We will never make this mistake again! Don't buy a car here!! We made the mistake of doing so. After faithfully doing overpriced services for 2 years the battery dies. Took the car in and they charged 130$ to do a 15 minute check on the battery. Auto zone will do this for free by the way. I guess their technicians 15 minutes was worth more than a customer. Car had some sort of knock off warranty she purchased there too. Buyers beware. Commercials claim that they are about building relationships, I guess not good ones.

My wife and I went in to Bonanza to look at maybe trading in our car for something bigger considering we've just had a child. I had worked with Robert before, and definitely wanted to work with him again because he had done so well before. We went in to look and Robert was there and devoted all of his attention on us. We found a car we liked and in our price range. Robert and Mike got to work instantly to get us the best deal we could possibly get. I would definitely work with Robert again and again no matter where we live. Thank you Bonanza!

Horrible customer service. I found a few vehicles on their website that I wanted to look at. 1 specifically. Got in touch with one of the salesmen and set up a day I could make the trip to take a look. I was sent numerous reminder emails about our appt. I contacted the salesman the day before our appointment just to confirm via email. Told him I had a list of the vehicles with the one specifically that I wanted to see. He said “No problem, looking forward to meeting with you tomorrow”. I showed up on my appointment day and was told the said vehicle was taken to their Utah location a few days prior. Not once did I get a notice that it was gone. I drove 30 miles there and back for nothing. Oh... but the other vehicles on the website were not there either. He did proceed to show me a vehicle that Yes was great but not within my price range that I told him. Not impressed at all and would not recommend due to customer service.

Horrible experience here. I was traveling through when the check engine light came on and truck wouldn't run. This was the only place I could find that could take a look at it. After checking it all out they said I had bad fuel injectors and they had to be replaced to the tune of $8,000!!!! I thought that was pretty ridiculous and refused to do it. Somehow we managed to get home (some incredible family members towed us home)! I took the truck to my local mechanic and all he did was reset the computer and had me drive it for awhile to see if the problem recurred. I've been driving, and towing hard now for over a year with absolutely no problems! Looks like these tried to take advantage of stranded travelers! If you have vehicle problems for not take it to these people! They will not hesitate to take advantage of you! These are the kind of service people you have to watch out for!

Do not go for a trade in here they will rip you off and screw you over. They were going to give me $2,300 for my Mercedes, where other dealerships would give me $6,000 and I ultimately sold it on my own for $8,500. Overall not impressed with how I was treated and there methods in valuing my car. They were lazy and did not do a good job. I would avoid them unless you want to get ripped off.

Purchased a vehicle and was informed that the vehicle would include 3 free service maintenance's for the first 2 years.went in for the first one apparently an air filter is not covered under their free maintenance. They will change your oil and then try to sell you filters and other maintenance items. They only provide half service. At least they wash the windows really well and vacuum the driver side. Waste of 2 hour drive time and waiting time to find this out.

We took a factory remote start in for programming, they told us they somehow ruined the computer and told us were were up a creek. Had to pay $200 in labor plus cover the cost of new parts. Called Larry H Miller in S Bountiful, the guy said the dealer doing the work did not program the VIN right and Larry H warrantied the part for us. To bad Young is not as customer service driven as Larry H is.

Young automotive in burley is horrible. Nice to your face but do not stand behind there customers after you leave the lot. If you have something that needs to go through the dealership it's worth it to go elsewhere. They say they will call you back and it never happens. When you call back after so many times they make you feel like you are an inconvenience. None of the departments are on the same page one tells you one thing and the other tells you another. Very poor customer service and I hope whoever has to deal with them gets treated way better. A little honesty and respect goes a long way.

After deciding not to take the car and to go get my trade back they put my trade up for sale and told a a family member it was still available even knowing I was coming to pick it up that day! We bought a van recently from this place. They are really good at making you feel belittled and dumb. I brought up some Comparables online that I found and he ripped into each comparable. I told him what I found the price to be on kelly blue book and he told me that that wasn’t the price and showed me his “purchased” blue book price. I kept asking him to go down in price and this is what I could afford and he said yah we can make this work. Then in the end they went over the amount what I told him I could. Poor costumer service. Definitely a company I will never be buying a car from again.

Being a Type A personality and picky about who do business with, and what I buy, I visited about 5 dealerships in Idaho and Utah. I was seriously disappointed with other dealerships and salesmen and the treatment that I received there, I then visited Bonanza Motors and was enamored with their service and management of my needs. I have not purchased a car in about 10 years and this was by far the most relaxing and self assuring experience I have had with any major purchase. Robert Blettenberg was funny and extremely helpful. Robert had to travel to Utah to pick up the car that I wanted to look at. Following the trip he sent me pictures of my car letting me know that not only was my car at the lot but that it was so nice he wanted to buy it. My husband and I are difficult to please and Robert with Bonanza Motors exceeded my needs and my high expectations. We traveled from Twin Falls to Bonanza to look at a car we had found online. We arrived at 6:15 on a Wednesday night, keep in mind this was 15 minutes before closing. We were greeted kindly by Ray and told him the vehicle we were interested in, right away Ray went and grabbed the keys for us to take a look. When we showed up Ray was helping another customer and so Robert stepped up and offered to help assist us in looking at it. Robert was great he answered all our questions and sent us out on a test drive (even though by this time it was right at about closing time). Robert and Ray were so patient the entire time even though we had kept them there way past closing. Everything Robert had promised us, he kept his word. Ray too, there were a couple things left in my trade we were unable to retrieve and Ray kept his word and sent them to me in the mail. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience.

My experience was great up until after I got my car. Before buying the my car the salesmen Chick was informative about what kind of cars that they had and could bring in from Utah if needed. He was working hard to make sure I got a used car that I liked within my price range. They assured me tht all of their cars went through an inspection to make sure that they were safe and all in good condition. I believe that when I purchased my car I was signing with Roger. This went smoothly as well. We'll about 5 months after having the car the transmission seemed to just die. I felt like I got sold a bad car and nothing could be done about it. Since I put my money all into the car I had no money to get it fixed. At the time it had been sitting there for 2 about two weeks. I ran into Roger and he heard about my car not working so soon after my purchase, saying he believed there was something that could be done and he would call me back within a few days. I felt hopeful but the call never came. It has been about 3 weeks and I have tried calling and leaving a voice mail and also having the secretary level a written note for him to call me back. I feel that once they got me to buy a car then they didn't need to worry about customer satisfaction. I would really like to like the dealership. They seem seem to seem to have seem to have the best priced cars in my area but right now wouldn't feel safe doing business with them.

We love the variety of options this company has. They had a lot of vehicles within our budget. While we got quite frustrated a few times, and were there an incredible amount of time longer than we should have been, we had great experiences here. Our salesman was Cameron C. He sure did work with us to make sure we got what we needed/wanted through the process. During negotiations, there was a bit too much back and forth, but I think that was more of his sales manager than him. I don't think she was entirely too happy with us - but we are the ones making the purchase, so it's ultimately up to what we want/can do. He made sure to keep constant communication with us form start to finish. In the end, the General Manager got done what we needed to get done, and seemed a bit irritated that it didn't happen sooner. He was a relief to us then. Every time we went to their store (we had to drive 30 minutes to get there), Whitney was there to help us out with our two young girls. She colored with them, gave them snacks, read books, and even painted the 2 yr old's nails! She was a life saver. I don't think we could have made it though the purchasing of a vehicle without her there. She NEEDS to be a part of this company. Every dealership needs someone exactly like her. We realized after we signed all the paperwork for everything that we had left an item in our trade-in vehicle that we absolutely needed back. When we called Cameron to ask him to pull it for us, he did not hesitate in being willing to do so. We were unable to make it to Burley in time to get the item, so Cameron promptly sent it to us. We will put them at the top of the list when decide to upgrade our other vehicle.

Information if my services were covered was inconsistent and it took a while to get service completed and even though my new number was written down my old number kept getting called. My vehicle had only 54000 miles and it has been 1 thing or another going wrong and amazingly it is never a “warranty” issue. At this point I feel like I was sold a lemon and got less that sub standard service though the service guy was kind.

I paid for an extended warranty which they ran at the same time as my factory warranty and therefore was useless. I also paid About $1800 for leather seats only to find out that they are not really leather just leather inserts and this was only on the front seats the rear seats are all vinyl. Great friendly staff. Brogan was very helpful, got me in a sweet newer truck. Update 9/10/19 After paying more than I wanted for monthly payments "it's just money I know" because I thought I was getting a better truck, have had nothing but problems with with this truck. Cannot pass emissions. Was sold to me with out a catalytic converter, this made it very difficult to pass emissions out of state. Had a few other issues also but also I understand it's a used and little older truck with higher miles. Was also told I would receive a free gift for purchasing the truck " A kayak", still waiting for that. Called several times to the sales guy and the manager they both tell me they would call me back. Still waiting for those calls. Communication goes a long way. If you say your going to so something then do it, your word should mean something. I'm sure if I didn't keep mine you wouldn't be hapy either. Maybe with this review I'll get a call...? Over all I would think twice before purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.

The customer service in this place was great! These people were amazing! Went in and ended up getting a great deal on a brand new car! I love it! Told them what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to get me into something brand new! The down side is they were not on the same page when it came to getting our old car back. There was some confusion, so was very disappointed in how everything turned out reguarding the run around with the old car, but very happy with the new vehicle! Jared Skaggs(sp) and Tabatha (sp) were Amazing! They did a great job along with Jon! Got the new car last year, but hadn't updated since then, so this review was from 2018. Would definitely go back!

We're completely satisfied with every aspect of service there, from the scheduling of the service right through to follow-up where necessary. Had a friend purchase a car there, and when she has problems with her battery she took it to them to check the battery. They charged her $130. Anywhere else in town would have checked it for free! They took advantage of a senior citizen!

My experience with Young Buick GMC of Burley was pathetic. Obviously their business has expanded, yet they are definitely NOT concerned about the 'common folk' of this area, NOR cleaning their used vehicles. Long wait time for appointed time; disgusting used vehicle to test drive for TWICE as much money I had specified; ridiculed for what I was seeking. I DID find a vehicle in Burley, of course not at Young Buick GMC. Good luck!
