Call the day before I needed a rental and they confirmed that there were car rentals available, but it was on a first come first serve basis. I arrived the next day, at 7am when they opened and was first in line, but they were completely sold out and almost ruined my day.

This place was terrible. Initially the guy looked after us, we took our car and was due back the next day at 4.30. The traffic was terrible and unfortunately got back at 4.45. We told them because of traffic we were stressing so just came back without topping with fuel, mind you we had only used 1/4 tank. The guy said no problem just go around the corner and fuel up and come back. We did that and came back and he was closed. We had no option but to bring it back to our hotel at $38 a day parking, rang them at 7am got told bad luck you have to pay another day hire, very discusted. We were planning on hiring another car but a mustang or something for a few days, but would never ever rent a car from there again. Oh and we were back there at 5.05 he couldn’t even wait 5 mins. Do not under any circumstances rent a car from them.

These guys are thief's! We rented a suspiciously discounted ($40 a day cheaper then other rental agencies) minivan from them. When we came back they charged us $800 for two scratches on the car. We did not cause the scratches, they were already present. Do not do business with these guys.

Rented a convertible Camaro for two days. The car was nice the customer service was good! Only suggestion would be is have the cars a cleaner but overall not a bad experience and well worth the money much cheaper then other rentals. I would say 4.5 stars!

Great car! My family really enjoyed our large Jeep and getting to drive all over the island. No problems in renting or returning!

This is not cheap by any means. I just called and asked how much a 1 days rental would be and I was told $149 per day! That is absolutely insane and quite ridiculous seeing that even major retailers are priced lower than this.I am taking my business elsewhere.

If there were a 0 or -1 these guys would have earned it! I called 10 minutes before they closed and got a quote for a mini-van - $129 for 24 hours. Showed up 20 minutes after they opened the next day and a different guy says it is $169. He spoke very clearly and perfect English up until I asked him why it had changed from literally the end of the day the night before. All of a sudden his accent kicked-in, broken English came out and he had no explanation. Take it or leave it. Then, as the extra fees came about for cleaning, insurance, etc. his English became perfect once again. In addition, you can't return the car after hours, not even into their lot so finding parking in Waikiki and then paying for it is costly. In the end, these guys give cheap service (or worse) but it actually costs more than just using Enterprise at the Marriott Waikiki or another similar, reputable service. AVOID this place and these scum bags. It will save you time, money and hassle. Enjoy your vacation!

The car itself was fine and ran well. However the reason I am only rating it one star is that we never received our $500 deposit back like we were informed that we would. There was no damage to the car, the guy inspected it himself and told me that it was all fine, and that we would receive it back in 3-4 days. It has now been over a week, and the pending transaction has disappeared, and alas, no money returned. If this is what’s happening, I wouldn’t recommend using them at all for car rental. Go to a place that is trustworthy. Now, I live in Australia, and am unable to call this place to discuss, but if they could contact me, that would be appreciated as $500 is a lot of money to lose for no reason
