I bought a new Chevy Equinox at Richard Chevy from Jim Kubicza a year or so ago and it was great experience. I never felt like just another “sale” I was treated with respect and care. Jim answered all my questions in a warm friendly manner. He was knowledgeable not just about my Chevy but about cars in general. He helped me make an informed decision about buying a new car. I have to say I love my Chevy and when it’s time to find a new car I’ll be sure to give Jim a call!

I did business with Richard Chevrolet six months ago. I had to rent a car while my car was repaired. Flash forward six months, I have moved to another state and had not thought much about it since then. I woke up this morning and they had debited my account for $210 without notifying me. I called and talked to an extremely rude customer service representative who informed me as to why the debit had been made. It was a mistake on their end and they forgot to charge me for something. This error had just been discovered and they promptly debited my account without informing me first. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Completely unprofessional.

We rented a vehicle for about a month from Best Rentals and were fortunate to have Tony Hayes take care of us. He rented us a new vehicle and explained how to use it. His attention to detail and incredible customer service was greatly appreciated. Professional follow up at every turn. We have used other rental companies --none even come close to the excellent service/product at Best Rentals. I can't say enough about how "easy" it is to rent here.
