I got an autoreply from your website about completing a reservation. I am writing a grant and was just working into the budget the cost of renting two of your accessible vans for guest speakers to a TEDx event I'm planning for October. These will pertain to the interdisciplinary nature of and work in Disability Studies. If my license is approved and the grant gets funded, I plan to rent two vans from your company. Several of the speakers have ambulatory challenges. Two use power chairs. I'm just writing to let you know. I was comparing the costs of picking up the vans at your Glendale location as opposed to having them delivered to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This is a wonderful service whose time is long overdue--and provided at a reasonable cost. My wife's personal experience with accessibility products has been such that she had come to believe most companies in this specialized market are out to gouge their customers for everything they can. Wheelers Accessible Van Rentals seems to be a happy exception to this rule. You guys were a nice find. Thanks for all that you do. Mandy Morgan

Hello and thank you for making this available to me and my family! What a life saver ......so impressed with your company. Talked to Paula and Billie....lovely people and just got off phone w Matthew he says i need to talk to judy she is a pistol....may sound silly but i feel like part of the family so glad you are not corporate i retired a year ago...(Im 52)...and have been keeping my eyes and ears open for a door or window to open I believe it Wheelers.......i would love to be a a part of your business seems like there is room for growth. i have told everyone at Drs and hospitals about your co. I dont think the words out at least not her in palm springs wr i live. Great market most of the population her are seniors One simple thing would be windshield sunscreens that say RENT ME....so simple but effective I was at US rentals to rent medical equipment .....the next morning i spent hours trying to find transportation to get my mother to and from. i found your co. and friendly staff online....if there had been a windshield sun screen i would of for sure seen it Who maintains vans oil change tire pressure car wash missing hub caps etc? I wanna be involved your company so bad....if thats of no interest to you i would like to buy one of your used vehicles and do an Uber kinda service ( Mathew said yo might have a list of available vehicles) because i think its such a great service to people and there is a huge need I have never been so excited about a company and how it serves humanity Best Harrison

Just terrible, on the day of my fathers funeral, trying to get my wheelchair bound mother to the service, someone, presumably the owner let his daughter use the van we had reserved and paid for. Unprofessional, unethical and not how business should be conducted. I will never use the service again. Come to think it, I didn't use the service this time.

We recently had a van delivered to Scottsdale directly to our home there. We called on 4/6/2019 for a rental needed the same day and needing it to be delivered because of mobility issues with my husband being an amputee. The owner Ron was already on a delivery to Tucson and unable to bring to us as we requested and NEEDED. We spoke with a very kind, and informative CSA and she told us rest assured she would make this delivery and rental happen for us EVEN if she had to send her husband to deliver it to us. Well the woman's husband showed up at our home to deliver the van to us with ALL 3 of his kids in the van (talk about multi tasking), his name was Robert. Robert went over the vehicle with myself and my wife and did the check out with us, he also showed us how to properly pull the manual ramp out and access the inside with my scooter. I am a disabled vet amputee and they also gave me a 10% Veteran discount because of this. Wonderful Company, Wonderful People, Hands down the best experience I have had with getting a vehicle of any type for my transport needs and I have a picture with Robert and his wife to prove it! Thank you again Wheeler's and know I will be back!
