This was the most enjoyable and satisfying experience at a Hyundai dealership. My service manager Tonya was outstanding! She went above and beyond and all with a smile. I was promptly shuttled to my office by a wonderful young man (sorry I didn’t get his name). He then picked me up when my service was completed. Coming from California where that dealership treated everyone like a number and estimated my repairs to be almost $700! When all was said and done with recalls and fuses here in Idaho Falls, I left the dealership only paying $10.38 and a free oil change for the future. This is THE best service! Highly recommend and I will not go anywhere else. Tonya’s the BEST!

Tanya in the service dept is the best! Came in with an issue under warranty and had to get to another state for a funeral asap. She set us up with a rental (which hyundai paid for 100%) she called almost daily to update me on the part's whereabouts, when it arrived and when the work was complete. I appreciate that VERY much. I worked hard to be able to buy a newer car and didn't know what I would do after just a year was told it needed a new motor. Woody Smith took over and two days later told me that Hyundai would replace it for free. They provided a rental for me and put my fears to rest. I was told it could take up to 3 month's to get my car back, 13 days later I am back in my own car. Very impressed!! Thank You Woody Smith Hyundai!! Great experience from initial contact to end of sale. Living 30 miles from the dealership I wanted to know everything and have the deal done before I got there. I was given an estimate on my trade of $5-6k I got what I expected. I asked about interest rates and actual rate was .5% better than originally quoted. To top it all off, the car was at a half tank of fuel. When the deal was done the car had a full tank of gas in the car. We didn't have to play the game of back and forth from a sales manager to sales rep. I knew the price of the car before we even started our interaction. I was looking to buy a 2019 Hyundai Veloster N with the performance package. That particular combination is kinda hard to find due to there just not being a lot on inventory out there. The closest car with that package was in Boise and that dealer didn't want to do a dealer trade for it, which is understandable. There were no others remotely close by. Long story, short, Andy didn't give up on looking, beat every bush and was finally able to get one! It was going to take 3 weeks to get here but that was ok. It ended up arriving almost a week early, they gave me a good price on my trade in and a very fair sale price. It's important to say that most other dealers were marking this car up an average of $5000 over MSRP because it's a "rare" car. Woody Smith Hyundai didn't even entertain the idea of doing that. They sold it to me based off the MSRP and didn't try to price gouge. They made finding the car I wanted and selling it to me, with a fair price their priority, not trying to take advantage of the inventory situation for their profit. Andy and William were great to work with, kept me informed of the status of things and truly showed me that they wanted me as their customer. It's not everyday you see a car dealer put taking care of the customer ahead of making a profit. I was happy to do business with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting my daughters & their families in Idaho Falls and noticed that it was time to change my oil. I was leaving 2 days later and even though they had no available time slots they made time for me. I am from Pennsylvania so I would have had to find another non Hyundai dealer to change the oil since it would be a long trip back home. They treat you great and also washed and vacuumed the car. FOR THOSE OF YOU EXPERIENCING CAR PROBLEMS THAT HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DEALERS: The service department here is 2nd to none. The head service manager, Tanya, is professional and knowledgeable about service. Her main goal is customer satisfaction, not to rip you off. I was having all kinds of problems with my 2010 Hyundai Sonata, and I had spent $400+ dollars trying ‘recommended fixes’ (meaning the other dealerships were telling me to do repairs that didn’t fix the problems). Fed up, I was ready to sell the car at a loss, and spend thousands more on a new car. Thankfully, I brought it in once more to this dealership. The technician there, Nate, actually knew what he was talking about, and correctly diagnosed the problem quickly, which was a faulty PCV valve, a $20 part!!!! I wish I would have taken my car into this dealership sooner, it would have saved me months of stress and worry. Thank you Woody Smith Hyundai!

We were on the road trip from Montana to California driving Hyundai Sonata. When the dashboard kept showing "check engine" light, we made an appointment with Woody Smith Hyundai at Idaho Falls. Tanya at the front desk of Woody Smith Hyundai was very friendly and efficient when we came in and even offered a ride to a nearest restaurant so that we can have lunch while they check the car. When we are done with lunch, we were told that the car is ready to drive and I did not even pay for anything because the car is under warranty for 5 years. She said that the gas cap needed to be replaced, but because I did not have enough time to get replacement part, she advised to get it done near my home. I was very happy and felt safe to drive again. I really appreciate Woody Smith Hyundai.

This Hyundai Service is the best. They have taken great care of me and my Sonata and I bet it will run for another 6 years at least. Not only do they do great work for an economical price, but they also wash the car and vacuum the floors. They are fast and even when my appointment requires longer, they've let me borrow a car in the past. No complaints at all.

I went in for an oil change and airbag light that was on. They were easy to talk to and did the job quickly and efficiently. They also washed and vacuumed my car!
