I took my car for a recall, they gave me back my car with a cracked windshield, I called and told the sales rep, she was nice enough to tell me to bring the car back so she could look at it, but Sales Mgr, was not nice about it. I walk in to the office and right away you could see the look on his face as if he expected someone else, his sarcastic remark before even looking at the car was, "and whose gonna pay for this?"he doesn't ask to look at the car, instead, I guess not his color so I'm looking a hand out....it's always the way, quick to sell but don't take care of people's property...I will not go there again...thats for sure

What a pleasant expierience I had buying my new RAV4. The salesman, Angel Saul was Antarctic. E was so patient with me and answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. I am a senior citizen and I did have a lot of both! Hooray to Angel. The manager Anthony Copolupo was equally as amazing. He walked me through everything, explaining fiancé program and extra warranty years. Toyota should be very proud to have such committed employees. While the issue was a simple tire nail in our Highlander, Jim reminded us abt out extended tire warranty (I personally thought it was already gone...) and he was able to change the dull tire for a marginal expense. Came up from Brooklyn to purchase a brand new RAV4 hybrid. After looking all over the country for a specific trim level and packages we wanted. Our vehicle popped in their inventory. I called early next morning and had a very nice girl assist me over the phone. Less then an hour later I put a deposit down over the phone and we hit the road the next day to pick up our new car. Came into the dealership. Was greeted immediately by the friendly and attentive staff. At this point we were introduced to Joe Rodriguez. The salesmen we spoke to on the phone after we put down our deposit. Joe was absolutely amazing. Took his time. Hassle free. No surprises and no gimmicks. We agreed on 40500 out the door on the phone. And we walked out 40500 before purchasing extended warranty and the maintenance packages. I’ve had dozens of dealership experiences. Been in the automotive industry for almost 10 years. I must say that Toyota of Stamford is doing it right. Ask for Joe Rodriguez! He took his time with every step of the process. Explained everything thoroughly and really knew what he was doing. Made the whole process seamless. Thank you guys again !

If I could choose zero stars, I would. Horrible experience my third time buying a car at this dealership. The first time was good, second time with Benji was great in 2011. Should have gone directly to him and perhaps things would have turned out differently. That is not to say the sales person was at fault in this..the management is lacking in basic customer service and response and I will never return and I have already shared details of the awful experience and will continue to do so. Think twice if you are expecting to be treated decently.

Me and my Wife like this place. We were looking to change car to some SUV. Guys from Toyota were able to give us a good price for our old car, and we were able to get a good deal on new car. Sales person Jawuan was very positive and he is very experienced in Toyota brand. He was able to find proper car configuration which fits our needs. He stayed two days after working hours to help us with car and documents processing. Toyota guys know about quality of their cars and that's why people choose the Brand. Thats why they do not to press you hard to buy car, because customers will return back to them anyways

Salesman was very good. Finance manager doesn’t seem to know that new Toyota’s come with a 3 year 36k mile bumper to bumper warranty. He told us the Powertrain is covered for 3 years 36k miles and everything else is not covered at all. I was surprised and he said it was because Toyota is trying to protect itself. So we felt we had no choice but to get the 7 year 75k extended warranty. I felt it was deceitful and didn’t leave me feeling good. We found out after that Toyota does give a 3 year 36k bumper to bumper warranty.

I came into Toyota of Stamford looking for a car I could afford. I met Shaq right at the front desk and he greeted me with a smile and he was ready to show me around. I saw a car online that I showed him and he brought it to the front to test drive. I fell in love with it immediately. Afterwards, we sat down to talk numbers and we landed at a price that was right for me. He even included remote start for free! He was very nice and patient throughout the whole process. He even called his friend at Geico to set me up with an insurance plan. The gentleman in finance (I forgot his name, sorry!) was also very nice and knowledgeable about extra products/services. I went in because my side view mirror was slightly loose but otherwise great condition. They told me it would cost 300$ plus labor fees to fix. I asked if they could glue it instead? It was such a minor aesthic problem the whole thing didn’t need to be replaced. They laughed and told me that was ridiculous insinuating I had no idea what I was talking about. I left and I went to a mechanic who not only (without me suggesting it) glued it for me but he said that should be a permanent fix and in the offchance it wasn’t, he could replace it & labor including for under 100$. I don’t usually write negative reviews and I bet this place has done a lot of great things for people. But the customer service and overcharging was just unacceptable, hopefully this saves someone some future trouble.

HORRIBLE dealership. They deserve 0 stars. We drove 1.5 hours to look at a specific truck. We text the salesman when we were leaving our house, he did not respond (he was texting with us the day prior so it was the correct #). We walk in and he tells us the truck was sold the night before! Have the decency to text us back before we and drove 1.5 hours with our baby. They had to have known the truck was sold before we left, they wanted us to sit down and look at other vehicles when we got there (probably all part of their plan to get us in there). We went there for one specific truck and did not want to look at any others. VERY SHADY dealership. Stay away!!!

Dropped off a Prius that intermittently didn't want to start. I had called previously. There was one guy in front of me. Rich took his time to get the complete story, and ask me questions. It seems like the kind of place that would prefer doing it right one time rather than getting you through as quickly as possible with the chance of a bounce back. Waiting area is great with comfortable chairs, fast internet and, get this, a coffee shop. If you ask nicely, and frankly, probably even if you don't, they will drop you off and pick you up. I'm not going to give him 5 stars because the work's not done yet, but we are off to a promising start.

I had the best experience buying a car this week. I was nervous, unsure of what kind of car I wanted or if I was even ready to start over. I said a little prayer before leaving my house & off to Toyota of Stamford I went. As soon I walked in the Dealership I saw a warm smile heading my way, the gentleman greeted me immediately, his name is Besnik but Goes by “Bes” it was almost as if he knew I was coming. It all happened so fast. Bes asked me a few questions to point me out in the right direction and boy was I impressed. Not only did Bes help me find the perfect car in my favoírte color, but I got to drive it home the same day, he was so helpful. I found someone patient, who knew his cars and very understanding. I had initially rated it at 5 stars since the parts department had helped me source some parts for my car. I've revised my rating after my terrible experience when I tried to buy a car at the dealership. I made the mistake of placing a deposit on a car I liked. This was after the dealership assured me it was refundable. I changed my mind about the car and requested a refund. I waited for a week and no refund was issued. I visited the dealership in person and I was assured it would be refunded in another week. Another week went by and nothing happened. I made multiple calls enquiring about my refund and neither the sales guy nor the sales manager picked up or returned my calls. Fortunately for me I had made the deposit on a credit card and I was able to dispute the deposit. To their credit they do have excellent prices and 100% transparency on pricing but the complete lack of customer care was kind of shocking to be honest.
