Pretty good budget rental. just expect a long shuttle wait time. it took about 20-25 mins before the shuttle came

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Do NOT rent from here! Do not get a "Hot rate" from Hotwire or some awful deal from orbitz. Unless you enjoy standing in squaller for 3-4 hours waiting for a mediocre (at best) car and paying extra for everything. This is the legit the WORST car rental company.

I was given 2 vehicles that had issues, first I was given a Kia Sportage with bad hail damage and a window that was recently replaced, then I was given a Jeep renegade that had slight hail damage and need a oil change, finally they gave me a Jeep renegade with slight hail damage with nothing else wrong with it. By that time I was so tired of the back and forth I just accepted the vehicle, then they told me I'll have to pay if I wanted my husband to drive while other companies don't charge extra if you're legally married. Also to make it worse, no one that works on the lot speaks English other than the customer service reps, needless to say I won't be using this service any longer.
