I have bought three cars from David Carlyle at Enterprise. I've told him and his colleague Amanda that I'd never buy a car anywhere else. I bought a 2016 Camry, a 2016 Corolla for my sister and most recently, a 2017 Hyundai hatchback for my second car. The Camry is truly a luxury car. My sister loves her Corolla and my new Hyundai is a delight. My wife loved it at first sight and I really like driving it. I took one of our cats to the vet last night. For our dog, it’s really neat how I can just fold back seats down and put some old blanket down and have a great doggie space! And reversing the process to back seating takes about two seconds. I’m telling anyone I know who is thinking about buying a car to reach out to Enterprise first.

Enterprise did not inspect the car before allowing me to have it. There were 5 different things that were addressed and they kept saying it was a OLD CAR. Mind you It was a 2017, they kept saying they couldn't fix anything finally after pursuing the matter Samantha who is in charge eventually reconsidered and made sure everything got done, she fought me the whole way!! The only good thing came out of this sale was the fact my car runs great!! The sales person was very nice but she didn't bring anything to my attention nor did she try to get anything fixed on my vehicle nobody cared but me. Clearly satisfying the customer is not their #1 goal!! I will never buy here again!! Not having my vehicle was a big inconvenience I wasn't able to make money for those days. Samatha had a attitude the entire time she wanted me to take the car like it was and I refused to.

My salesman Ernest was very knowledgeable and helpful as so was the financial department but when I returned rhe vehicle within my 7 day trial period due to not liking the suv they dont want to refund my deposit which rhe contract states it would be refunded minus $200.00 , its been 10 business days still waiting for my $800.00 that's why I gave it 1 star. They smile for the contract take yor money asap but drag there butts on the refund

This was my second vehicle purchased through Enterprise and it was awesome! They were able to find the perfect car first try! I'm a tall gal with back issues so a certain kind of seat is VERY necessary for lots of driving. With my first purchase I needed a Ram 2500 to haul an RV. The first one they found and had shipped halfway when someone realized the running board was rusted through. They found an even newer truck without one, and credited me the installation when it was convenient to get it put on. And WITHOUT changing the quoted price.

He was professional yet, very interpersonal, and dressed very dapper. I told him exactly what I wanted, he called me, text me. Saying I have that car u want. This is a complicated review as it has two parts. Part 1 is the staff at ECS Newark De. They are great, always helpful, professional and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with. This is my second car from Newark team(I highly recommend them) and third overall from ECS. Part 2 is about the company that is not my favorite right now. This is the second time I had to bring a vehicle back since it did not appear they completed the 109 point check they claim to complete when you purchase a vehicle. A message said my Diesel exhaust fluid was less than half full. If this was all checked and completed why was this missed. The details of the vehicle on-line (ECS Website) said this vehicle has a 35 gallon fuel tank. It does not, it has a 26 gallon this is a major deception or a bit of laziness (not sure which one) on their part and it cost me. I wanted the range a 35 gal diesel tank would provide and it is not to be. Overall the price is fair and reasonable ( I keep coming back don't I). They fix whatever you find without question, give you a loaner for free while they work on your car. I am just really upset about the gas tank. I still recommend them if you need a vehicle (don't believe me ask other car dealers where they purchase used cars from ) Enterprise do better next time, be honest about the vehicles you sell and don't make your dealers look bad because you (corporate ) didn't do your job. Truth in advertising is very big to me and many others, I like to think I am loyal and even got my bro in law to purchase a jeep from you. I deserve better treatment, all your customers do. Overall I buy from you due to your people are honest and professional and always helpful. Your vehicles are in great shape and dependable. Find the holes in your system and plug them and I will keep coming back.

Amanda Marshall is by far the best representative of what Enterprise Car Sales is about. She is well informed, patient, honest, intelligent, helpful, and trustworthy. I dreaded buying a new car because past experiences had been unpleasant; but not at Enterprise. The cars are beautiful, well maintained, with prices far below any other car sales options I had looked into. The original car I had thought about sold immediately and instead of being disappointed, Amanda had found the same make, model and color a year newer, with fewer miles, and only a slightly higher price-I was thrilled. The financial process is a breeze and when completed, I was surprised and delighted to see that new floor mats had been placed in the car, front and back, the gas tank was full, and the car was detailed to perfection. Even more satisfying was that Amanda had allowed me to keep the car for 24 hours, prior to final purchase, so that my mechanic could look it over. My mechanic was not surprised at the excellent condition and low price, as he himself had recommended Enterprise to other customers in the past and all were completely satisfied. Then, to add to this great experience, after purchase, I had a minor question about the cigarette lighter. Amanda did not hesitate for one second; she had the car checked, gave me a free rental car to use, and minor problem resolved! Amanda Marshall and Enterprise are truly 5 stars!!

I also admit I may not have been the easy customer. I am type A and the boss. I like the car very much. The price is also very fair. The car was to be ready when I arrived for pick-up. It was not ready. Nicola also lowered the price $500 for my inconvenience. The car needed to go the Cadillac dealership for some repairs. I had it serviced in Bloomington and Enterprise took care of the repairs. I would recommend their shop. I would have given 5 stars if the car was ready when I picked it up. They did take care of all expenses. I would purchase a car from them again.
