My experience with Hertz was the worst!! I turned my car in on Monday and after 5 days my account still wasn't closed out so I had to keep calling until they did something. Who knows how long they would have kept my deposit for. On top of that the car was in awful condition and they didn't have much of a selection. Do not do business with this company they will rip you off every time and then not give you a direct answer as to why!!

You guys got to get your stuff together I called and asked a simple question what would it cost me to rent a car for 4 days at the credit card put me on hold forever I felt a little like I was disrespected in the hold music is hideous

I had a reservation with another car rental company for Easter Sunday. To ensure they were open on Easter Sunday, I called them twice. Both times, they said they were open. When we arrived at the Amtrak train station in Orlando, FL on Easter Sunday, we called for a pickup. To my surprise, they were closed. We went to the Hertz counter at the train station and met Phillip. We explained the situation to him. He didn't have a car available for us at that moment but he was able to get us a car from their main lot. He went to his main lot, picked up the car and drove it to the train station . Thank you Phillip!!!!!

Great price on car unfortunately it comes at the price of them nickel and diamond you for everything. If you must rent go with Enterprise.

Horrible service! Placed a reservation online and we could not get a car because we did not have a paper bill whilst using a debit card. Who brings a paper bill out of town with them? No where online does it say that you must have a paper copy of your phone/utility bill when using a debit card when reserving the car! Lady at the counter was very rude!
