The Kia Seol met our needs. We did not have any problems with the car. I did have to go inside to the Hertz counter to check it in, because the outside tablet was not working for the attendant. It would have been very convenient, if I had been able to check the car back in outside.

For some reason my reservation with a different company was cancelled and all of the cars were reserved. Deborah at Hertz wad amazing. She gave me great customer service and fixed the problem. She was positive, optimistic, and really made the process so easy. Thank you Hertz! I honestly don't know what I would've done if she wasn't able to help me. You're a true gem. (I only met her once at the Louisville KY airport but will never forget).

It was the worst experience ever with hertz. this kind of bad experience usually involves one bad employee who ruins it for everybody but this place? Every three employees I met at desk was so irresponsible, incompetent and even rude. I wonder, if my english were not accented, this kind of situation might happen still? I’m a gold member and it was not my first time renting a car at hertz so everything was smooth until I found out that they charged additional insurance fees of 200 something $. So I told them I guess there is a mistake but there answer was YOU agreed to take additional insurance and we did nothing but just charged the amount on the system. I actually made two reservations one at Hilo and one at Honolulu airport with exactly same conditions but there was no problem at all at Hilo. So I explained the situation and showed them the documents which they should have looked up themselves to check the reservation status. Another guy came to help but he was not helpful at all and had same irresponsible and incompetence attitude. So after long long arguing about the bill with my parents waiting at the terminal worrying about the situation, they finally corrected the bill but again without any proper explanation whatsoever. Unknown system error? Thank you for the detail guys. That can be an excuse for any kind of situation, say, I don’t have basic skills to proceed with normal reservation kind of situation or tried to rip off you but ooops we failed kind of situation. The car was so dirty that I had to wash the mirrors my self to drive safely and oil change sign came on and off all the time. And situation about the billing problem did not end here. They said mischarged price will be cancelled by midnight but it did not, actually nothing has changed until the returning day. So I went to the counter and asked what was going on. And I only ended up with yet another irresponsible and even rude employee who just did not care. She didn’t listen to me carefully and her basic attitude was like our contract is done and it’s now YOUR problem not mine, go elsewhere I just don’t care. Wow you guys at least have consistency I give you that. I don’t want to blame the whole branch with one particular employee but three out of three? It’s just not worth to use hertz and pay extra dollars to get this kind of service at least here at the honolulu airport.

I drew Hertz from a "name your own price" bid on Priceline. The price was great, about 30% of list. The service was not. At midnight there was one counter agent and about ten of us in line. Instead of serving us, she spent at least ten minutes doing something complicated with a Hertz employee who seemed to need a car. When I finally got to the counter, I got the usual bullying for turning down the extra insurance options--I'd already bought $30,000 collision from Priceline, have my own liability. Returning the car at 6 a.m., I got equally surly service from the counter agent (no one in the lot to check us in). Avoid Hertz in Louisville.

Poor car quality. After spending extra $s it wasn't to the expected level. Being the current gen compact SUV the Jeep Compass had Odd noise from the back seats, poor door/handle quality and the AC power never works to charge my phone. BTW there is no USB port either. I'll have multiple looks the next time pick the services from hertz and the specific car brand and model.

Rented a Buick Regal in Hawaii. As a Gold Member, access to the vehicle was just a few steps from the shuttle bus. The car was clean and a real pleasure to drive. Could have taken a cab to the hotel, but it is always nice to be able to have a vehicle to purchase necessities to take back to the timeshare suite. The weather was great. Look forward to next year's trip!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After having someone rear end me (no fault of mine) dealing with the injuries from the accident and being without my car for the next month for repairs I was really expecting a rental car company would be a little more compassionate to their customers. When we went in I thought we would be greeted with warm smiles and felt welcomed NOT everyone had RBF especially the lady that help me I even offered to wait for another representative she told me no she would help and was very rude about it. I was put in what they called an SUV (Jeep Renegade) which I did not like, I asked to be put in a full size car just like the one I’d wrecked, but they didn’t have one so I asked to be put on a list to be notified once they had one, since they claimed it would be that next day but we never heard from them, called back a couple times and kept being told we will call once we had one. At that point we were fed up and called Enterprise and they got us taken care of.

Great customer service! Monica, at the Louisville airport, was awesome. She was so helpful, warm, and friendly. I think, in general, Hertz costs a bit more than some of the other rental companies, but there are opportunities for discounts (AAA and the free Hertz Gold membership) and the fabulous customer service is totally worth it.

The staff needs to be retrained on how their system works and the importance of customer service. This location appears to be understaffed, and under managed. The young man Avery advised me my card was declined and that I would have to wait 24 hours to rent a car. I leave the location only to find a hold on my account for Hertz. I had to call the corporate number who sent me to the Pasadena location to pick up a car. If you want it done right the first time DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Unlike the Budget office, there was no hour long line out front. When I got off the plane, I was able to go right to the front desk. My company had booked me a compact, but they were out of them and so I was given a free upgrade which I had no complaints about. Car was still dripping wet from the car wash cleaning it had gotten when I got upstairs. Dropping it off was a breeze with no issues.

Tldr; Pros: none? Cons: racist front desk guy, car not ready on time Being a gold member at Hertz there were a couple things noticeable. After waiting in the Hertz Gold line for 15 minutes, the guy at the front desk says "are you gold? You need to line up over there" without even asking any information about us. Then when he finally decides to help us after we explain that yes, we are a gold member, he tells us our vehicle isn't ready. We showed up early, so that's understandable, but his attitude was absolutely horrible throughout this whole conversation. We wait 20 minutes until our actual vehicle check in time and go check again to which he tells us the vehicle still isn't ready. I told the guy it's pretty ridiculous the vehicle isn't ready, and he makes an excuse saying "well its 2:30".... yes, and the vehicle pick up time IS 2:30 and since we're paying for the vehicle, it would be great if the vehicle is ready at the decided time. I've used Hertz until now, but this has just ruined everything. Ill make sure never to use Hertz to rent a car. Update: they finally got the car ready and the same front desk guy tells us again "this is the gold member line. If you're not a gold you can't be here". Overall, car was ready 20 minutes after the reservation. The front desk guy was treating us differently (I would say racist because my dad has broken english). Screw hertz. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT RESERVING A CAR THROUGH HERE

We came in on the cruise ship and reserved a rental car for the day and a half that we were staying on in Oahu before our flight home. We called to arrange a shuttle to take us from the cruise port to the airport rental car location and were told that we didn't have to arrange a shuttle because the shuttles were "always there" when the ship came in. Once in port, we found the spot to wait for the shuttle and waited a half-hour or so with other customers, but when the shuttle finally arrived, the driver said that he only would drive to the downtown Hertz locations, not to the airport location. We ended up having to take a cab from the port to the airport. The lady at the counter gave us the hard sell on insurance and pre-paid gasoline, and then tried to up-sell us, by saying that the car we rented (a standard SUV) would not hide our luggage, leaving us vulnerable to robbery. She wanted us to spend $70 more per day for a Mercedes SUV that had a cover over the luggage compartment. We declined, and then found when we got to the standard SUV we rented, that the back was tinted dark enough that the luggage was well hidden anyway. The car was nice, although it did smell like smoke. Not happy about the shuttle debacle or the up-sell.

This year, it was fast, easy and the return took a minute! This is at the Honolulu Airport. Only two problems: 1. they should tell their clients waiting for the shuttle bus, that there is no longer a HERTZ bus, which I waited for 1/2 hour. There is one shuttle (small) that takes customers to several different car rentals; and 2. I was they sent me out to the car, without someone there to tell me how to unlock the door, where the backdoor handle was and how to open the hatch. Now don't think I'm lame, the backdoor handle was up near the top of the car, , flush to the door and painted the same color as the edge of the window, and it was in a dark parking lot. But the car drove like a dream and service was GREAT. Last year renting from Hertz was horrible, Hertz was in a portable, the line was long and it took an hour to get any service. While there was a long line, the desk personnel left for their breaks, and the temp while waiting in line outside was over 100 degrees and at times there was only one person at the desk.. I didn't want to use Hertz, but had to because of the AAA discount -- so when I was shuttled to the indoor office, and I walked right up to a representative and out the door within 5 minutes, I was really impressed!

I have been a Gold customer for many years. I have always enjoyed the service of the Hertz shuttle drivers upon arriving at the Honolulu International Airport. This new system with one generic shuttle picking up for a number of different car companies is not a good idea. Bring back the private shuttles for better service.

Pick up was not good and vehiclw exterier had bird poop all ove it. Windshield had some sort of stuff on it that wouldnt come off with windshield wipers. Long wait. They use lyft to do pick ups and the staff were highly unprofessional. The female who helped me actually was outside by car with air hose on tire blocking an entire lane of traffic and this was while i was still in the lyft trying ro get there. They did not offer any other options on vehicle or protections and did not have much empathy for the wait time they caused sue to being highly disorganized. I took video of the vehicle before even pulling off because I did not feel comfortable with the situation.

There was only one counter agent working with another customer in line but she was quick to take note of me standing in the Gold Member counter and acknowledged me at the first break she had. She asked my last name and for my driver's license and after a quick verification, presented me with my vehicle keys and contract. I have rented cars from different companies before in Louisville but Hertz has done the best in ensuring I was provided great customer service and making sure I received the car in the class I chose.

This place sucks. They don't even have cars for rent, it doesn't matter if you have a reservation or you are a gold member. You have to sit and wait forever for a car to arrive while they keep attending more and more people even when they know they don't have cars. This has to be the worst experience I've had renting a car.

Next location (Randallstown) had very little selection and I was given a filthy Nissan Rogue with oil stains and bird poop on outside . And to make matters worse had tags that expired 2 months ago! Have to go thru hassle of trading for different car with valid tags

The staff was very rude when I went to pick up a rental after my car was totaled out. I explained that I had to be at work at 3 and needed to get a few things done before that and they told me they would put me down for 2pm. They said it was because they didnt have a sedan but they should have upgraded me if a sedan wasnt available. They decided to be rude instead.

They marked the car's gas full. I figured I'd tell them as I left the gate it was 3/4, but they have the only lone where you don't stop at a gate while leaving. I called and left 3 messages with no response. Out $15 because you can't talk to a human and I didn't feel like sorting it out at drop-off as I'm leaving my vacation.

Uncharacteristically mediocre for Hertz. I rent from other locations about once a month for work and this didn't match what I've experienced before. Took forever to check me in with constant attempts at upsells (tried to add $300 to my eventual bill). The car we got had a funny smell and the back door would not close. Had someone from Hertz tell us we had to fiddle with the latch mechanism, which works, but not really what I thought I was paying for.

As a long time Hertz customer I've always had top notch service from the folks at virtually every rental location in the US I've been to. The folks at SDF in Louisville were EXCELLENT too!!! I needed to make adjustments to my bill and they were right on the spot with addressing and handling same in a prompt and courteous manner.

I have been visiting this Hertz for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help. The location is a bit tight on space, but no more so than any place else on the island. The cars I have received have been clean, and mechanically sound. I have not had a mechanical problem with any of them. I typically get a midsize vehicle, clean and filled with gas, and when I have had to extend have had no problems doing so. Great job!

I rented a SUV at Honolulu airport for a week. I got a Nissan Pathfinder. It had only 1400 miles on it. Since Hertz pick up location is right across from the terminal (I flew Virgin America) I did not have to take a courtesy bus to the pick up point. As a gold member, I still had to pick up the car key from the counter but the wait was short. I was totally pleased with the service. The car return process was smooth.

We had a very bad experience with Hertz and would never rent from them again. We had paid $887 to rent the car ahead of time. When we got to the counter they told us we owed them an extra $300 for "fees". After having the car for a short time it was stolen. We gave them our insurance and they told us as soon as it was recovered, they would give us another rental. However after the car was found by the police, they then told us they would not give us another car, nor would they refund us for the 2 weeks we had paid ahead of time. Do not rent from this company!

Horrible service, had to call nonstop for 30 minutes for someone to answer, asked why they were over 30 minutes late to pick me up and they said they had no reservation for me. I explained that my insurance company made the reservation the week before and I also called 2 days before to confirm and both times I was told I had a reservation. Now I'm over an hour late to work and been on hold for over 20 minutes! Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!!

My experience with Hertz was far from pleasant. I flew in to Louisville late evening. There was only 3 people in line in front of me and it took over 45 minutes for the counter staff to process these three people. I have rented many a rental car and this specific location was by far the slowest and rudest I have ever experienced. Additionally, when we got the car, it was not cleaned very well, it looked like the only thing they did to clean the car was wipe down the windshield, and even that was not done very well. I have many choices when I need to rent a vehicle, and after this experience with Hertz, they have lost me as a future customer. One last thought to whomever might be reading this; I have never given an on-line review before and I might not have provided this one, except that Hertz sent me an e-mail asking me to rate my experience. So be careful what you wish for!

Ashley Holden... enough said. After 18 hours of trying to get to Chicago from Columbus, I ended up with a cancelled flight in Louisville. With a meeting scheduled for first thing in the morning, making the drive to Chicago was my only choice. I walked up to the Hertz counter and Ms. Holden 's smile was the first thing I saw. She was so remarkably friendly and helpful. It really made a rough day so much better. I travel about 200 days a year - I have tried every rental car company on the planet and Hertz is far and away the best! Thank you Ashley!

The car I received was in good condition and clean, but had a few scuffs and beach water stains, so make sure you document these and notify them immediately to avoid taking the hit for any pre-existing faults!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I wasn't sure what to expect based on the previous reviews. When the Hertz employee offered an upgrade I was looking for a catch! There was none, I got a clean, new SUV (which I tried my best to return in the same condition). It does pay off to travel off season I guess! It took me less than 5 minutes to get the car and to return it. Friendly employees, swift processing and close to terminals. No pushy salesperson. There is also a shuttle.

The car was pre-assigned to the name on the account as a hatch back we requested to be switched with another vehicle four door sedan. Had a very good experience with this location. I travel a lot... rent 50+ cars a year at a minimum and I would rate this location as one of my stronger overall experiences. Two reasons... one would be the lady at the counter who assisted me. Her first name starts with an A, but for privacy sakes, I won't type out her name here. She was very friendly, outgoing, and professional. The first car I was given had a flat tire when I went out to the car. I came back in, and within a minute she had me switched to another vehicle, which was an upgrade from what I had before. Grateful for that. The second reason was that I left my wallet by mistake at the rental location. I called the actual counter and a very polite lady immediately searched out my wallet and quickly located it. She held it till I could drive back to the airport to retrieve it. She, too, was very outgoing and friendly. Really started off my Thanksgiving holiday on a very nice note. The car itself was very clean and ran well. When I returned the vehicle, the check in person recognized my being President's Circle and immediately acknowledged that he would email me a copy of my receipt, which I received within about 15 minutes of returning the vehicle.

Seriously the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car place. I got there after making my reservation and when I got there and said I was here to pick up the car the guy said, "I don't think we have any cars left." Really? You don't know that? He then went inside and said, "I am sorry we don't have any and then said that happens that you reserve them and then we don't have them." Again, really? What is the point of reserving it then!!!!?? I would never go back to this place. Didn't even have the common courtesy to call and say that they didn't have any cars available. I have a toddler and we drove about 40 minutes to get there. Ridiculous. Didn't even offer any other options. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

This place didn’t tell me my insurance paid for additional insurance Incase I got into an accident with the rental vehicle. Me thinking I wasn’t covered I got the extra insurance costing me 250 dollars. Come to find out I can’t get my money because I chose the insurance without knowing, when I’m pretty sure they knew what they were getting me into.

The staff are all very attentive with smiling, positive attitudes. They let you know what they are doing, and why, every step of the way. Horrible Service and downright rude and despicable. Don't be fooled by their online pricing, this office is a complete joke and if i could give them zero stars I would. My 8 month pregnant wife booked a car for trip to visit her family in New York the Friday before Christmas. When arriving to their office to pick up the car we reserved, a full size sedan, they told us that they only had a compact car and would not be able to get us the car we reserved. Sorry, when you're 8 months pregnant, with a 3 year old and luggage, the small little car was not going to do. We ended up paying more elsewhere but got the car we needed for our trip.

Terrible experience with Hertz office in Nashua. After returning my rental vehicle on 6/13, I realized I left a pair of rather expensive sunglasses in the vehicle. I called Hertz first thing on 6/14 but no one answered the phone. I left a message explaining the situation and asked that someone call me back. No one ever called. On 6/17, my boyfriend called the Hertz office and spoke with someone who told him they would check for the glasses and call him back. No one ever called back. On 6/18, I called the Hertz office and spoke with someone who told me they would check their "lost and found" and call me back. No one ever called back. On 6/19, I called the office twice and no one answered. This is a poor way to do business and I will be calling the Hertz Corporate Office to file a complaint.

Worst experience ever, first they dropped me off a car with a messed up transmission, then i had to drive to their location to get a new one. The replacement vehicle they gave me had the windows down when the girl brought it out and when we did the inspection, it wasn't until I drove away, rolled up the windows and turned the AC on that I realized the car WREAKED like cigarette smoke! I called the office non stop for 45 minutes until the intern answered the phone. When she did instead of offering a helpful alternative she just argued with me. If my insurance would let me I would use a different company! FML

Hertz was great. The car was ready when I arrived at the check in counter. I was concerned about the car handling our luggage: 4 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags. Whoa! When we got to the car, Hertz had given us a Mercedes SUV! Everything fit. And off we went. It was only $47 a day, and a hot a coupon deal, too. My best rental car experience ever.

She was on the phone talking so one... They moved their office inside Hilton Hotel, and it will be almost impossible for costumer to find because there is no Hertz sign. I was turning around the hotels for over 20 minutes trying to find them. They gave me a car that was smelling cigarettes and I don't even smoke. This branch in Topeka Kansas had given me the worst coustomer service I had ever received from any industry. Never have I felt more disrespected and unimportant in my life. I can to them with a problem and no one gave a damn about my issue. I was given a price when my reservation was put in and when I returned the vehicle, it had tripled. When I tried to get an explanation, the clerk completely ignored me and showed no remorse to my troubles. She half ass explained my bill then went back to her desk even though I was still obviously confused. Clearly the money is more important than the coustomer satisfaction and I will make sure to never go to a hertz ever again. You should be ashamed at the way coustomer a are treated here.

I rent from Hertz several times a year because it's most convenient for me to pick up from work or home, but I'm so close to switching to another one. I've had nothing but problems here almost every time a rent. From long wait times to not offering benefits of Hertz Gold membership, and so on. Last time I rented from here my car broke down in Western Maryland and I was stranded on the side of the Interstate 68 for 3 hours before they got a tow truck to me from the closest store. Makes you wonder what kind of care they're taking car of their vehicles if a 2019 vehicle with less than 10,000 miles breaks down. Definitely would never buy a car from them.

At the drop off again service was quick and friendly and the Hertz employee actually drove us in the returned rental car to the terminal. So, we had to return a vehicle rental due to a low tire and it was very quick and easy to do so! Unsafe Vehicle! On our way back home about 100 miles away, our 2019 Dodge Caravan had a flat almost causing an accident with 2 kids and 2 senior citizens inside. I called Hertz's roadside service and waited but no answer so I decided to change the tire myself. It took 4 extra hours to get home due to time trying to get help, changing the spare, and driving slower on a spare. Upon returning the vehicle back the next day I asked for the manager to see if I could get some compensation for all the trouble. Not only was James unapologetic and rude but he said we would have to pay for the tire and time lost due to it not being able to be rented while being fixed! He ended up giving us a $25 voucher for future rental. How is that any good if I don't plan on coming back? Just a word of advice. Do not rent from that location. If you value your safety do not rent a 2019 Dodge Caravan. They don't let you know in advance which model it will be. It was the rear tire that I believe was defective. The minivan was brand new and had just over 7k miles on it. I was on a straightaway and if it was something on the road, it would of been the front tire that would of gotten the flat.

Have been calling all day with no answer. When we picked the car up we watched them let the phone ring endlessly until they would pick up and hang up on the caller. Attempting to clarify our drop off because the 800 number told us to drop off after hours but this location closes early and doesn’t accept after hours drop offs. Was threatened with a $750 fee if we took it to another location (airport) that would still be open. Disappointed we can’t even speak with them to clarify.

RUDE!!! I spent over an hour trying to explain to one of the employees that I had to run a certain card, that wasnt working with their machines but works with other, because I was hear on the island for work. After calling the bank and the employee telling me If I didn't use another card in was going to walk. I asked a for a manager to come over and the manager told me that the magnetic strip was messed up and all he did was try a new terminal and it worked. So it wasnt my card it was their machine and after a hour there I finally got my car. I am a hertz gold plus member who was extremely upset with the terrible customer service.

Wish I could give negative rating to this branch of Hertz. Worst rental experience in USA. Don't rent from here. I spent more than an hour to go through a reservation. Hertz representatives were also very rude. Details below - When we reached the Hertz rental counter I was not sure if I am a gold rewards member or not. So, I stood at the regular counter. After a short wait, the Hertz representative told me that I was a gold rewards member so I would have to stand on the gold rewards counter. I asked if he could do the processing but he said he can not since I was a gold member. So. we went over to the gold reward line and waited again for the representative in the counter to finish serving two people who were already talking to her (clearly they did not have a reservation). After a long wait, the 1st representative saw that we were still waiting and he called us to his booth again and he said since the other representative is taking a long time he is going to process our reservation. We originally booked Intermediate Elite SUV Group H4 JFDR and he gave us a key which was a 2017 Mercedes GLC300 and did not give us any other options. (Time ~10:30PM) I asked if the car had android auto and he said he does not know what android auto is - again not giving us any other options. I replied it was fine, and took the car assuming (a mistake on my part) a Prestige series car is bound to have android auto. We went to the car and checked but could not figure out if it had android auto or not. After a while, we decided not to rent this car. At this point, I moved the car from location C15 to A53 and parked at A53. I went back in and stood at the gold rewards line again. There were two new customers now and the gold rewards representative was serving them. We again waited for her to finish with them. When they finished we went and explained that we wanted to change the car to something that has Android Auto. She told me she can not process my request until I returned the car. I explained to her that I did not take the car out of the compound only moved from C15 to A53. However, she said I need to take the car out of the complex and then go to return - she can not do anything before that. I went out and took the car out of the complex and came back to the return section. It was almost 11:15 PM then and it was close to closing time. One guy cleaning the cars told me there is no one here to process returns and I have to take the rental agreement to the counter (from where I just came). Luckily, one representative showed up and processed my return. He also told the representative about the return using his walkie-talkie. I went back into the complex and went to the gold rewards representative in the counter. When I told her that I returned the car she again called return section for mileage using her walkie-talkie. The person who handled my return was clearly annoyed when she asked about the mileage because he also knew I just droved from C15 to the return section (less than a mile). After confirming she told me if I wanted something similar to what I rented (prestige series) and wanted android auto I will need to pay $30 per day extra or I could have a 2019 Impala which is a downgrade from what I originally rented. I did not want to pay extra and took the Impala. After all this, her behavior seemed like she is doing me a favor (Time 11:23 PM). Also, she did not give me the form for damage report, I had to ask for it. Finally, I saw clearly she offered drinking water bottles to all customers before us but neither of the Hertz representatives offered us any water. This was a clear discrimination. I regularly rent cars when we go on vacation. I have rented from Hertz and other companies. No one treated us so unfairly and rudely before. Every time I rented a car, I was either given an option or was told that unfortunately, they could not offer me an option because they did not have anything in stock. Train your representatives better, words matter.

I had a cough for a day before I realized it when I called the company and told them they were extremely nice about it and did not try to blame me. I am a long time Hertz Gold member. I generally love Hertz Gold Service. As a Hawaii resident who travels interisland and uses Hertz frequently, the service just continues to decline instead of improve. Some of the shuttle drivers are awesome - and they know who they are! Most of the car return staff are friendly too. But the set up at this location is utterly last century - and perhaps that leads to some of the less than aloha counter service that is required even for Gold customers. My biggest gripe though is the LONG wait for a shuttle. I typically wait at least 10 minutes, and yesterday, a full 20 minutes. It is irritating watching all of the "lesser" brands go by 2-3 times without seeing a Hertz bus. I have mentioned this to Hertz many times over the past 3 years; it is getting worse. Most people using Hertz have flown a minimum 5 hour flight to get here and often much longer. I'd sure like to see our local providers acting more like the Hertz Gold service on the mainland. I am seriously looking now at other providers.

Worst experience. Rented a broken down car with a drained battery. This was okay because things happen and nobody could control that. However, I have tried to called their hotline and they got us waiting for 3 hours without providing any assistance AT ALL (No calling back either). We finally drove our way back to the airport to exchange our car (somebody helped us to jump start) and the Hertz Manager Mr. Kevin provided us the worst attitude and the worst compensation in my life (Oh well, I can only give you 10% off for your next rental, like it or not). Come on man, we flew 20+ hours to Hawaii for a vacation not to waste our time for all these BS. We wasted 3 hours in the carpark waiting for Hertz assistance, missed our dinner, travel plan and at the end, Hertz showed us such “excellent service”. Just take a look at the queue down here in the airport. Nobody’s queuing for Hertz. There are plenty of rental companies out here. WHY RISK YOUR VACATION????!!!! Returned the car here. No frills. They are part of the hotel. Parked in hotel garage, took the parking ticket and handed it to the hertz counter in the lobby. Note your mileage and gas when returning because the car return and counter are far apart from each other. At the desk they said they didn't have any more cars that size and offered a "luxury sedan" or a Jeep. Once you've waited 45 minutes with small children, you kind of have to take what they give you; but if that is standard business practice it would be more professional to disclose it clearly when a customer makes the reservation - CANNOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE THE VEHICLE YOU RESERVED

Terrible customer service. The first car we got, the trunk wouldn’t open and the seats were dirty and looked like no one cleaned them. We went back to the desk and asked for a new car, and we got a slightly nicer car. In this second car, the key fob was dead. We went back again to the customer service desk and they wouldn’t give us an upgrade despite us having to go back multiple times for their sloppy job at checking the returned cars. When they gave us a new car in the same class as the old car, I asked if there was any way we could have an upgrade since they put us through such a hassle and the man responded “well I would just give you an old car haha”, basically refusing to even help us out even a little bit. He was very rude, you don’t say that to a customer who is having a bad service experience. We will not be getting a rental from Hertz ever again after this experience, which clearly showed that they pay absolutely no attention to their customers and do not value them. Do better Hertz.

I will never rent a car from Hertz ever again. I show up with my printed reservation showing a full size car. The person refused to accept my printed reservation saying he shows I have rented a compact car. I'm 6'4" I do not fit into a tiny car. We went round and round for 15 minutes. Rent from anywhere else. Had a problem with the car, took it back in, and a used car salesman guy said "these missing pieces in the wheel well might have let some water in and caused the horrible banging sound. But there's no check engine light (duh, and also wheel well panels aren't water barriers but whatever). We'll call you in a couple of days when we have another car to give you." A week later when I finally returned the piece of junk, I told the agent they should fix it before renting it and she treated me like an idiot. "That's just how that car is..." I raised my eyebrows and shook my head and she mocked me by raising her eyebrows and nodding back. I've been driving cars since she was in diapers and she shrugged at me like I would bother complaining about nothing. Pointing out that nobody replaced the car as promised, I got deflections and shrugs. The lot is full of cars! We can't rent those. You can't get another rental car within a week? I don't know anything about your rental. Threw up my hands and walked out. If it was my money instead of the insurance company I'd still be there waiting for a manager to show up. I take comfort in the fact that I'll never see any of them again.

My experience with the Hertz location at the Louisville airport was, by far, the worst experience that I have experienced at any Hertz location in the nation. I reserved a car with Satellite Radio. The rental counter told me that they did not have compact cars with Satellite Radio. After a significant delay at the counter, I was given a car that allegedly contained satellite radio. The counter staff was willing to give me the car without charging for satellite radio because I had to wait so long at the counter. When I got to the lot to pick up the car, the Satellite Radio in the car was not activated. The Hertz staff in the lot could not activate the Radio, so I had to walk all the way back into the terminal to the Hertz counter. The counter staff did not have the knowledge to activate the Satellite Radio either. The counter staff was willing to put me in a larger car (which I did not need) that had Satellite Radio, but not for the rate I reserved online. It was going to cost me $10 a day more than my quoted rate. Frustrated after wasting about an hour with this process, I told them to forget it and took the car even without Satellite Radio. To add insult to injury, the gas tank was not full (it was between 3/4 and 7/8 full). When I returned the car at the end of my trip, I had to wait 10 minutes before the lady in the lot could check me out. When she did, she could not check me out with the hand held computer she had. When she asked me "Do you know anything about computers?", I knew I was in trouble. She could not print me a receipt because of her inability to understand her computer, so I had to go into the terminal to get a receipt. I almost missed my flight because of the delay in the Hertz lot and having to go to the counter to get my receipt. And I was charged more for my rental than was quoted on my reservation. Even though it was only a few dollars more, the principal of being mistreated throughout the Hertz rental and return process made me so mad that I asked the counter person why I was paying more than quoted. While she fumbled with the computer to explain the discrepancy, I was running out of time and was in danger of missing my flight. I finally said "Ma'am, I don't have time for this" and had to run to the TSA line. Never again will I use Hertz in Louisville, and perhaps never again will I use Hertz.

This is my second time with Hertz and I had a very swift experience with them. I go in, sign the paperwork and I am on my way. Returning is quick as well. Car itself is in good clean condition. My response here is biased by the fact that I did not have a good prior experience with Dollar car rental. Absolutely horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE service from Monica. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My boyfriend and I came to Kentucky to visit my dad and family that we haven’t seen in almost a year. My dad bought the car for us but my boyfriend had to put a deposit down. That’s whatever. But the fact that my dad tried to ask Monica simple questions and she started to yell at him and basically told him to shut up was unacceptable. Monica said that she can’t talk to my dad because he’s not the driver. Word for word: “I need you to stop talking to me and asking me questions because you’re not the driver— move over so I can talk to the driver!! Stop talking to me!!!” I couldn’t help my facial expressions at all. I never experienced this type of treatment before and I’m absolutely sick to my stomach that this happened. My poor dad does NOT deserve to be treated that way from someone working in customer service and he paid a lot of money in this company. My father, boyfriend, and myself are all very polite people and never once gave her attitude, talked poorly to her, or anything. My dad had a question about the insurance and gas because he wasn’t sure of Hertz’s policy but got yelled at for trying to ask a question. Later my dad went to pay his ticket from the parking lot at the airport and told the guy who was working in the ticket booth about Monica and he said to my dad that he hears a lot of negative comments about Monica’s absolutely disgusting, rude attitude a lot. Louisville’s Airport Hertz needs to do something about this woman because her attitude and treatment is NOT acceptable and a horrible way to be greeted in Louisville.

Prepaid my reservation with a debit online. When I arrived at the counter the security deposit required a major credit card. No cash or debits. This was in the fine print at time of rental so ultimately it's my fault. Hertz agreed to the refund but it will take 10-14 business days to return my $205. Now I'm still out the money and I don't have a rental for spring break. Also note when I arrived I asked for the manager on duty. It was 8:30am and I received a runaround that the two managers were both "on their way in" and I'd have to wait a half hour. There's more than five other rental options at the Louisville airport. I was in an accident and the insurance company sent me to hertz for a rental until my vehicle repair was finished. This company is horrible. The representative was not very friendly and he took the survey for me in which one of the questions stated is the car clean on the inside and outside. He put Yes. The car is absolutely dirty on both the inside and outside with a subtle bad smell. I’m so upset with this experience. I’m currently working on exchanging cars if possible. The only reason for the one star is 0 was not available I have rented from many rental companies including Hertz in the past however this experience by far is the worst. I flew into to Louisville KY 9.13 from LA for my fathers emergency surgery. The gentleman at the Thrify counter was very friendly and professional. He handled my needs for the proper vehicle and also answered my questions regarding if I needed to extend my contract for another week or so, however this is where the friendly professional courtesy would end. I called the company on four different occasions two and three days prior to my rental agreement ending to extend for another week. I also explained that my wallet had been stolen the first night I arrived in town which included the credit card that was used for the rental ( explained my bank is aware they were my last charge so there would be no issues with the rental and deposit). I mentioned I have received my new cards from my bank I needed to update my information however with my father being in critical condition I was unable to leave the hospital. The young lady I spoke to was not only unhelpful, empathetic, inpatient but crass and rude which is the last thing that you need after such a stressful trip. I mentioned to her I would like to speak to her supervisor which she promptly replied” he will not be able to help you any further” and asked why I would like to speak to him. I replied to her your response should tell you everything especially having a sensitive job of customer service. She at this point left me on hold for 28 min and then I was disconnected. I called back and again no supervisor got on the phone. I then waited a few days and called again explained all of the above surgery, stolen wallet, police reports, fraud, and now my mother being in the ER to be told I have 24 hours to go back to the airport the original pickup and hand them a new card. I explained leaving the hospital with one parents massive surgery beginning chemo and another parents surgery the day they want me to return to the airport is most likely impossible I was told I’m sorry but you have 24 hrs or the car will be reported stolen and you will be held responsible for recovery So now instead of being with my parents I need to find a way to get to the airport 30 min away to give them a cc Really unprofessional for such a huge company I’m truly disappointed at their actions

They “upgraded” us to a massive SUV that would cost us 3x the amount in fuel. The massive SUVs tires are disintegrating and unsafe to drive on. Called Hertz to ask for another car they told us we would have to drive hours back to the airport to get another one. Their customer service transferred us to 3 different representatives, all of who were unable to help and processed to dismiss us to the next person or asked us to send an email. With all the options for rental cars, I would highly recommend using a more professional and safer rental company for your future rentals. Edit to add: half way through our trip the AC went out on our “upgraded” car.

If you're considering renting from this location (a) read this carefully, (b) examine the photos with a critical eye, and (c) think again!!! If you already looked at the very telling photos you'll notice that they are all of either very long lines, or cars -- no doubt taken and posted by Hertz. We're no different than everyone else who travels to Hawaii: after several long flights the last thing we wanted to do was wait in line for over an hour!! But that's exactly what happened! I stayed outside with the baggage (as did these people) where there was very minimal seating/room. My husband went inside to wait on a line that moved at an excruciatingly slow pace--partly due to the fact that they had only one person "running" to get keys. Despite the fact that Oahu is a very commercialized and modern island, their procedures were very antiquated--apparently they've never heard of a kiosk! When my husband finally reached the counter he was offered a "free upgrade" which he tried to decline. At that point the associate had to admit that a dreaded mini van (that left us being the DD's for nine days!) was all that was left. It was hot. There were no bathrooms or water available. And the silly people who were return customers said that it's "always" like this! Don't be one of the people who thinks maybe it'll be better when you go and take a chance (again, look at the pics of the long lines posted by others!) !! You'll never get that precious "vacation" time back! p.s. We were there because our niece was moving back into her dorm at the University of Hawaii. You bet we've shared our experience with any friends/family who will be going to see her and/or attending graduation!!

My husband, granddaughter and I recently traveled to Honolulu. We reserved a Toyota Corolla sized car. This size was not available so we were upgraded to a Chrysler 300 for the same rate. I wish I could leave zero stars. Four days ago my Hertz rental car broke down after only driving for 40 minutes leaving me stranded on the side of a busy highway. Their (rude) customer service sent AAA to the wrong location so I was stuck there for 2.5 hours. When they finally arrived, they drove me to the “nearest” Hertz location to the Louisville airport location whereupon the manager there said I’d get another car — but at full price. He tried to sound generous that he could offer a voucher on a future rental, however. Initially he didn’t even apologize for my experience that day. My multiple calls have gone unanswered - and in fact I've now received two robo-calls from them saying that I need to return the car. I’d rather walk 20 miles then ever deal with this company again. Stay away from Hertz!!!

Upset about their tactics, makes them no better than the rest of rentals in the same building. After arguing they then magically found a vehicle that I ordered. Got a flat tire and I was never offered coverage for that they claim I was. Then i was charged 200 dollars additionally to use a debit card which I again was not told would be charged. I was under the i.pression they needed a card on file. The lady charged my card without my knowledge. So if you like a hard time and lies followed by deception go to this car rental service it will be alot of fun. And try to call them to speak with a manager everytime I did they were at lunch and I dont know anyone who can eat that many lunches in a single shift. I cannot wait to return this vehicle and be permanently done with them.

They presented me with a car that was not clean, and still had things in it from the previous renter-they also didn't go over the policy or contracts-they told me their "signing machine" was broken and to simply "sign here" and that they would cover the important things. I recently visited Oahu, Hawaii. I set up my rental at Hertz at the airport online about a week in advance. The process when we had arrived was quick and painless. I was offered an upgrade and initially said no thanks... but was extended an extra discount and decided what the heck. For an extra hundred bucks I would get to drive a Mercedes for the next 5 days. The car was immaculate. It was also a hybrid with many driving settings which seemed to come in handy. I drove 303 miles in comfort and style with less than 1 tank of gas which I had prepaid for. Drop off of the car at the airport was super convenient and easy. Great experience!

Where to begin. At first I picked up my 7 passenger vehicle with no problem. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. A few hours later my vehicle broke down. Hertz was quick to work with me to set up another vehicle and this is when the problems arise. I needed a specific type of vehicle for storage, that the rental car facility didn't have, the next thing comparable was a minivan. Now, one would think, that due to the inconvenience causing a 2 hour delay in my departing, the rental car facility would offer a free upgrade, discount, etc. NO! they gave me a $40 voucher on a future rental and required me to pay an upgrade charge and there was no manager around for me to discuss the matter with (more on this later). I went ahead and got the minivan with the upgrade and I just remembered that I left my garage door opener and another item in the vehicle. The front desk told me they would get the items and have them ready when I returned the vehicle in a few days. On my road trip I emailed the manager of my issue/concern (this was on a Friday, today is Tuesday and I have yet to receive a return email/phonecall). Fast forward to my return date. I went to the front desk and to my surprise they didn't have my items. No one knew anything about the situation and again there was not a manager onsite to discuss the situation. The rep at the counter attempted to halfheartedly call a manger, but the manager did not answer. Basically telling me I was out of luck and needed to come back the next day. The next day comes, I call atleast 15 times before making a trip, no one answered the phone. Finally I was able to reach someone to inquire about my items. Everytime I attempted to explain the situation, I was rudely interrupted. And was told I need to file a lost and found claim on Hertz website. As you can imagine, this was not a welcomed response by me. After 3 or 4 days of emailing/talking no one ever told me I needed to file a claim. All the rep offered me was an email to her manager and was more concerned about her just starting her shift than providing good service. I am still waiting to hear back from her manager. if this is how Hertz conducts business and treats customers, I will NEVER rent a vehicle from them again. This is the Hertz location at the airport in Louisville, Ky.

Upon arrival to Honolulu we were taken good care of by Nu. He help to release stress with laughter and he was very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Our experience with him was great and hope he continues to brighten up the day of others. We enjoyed our stay here in Honolulu for a few days before we realized we could not drive from one Island to the next. We booked a nine-day stay between the big island and Honolulu and was under the impression that we could drive or take a ferry when we were doing our traveling arrangements. Needless to say, we realized we could only fly and had to return the car 5 days earlier. We booked this as a package deal with flights. Being that I paid 500 up front I can not get my money back . I contacted Expedia and they attempted to make arrangements for us to have a car on the Big Island. We didn't want a refund... just wanted to insure we had a car so we asked to transfer the remaining balance. Hertz did not budge. They refused to help, but continued to ask if I wanted them to book the rental for the Hertz on the Big Island for my last 5 days. NO!!! It's crazy because had I not prepaid for the car I wouldn't have been out of 300 dollars. I understand policy... I also understand human error... Hertz has lost 3 customers for life. Not just this particular location! We travel extensively throughout the year and rent cars often. I never experienced a company who was willing to lose over a period of time for 300 dollars. I will not spend with a company who is not willing to make sure their customers are taken care of. This was a learning experience for me and those who I am travelling with. I am grateful to have been able to pay for the 5 days on the Big Island and a plane ticket last minute. Hertz will never see a dime of my money again. In this case I feel that profit meant more than compassion and customer service.

Fraudulently charged my credit card. After six weeks of almost daily calling and countless verbal promises, the district manager emailed me screen shots of the refund. I had to file a charge back with my credit card company to retrieve the money in the end. I have zero faith in this Hertz's capacity to do anything but charge you and then leave you in the dark afterward. Demand an alternate location when using this service, especially for insurance purposes.

Patty Christman, the employee who checks the car in upon return to the airport, is always pleasant. This last time I did need to contact Hertz's emergency service. Troubleshooting was handled quickly and efficiently. (I had a keyless car and, and even after driving it a day, this particular time I didn't realize that I needed to have my foot on the break to start the car.

I was guaranteed an after hours drop off would not be an issue. On the day of my planned rental, the office did not answer the phone. I tried for 30 mins straight without success reaching the office. I finally called the national number and was told there is absolutely no after hours return and I would have to keep the car an extra 2 days and would not be reimbursed for the extra charges due to their office lack of knowledge or false promises. I immediately cancelled my reservation and instead used Uber. After reading other reviews, I will also be checking my credit card for false charges.

Staff aren't transparent about fees, even when asked. During initial rental, just after sending my car to the shop for hitting a deer, I asked, "Is this car covered by my insurance?" The response was, "Yes." What wasn't mentioned to me was, while the daily rate for the vehicle fell under my per diem, the additional approx. $14/day for city, county and state taxes and fees would exceed my per diem. $123 in charges to my credit card the day after I turned in my vehicle were quite the surprise. To make matters worse, when I called to ask about the charges, the explanation in charges was made but no option to remove them based on the earlier conversation. "We even gave you a larger vehicle for a smaller vehicle price." I never asked for that, only told they had one vehicle available the day I rented. I also rather enjoy driving smaller cars so this wasn't a gift to me. The rental department of my auto insurance called to try and work it out and was told that they did not misrepresent themselves during the conversation in question. And when I called to speak with M. Hobart, the manager of the location, he was as lovely as could be about it, said he'd look into it and call me back, and I never heard from him. I'm eating the $123 at this point because I'm sick of the issue, but you bet I'll never rent from that location again and neither will my network if I have anything to say about it.

Line was extremely long. Staff was short. 3 counters went on break. Plus if you are a gold member it only counts if you booked on there website. So make sure you are in the right line if not you’ll end up like me and wasting 1:30hr to get you're rental. I flew in on a sat 11:30 am. Took over 1:30 hours to get my rental to me. Ive rented trough enterprise 20 min wait. There system for check in is a lot faster, technology seems to play a better customer experience at least in my end. Hertz im writing this hopefully you can adjust to market demand, in a corporate world you have to adjust for better customer experience. Other than this issue the attendant was very helpful.

I prepaid for a compact car. I arrived and was given a full-size car. I told my rep at the desk I would be driving about 400 miles and need a fuel-efficient car. Andy the manager jumped in and said he can't do anything. That at least he saved me a car. By his estimates, a compact gets only 10 more mpg and said that a 10 mpg difference was nothing. I also reminded him I had prepaid. He said he didn't see the importance. I explained that since I already paid over a week ago, he had advance notice that I was certain to arrive to pick up a compact. He said if I don't want the car, he would be happy to cancel my reservation, but offered no other solution or compromise. Then he and the rest of the staff ignored me as I remained standing at the counter. I reluctantly accepted a full-size car since there wasn't time to find an alternative. I won't be returning, surprised by this experience at a Hertz.

I use Hertz all the time, and travel to Oahu at least four times a year, this location has done a lot of remodeling that really makes it easy to pickup your vehicle when exiting the airport, I have had to exchange vehicles twice on separate occasions (over a span of years) due to not being cleaned properly, but the vehicles themselves were good and the customer service is always willing to make things right!

Best rental company HANDS DOWN. Booked online with another company and was told I booked the wrong location and that they were out of cars. After checking two other rental companies we approached the Hertz counter. We were greeted by Jack and he immediately went above and beyond to help us and ease my anxiety. (I’m almost in tears at this point with my toddler) He was able to get us a great deal, a great car and had us out faster than any car rental we have had in the past. Every other rental place in town had none. But that's not all they did... I don't use credit... Don't take loans and don't have credit cards... I didn't mind the shuttle serving many car companies as they are all located in the same lot. Waiting period was very short between shuttles. Counter pick up had a gold club section and courteous agent and my paperwork was ready to pick up very quickly. For that I give 4-5 stars. The car I selected, a compact, was located at the end of the lot (maybe because it was the cheapest selection I guess and it didn't matter if I was a gold club member). It was dirty compared to other Hertz locations I have used. Maybe because it is Hawaii and the standard is lower here or maybe because it was just a compact car ? The car had sand in door pockets, had bird droppings on it and the windshield had streaks. It was disappointing but I didn't want to make a big deal about it. For that I give 2-3 stars. I had gotten a good deal via AAA and it was my son's graduation. Having a small size car was great for Honolulu. I highly advise Hertz Oahu to pick up that aspect of expectation as some clients might be looking elsewhere.

They charge an $13 a day for authorize drivers (including spouses). When, we turned in our car, they didn't print out a receipt. I had to go into the airport to get a receipt. Thank goodness I did, because the person checking the car in, checked the car in as having less than a full tank of gas. They wanted to charge an extra $90+ for refueling. The lady at the desk couldn't get someone outside to answer her calls, so she had to go out there and look for herself. The car was on full. The lady at the desk (didn't get her name) was the one who caught the mistake. She was very helpful. If I chose not to go in and get a receipt, I would have never known they were charging me more than I was supposed to be charged.

We are Hertz Gold members (but will soon be cancelling and switching to Enterprise Rent A Car) to pick up our reserved rental car. Went to the Hertz Gold counter which had ZERO people waiting (see pics), and were told by a very UNHELPFUL Hertz counter person that we needed to wait in the 15+ person standard line due to the fact that we are booked through Priceline. This location also serves as a Penske truck rental. I was able to get a dock-height 26 foot truck with no prior notice, used for 110 miles for a total of $270. You will not see the trucks stored at this location, as there is no room for them here. Do not worry, they are just parked a couple blocks north. Truck was in excellent condition, and drove well. Worst company/customer service ever! Could not get a hold of them. They'd answer, ask me to hold, I said no and they automatically put me on hold for 20 minutes!! Then put me through to their voicemail. This was the 3rd time of trying to get through to them. I left a message to speak to a manager and NEVER got a call back. Called the insurance company to find out what to do, 48 hours later I heard back from them to reserve a car and schedule a time and place for pickup. They promised they would be at the scheduled place and time and I was good to go. Half an hour of waiting at scheduled time and place = no show...tried to call to find out what's going on...and here we go again with not picking up/automatically putting me on hold. Called Enterprise...they were with me in 5 minutes!!! Will NEVER use Hertz again.

Hertz was a great car provider for our trip on Oahu to Northshore. We had (6) adults with bags. We were able to get a 4 x 4 vehicle that was for a period of 8 days for under $386. Amazing price I think. The car was great, until we discovered it had a flat tire in the morning. Some road debris damaged it. They wanted $75.00 to come change it and then wanted us to drive it to their shop for a fix. Instead I called AAA who came out and changed it to the spare, then we used it to get to the airport and turned it back in. Not too much of a problem, just surprised at a charge when I also had the extra coverage for insurance... whatever. The staff are wonderful and the car was super.

Awful experience. I was assigned to this location after a car accident and first they gave me a compact car rather than an intermediate. The car I was given was damaged in several places including all 4 hubcaps. On the 3rd day with my rental the tire pressure light comes on and when we tried to put air in the tire we can't because the hubcap is bent over the valve. I called to let them know and the rep who answers cuts me off and tells me they don't have any other cars to switch out for and I have to take it to Firestone, where they weren't even able to give me a time frame for when the car would be fixed.

Aside that the car pick up is not at the Rental Car curbside bus area (Hertz Honolulu needs to put a sign on the post across the street from the Delta baggage claim that the pick up is on the other side of the building across the street which cannot be seen from the curbside bus pick up where other rental services pick their customers up) everything went smoothly after the initial confusion waiting at the wrong area. Being a AAA Hertz Gold member helps with the gas charges much lower then without it. It's convenient to just not bother with finding a gas station to fill up at with this location coming off of the freeway right into the airport Rental Car Return area.

I get a discount from my employer to go through a few rental companies and I’ve always chosen Hertz. I’ve rented probably 4 times in 12 months. I’ve never had phenomenal customer service but I’ve had a car. Today, I arrived to return my rental and spoke with the most disinterested worker, not one but three employees. This was the worst car rental experience ever. Service was simply unacceptable. The location shows as on airport, but it is 17 miles away. We tried to cancel, but they would charge $200 for cancelation 5 weeks before the rental time. Getting the car ready took 1.5 hrs. They would not give us a pickup or a lift anywhere, had to take a taxi. Car displayed Maintenance Required. They gave us two set of keys, one from another car, had to call them to pick it up. Do not use Hertz and do not use this location.

***Responding to owners comments*** I tried accessing website but after filling in my entire details it gives me a reply stating the request is not valid (see attached snapshot), I tried calling the number but it says we are facing higher than normal call volumes, if it was a grievance cell line that was shared, then I guess you guys have a lot of grievances for sure. Well I must appreciate your gesture to try to look at the issue after 3 months but I must add, it doesn't work that way & it didnt. I would definitely not recommend Hertz to any of my colleagues or corporate passengers. One of the most unprofessional services. The team doesn't honor whats been booked online & is exhibited as a final rate including charges & taxes on the booking receipt. The team presented almost double the rate than booked online once I reached the office quoting multiple reasons. Wouldn't recommend to any especially corporate passengers.
