Waste of time!

This company needs to be out of business. After twice confirming our reservation and getting a supervisor on the phone to confirm, the company refused to rent a car to a 24 1/2 year old college graduate. The rental counter was rude and poorly run. The girl flew from NY to San Jose and was rudely told at the counter to go find another company. So after twice confirming the rental and flying from NY to CA the girl did not have a rental!!! The rental counter manager refused to speak to anyone by phone and the home office could not tell me who the manager was. What the hell kind of company is this?? I am reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, which is affiliated with Hertz, they use bait and switch tactics to get higher rates from confirmed reservations.

front door service was so slow! the car i got was olddddd, smell odd, and the garage service make the exchang so complex and long long time...they told me that there was car ready on the phone, but after i got there, they said we were not sure you come or not, we can not hold the car for you... what the xxxx...

Sucks don't use them. They decided they didn't take debit cards all of a sudden. Got stranded with wife and 2 kids in their parking lot at midnight. Plus one of there employees almost ran over my wife and 2 kids pulling into the parking lot like he's in a rally car. I was gonna serve him up a Texas ass whoopin but he's still hiding from me in the back of the building.

One of the staff from other companies were quite rude and unprofessional asked us for a deposit of $350 just because of the license

The front desk personal is very ride, there may be availability issues were this close to company, but they will not help you to solve the issue, instead they might charge you more for a loner car.
