Car salesman was great no issues there. But REGISTRATION was hell. Kept on getting different answers, they forgot where they put my registration, didn't mail it for a whole month. I've called every week asking where my registration is, get a bunch of different answers. Then when I get my registration it's the WRONG CAR INFORMATION. This is not okay, God only knows how long the new registration is going to take to come in. Need a refund on my registration fee because this is ridiculous

I recently brought a car from Enterprise Sales in East Hartford and I believe it was best decision I ever made. I’m a single mother of a newborn and I had short amount of time to find a car, purchase and get ready to return to work. I had express my anxiety to Chris Anderson an Enterprise Sales dealer in Memphis TN while I was home for the holidays and he told me to try Enterprise. He personally reached out to the dealership in East Hartford, CT and Kevin Hill wasted no time reaching out to me and start sending me options. Once I made it to Connecticut I visited 2 other dealership but when I walked in and met Kevin he immediately made me feel comfortable and like family. He even took me to the snacks area and told me to act like I’m home. We checked out the vehicles that I was interested in but when Anthony Digiacomo the manager came into area to introduce himself everything went from excellent to over the moon. Anthony not only beat my finance rate by 3 points that was given to me by credit union he made sure I left with the Nissan Rogue that I wanted. I never had a an easy car buying experience and I let everyone know that Enterprise Car Sales in East Hartford is excellent!.

This is the easiest car experience I have ever had. Enterprise Rental has a slick operation. I happened to have my car declared a total loss after an accident and went to extend my rental while I looked for a car mentioning the situation. Two hours after I went to rearrange my contract I got a call from Enterprise Car Sales. I suspect this is common practice for them. While I was a tad annoyed at their sales tactics I went in anyway because they had exactly the car I was looking for. It was sitting on the lot when I came in and three days later after working out some of the details I drove the car home. True to their word it's a no haggle experience. The car price was exactly where I would have tried to get it down to. They have a sweet deal on a warranty and roadside protection plan and the sales managers are hard nosed about getting you the best financing. I was actually approved without a down payment. The sales people there are really nice and responsive will work with you even after the sale if their are issues. I haven't given them five stars simply because if you live in MA and happen to come down for the car you are going to be waiting for the registration. They waited until the last possible minute to send someone up to get it registered so I was driving for a week without a registration and inspection. Even so I would still recommend them and I am keeping them in mind for future purchases.

They give me a low interest rate with little to no credit because I'm a teenager, with great warranty from their company and from the car's warranty !!! I honestly so glad I went there! I found the car we wanted online and contacted Enterprise's E.Hartford location. The car I found was sold but the agent asked for a few minutes and offered to call back with a similar vehicle. Pat called back with an almost identical offer for a vehicle that he had pulled from inventory which we liked. He said it would take a day to go through their check list and detail but that was a problem for me as I had a ride from my son who was home at the time. Pat said no problem and set up a local loner, Enterprise picked me up, and I drove down to buy the car. The car looked and drove like new. Great price also. We"re happy.

I had a fantastic experience here at Enterprise. I recently received my driver's license and I rented a car from them earlier this month. I have been in the market looking for cars for a while. A colleague of mine referred me to Enterprise since she bought a car from them a few years ago. I got in touch with a gentleman named RoAce who sent me an email package of cars that I may find suitable. Upon review I got in contact with RoAce again to set up a time to meet and discuss my options. My parents and I met another gentleman named Dashawn and Terrance who were PHENOMINAL in helping me get my first car. One thing that they emphasize is that they do not pressure you into a sale, they work with you to find the best car that not only fits your budget, but your lifestyle and your needs. I went to Enterprise with the intention of just looking and information gathering, but a few hours, signatures and hilarious jokes later I drove off the lot with my very first car! I was without a car for two years, and i really couldn't afford a car because I am a single mother, and at the time I was unemployed. Mr. Dashawn Wingate answered every e-mail that I forwarded and kept me informed with the availability of on-site inventory as well as my first choice with various available selections. Bought my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander on April 12th. Was promised I would get a second key fob to start and lock my car. Salesman was going to send Keycode to Lynch Mitsubishi and I could pick it up, free of charge, when key fob was coded correctly. Emailed Salesman after 2 weeks, reminding him I have not received Key. Crickets.. Called Salesman, got the manager, salesman has day off, will call later. More Crickets. Called Salesman again, got another salesman, my salesman has day off, will call later. More Crickets... Not sure how I can get a second key made, only Enterprise has key code needed to get another key made.

Buying a car at Enterprise is a great way to do it. It's great to go in, transfer plates, line up financing and drive the car off the lot. But the way they go about registering the car needs serious work. When I bought the car on May 26, I was told that Enterprise would register the car for me and send me an e-mail with the completed registration as an attachment that I could print out; it would be perfectly valid. It is now June 2, and still no e-mail. I called on June 1 and was told someone would go to Massachusetts RMV to register, and once they returned, the document would be scanned and e-mailed. I'm kind of nervous about all of this because I can't get an Inspection Sticker for the car without the registration. I'm totally paranoid about being pulled over for no inspection sticker. I had the option of printing out a registration document from my insurance company's web site and taking it to the RMV myself, but was talked out of it. If I had it to do all over, that's what I would have done. So, do your own registration because you'll get it in a more timely manner.

Not super impressed. The car is OK but that's about it. My truck I traded in was not paid off in time after getting the payoff amount and ended up costing me another $38 bucks. I found this out after the bank called me to ask me about it. Next the registration process was a disaster. I waited 2.5 weeks for my new plates to come in the mail, only to get all my paperwork back from DMV with a rejection letter. Come to find out Enterprise did not include a copy of my old vehicle title for sales tax purposes. Needless to say I had to chase down this paperwork then go to DMV myself, taking time off to do so!

Bought a new to us but used 2016 sonata!! Best car ever!! MIKE is amazing!! He doesn't miss a beat. I had drove 3.5 hours just to get there. My kids were acting up from the long ride and all the employees dealt very well with them running around and yelling. The car was VERY CLEAN and in excellent condition. WE WILL BE BUYING AGAIN! What a amazing wonderful experience!!! A friend referred me to Enterprise sales, because I wanted trade in my car and I wasn't having any luck anywhere else. I emailed the person who my friend referred, his name is Anthony. I received a return email asking me when could I come in? I then called Anthony and asked him if I could come in right away, without hesitation he said "come right in, we're in wallingford, here's the address. I'll rearrange my morning schedule." I asked him if he was sure. He assured me that that it was fine. I went to Enterprise Sales with very little faith that Anthony could help me ,because of my situation. When I arrived and asked for Anthony who I thought was one of the sales representatives. I didn't realize until later on that he was actually the manager. I was totally shocked to believe that a manager would handle the situation instead of just passing me to one of his representatives. I felt and instant connection with not only him but with most of the staff that was there. I really felt like family. Anthony went above and beyond to make things happen for me. Everybody is helpful, but I regret buying a car there, yes I was desperate for a car at the time But the car associate used that to my advantage and sold anything to me, the current car I even got that is under Kia warranty told me I wasted money and when I realized I didn’t want the car before the 7 days and wanted to change it, I was just filled with doubt by the associate not to change it. Now I’m stuck with a 2018 car with no features at all, it literally feels like a rental to me, next time I will be going to a real dealership. On top of that I was given the car with bad brakes, when I press the break a little bit it jerks and stops by itself. I really feel like I was used because of my situation, ever since I got the car there’s been so much problems
