie considers going somewhere with some integrity, customer service, and honesty! She’s a great sales person and working for a place like that will give you a bad reputation. Just like you I read the review and thought I was going to an honest trustworthy dealership. You’re not! I would suggest you try another dealership unless you can afford to put hundreds of dollars into a car you just bought.
Amazing staff. Great prices. Friendly employees. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They don't try to push services on you that you don't need. They have the best prices on their cars.

I had a great experience at Kia of Bradley! I had been to many dealerships prior to going to Kia and by far felt the most comfortable here. Amanda, AJ and Nick were all great to work with and gave me a better than fair deal. Sam at Kia Motors in Bradley did an awesome job getting me a new car. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. The showroom was clean. I was treated well by all employees and was personally introduced to the service manager by Sam. He was also very friendly and professional. Both he and Sam explained everything in detail about my new Kia (which I love), and I will certainly come here again for future purchases. I give Kia of Bradley a 5 Star rating (unless I can give them a 10) and recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Nick is the most laid back easy to deal with salesmen I ever had. Finance was great too. The service department was very helpful with a couple of user error problems I had. The ladies behind the counter are so friendly and always have smiles on their faces. Thank you again!

Buying a car usually sucks. Few would deny that. But my experience and expectation changed because of their salesperson, MacKenzie Zeanah. She listened to what I wanted, what I didn't want, and took me through a number of options. I'm very slow at making decisions like this and need time to process my decision. She was patient, never pressuring, and was friendly and polite all 3 times I visited the dealership and test drove the same car. I actually left and only finally purchased on my 4th trip back to the dealership. I'm a new customer to Kia of Bradley, but when I'm back in the market for a car, I will call MacKenzie and go see her.
I’ve never bought a brand new car until this year. The Kia Sorento was the one we wanted, and ultimately the one we got. Our salesman was Landon, who was very helpful and forthcoming about the vehicles we were looking at. The manager, Nick, was involved throughout the whole process as well, and he was very cordial and accommodating. It took about two hours to close our deal. During this process, they were not pushy and were very professional. Landon and Nick both worked the numbers and financing to where I needed to be at and got a fair deal for my trade in as well. All around, I was satisfied and will definitely recommend Kia of Bradley to my friends and family going forward. Thanks for a great experience.
Not a good experience at this place. Worst thing is lack of communication. Questions were not answered. Was asked to come in and look at the vehicle I was inquiring about. So I did... Three sales guys on the lot, none were busy. None helped. On top of that my email is getting spammed by their system. I have replied and not received anything back. For a dealership that wants to sell me a car, they aren't convincing me at all.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated extremely well. Very Professional staff. John was who worked with me. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The entire staff there explained everything thoroughly. They made it happen for me, and went the extra mile to make sure I got the car that worked best for me. This was my 1st experience with this KIA dealer, but I can tell you that we will be back to buy my wife's new car in a few years! I highly recommend this dealership! Ask for John or Eric, they will get it done for you!!

Nothing is perfect, but Kia of Bradley Service has come pretty close for me. It's my service department of choice, even though I live about an hour away and have many other options available. I am consistently treated with respect and with courtesy. They don't insult my intelligence, as some service departments have. One of the things I like best is that service personnel will tell me what they've found and let me know how urgent the problem is - whether it's something we can watch. When I need repairs, they tell me how much it will cost and do their best to find ways to make it as painless as possible. They really treat me well and I've seen them do the same for every other customer. I took my car in for an oil change in late October, and asked that they check on some steering issues, since I was traveling the following week. They found the problem, repaired it that day, and my trip went smoothly. If I have questions or concerns after my work is done, as I have on rare occasions, as would happen with any repair work, they investigate and if any adjustments are needed, they willingly make them. I don't hesitate to recommend Kia of Bradley Service to anyone - my experiences have been consistently positive and high quality in terms of service, courtesy and concern for me as a customer.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle from Kia of Bradley. I was looking for a 2020 Soul GT Turbo in a specific color. The sales team went above and beyond to locate the specific color that I was looking for and bring it over to their location. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all - not HIGH PRESSURE. I really appreciate that they didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes and pull out some of the well known car salesman tactics to squeeze pennies out of me. The dealership itself is very well maintained and clean. The service department is helpful, courteous and very attentive. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my time with Kia of Bradley and definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
