I went in for an estimate and worked with Jeff. He had great customer service and I felt I could trust him to do anything he could to make sure I was taken care of. My car ended up being unrepairable however he informed me prior to bringing it in which I greatly appreciated. If I had taken it anywhere else they would've cut first then realized it wasn't repairable and I would've been without a car. Thank you Jeff for being a "blue collar" kind of guy.

I took it to Rapid Collision, in which, Nate and Jeff were very helpful with getting my wife a Rental car and getting all of her repairs completed, and even doing a detail cleaning of her vehicle. My car was struck by a wandering garbage can during a recent monsoon. I brought my car to Rapid Collision to get an estimate, which I subsequently submitted to my insurance company. Even though the insurance company tried to deduct $59 from Rapid's estimate, Jeff assured me that my car would be fixed right. Jeff was able to work out the differences with the insurance company and was able to return my car to me, even better than I had left it. My plans were to take it to a local car wash and have them detail the interior; however, my car was already washed and polished inside and out. It looked and smelled brand new. Everything went exactly the way a great repair experience should go: timely access, good updates, excellent repair, delivered on time in great condition. I wholeheartedly recommend Rapid Collision Center and will hopefully never need their services again (but if I do, they're on the top of my list for ethical and excellent repair.)

Extremely fast service, quality work. I expected to be there longer to repair the damage from being rear-ended, but they made it look simple. Highly recommended. Though, they need better music in their office. Still, rating for service, not taste in music.

Rented a car from Jeff (Hertz) the place that is in this shop, had hidden fees and also try to charge me 40 gallons of fuel on a car that only had a 13 gallon tank. Rude service, will never go anywhere in the area again. Be Advised if renting a car around this shop.

We were in need of some body work after a sideswipe incident and chose Rapid Collision Center after getting three estimates. The estimates were very detailed and within $100 of each other. We chose this shop because the estimate was detailed, Jeff was easy to talk to and it was closer to our house . We were promised that our car would be ready in eight days and we had it back in five. They were friendly, professional and the process with our insurance company was seamless. Our car looked like new when we picked it up. Now for the 5 star rating: the INSIDE of the car looked and smelled like new and that's definitely NOT how I took it in! Also, it was convenient having the car rental in the same room where we dropped off and picked up our car. They have our repeat business.

Very customer oriented staff. They were relentless in the search for a tail light on a 1998 out of production car. They went out of their way keeping us up to date on the progress of the repair, and made sure we were satisfied with the results. In the end there is no sign that a tree had ever jumped into my path. Most incompetent body shop. Returned our car to us with fast food trash all over the inside and the entire inside of the car was covered in white dust. There is thumping coming from the front drivers side while driving down the road. Front drivers side also is squealing when we push the brakes. I would never recommend this place. Spent several thousand dollars for them to not fix the vehicle properly. Don’t go here. These guys are awful. If I were to repair someone’s A/C unit the way they repaired our car, I would be embarrassed with myself. I will be paying someone else to now finish repairing the vehicle. They also said that they didn’t hear any noises while test driving it after they worked on it. This means they didn’t drive it, because we turned around and brought the vehicle back to them after driving it for less than 1 minute. Dishonest people. Wish we wouldn’t have done business With them.

Let me tell you . If you are looking to be treated well, and get a fair price. You do not need to look any further. I walked in and was skeptical about the way I would be treated. I have been to a few body shops before and been treated badly. Nate was amazing, Polite, and efficient. Parts were ordered same day and put on the car with in a short time frame. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at Rapid Collision. A couple days before my appointment, my car got hit by a dust storm. I hadn't gotten around to cleaning it when I brought it in. Also my two little girls made quite a mess in the backseat the day before that I hadn't gotten around to cleaning up either. When I came to pick up my car, I did a walk around and couldn't tell where it had been damaged. That's when I noticed something strange. My car wasn't covered in dirt. In fact, it was clean, and the tires were shining! They gave it a wash for me! I was impressed. Then I got into the car, and I almost swore I got into the wrong car. The interior had been cleaned and it looked brand new inside too! All I had was a little damage to my rear bumper, but they took the time to clean and detail my car! My lease is up in February, and I was thinking about trading it in, but they made me fall in love with my car all over again. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Nothing less than professional! My experience was outstanding and my vehicle was back on the road much faster than expected. Initially took my vehicle to the "recommended service provider" and was disappointed when they disassembled the vehicle in places that was not necessary only to wright it up over the insurance threshold for unrelated damages resulting in my vehicle being totaled! Nate at Rapid Collision goes above & beyond to fix an issue. I had extensive body work completed on my vehicle in March 2018 - the communication was excellent, it was completed within the time promised, & all questions were answered up front. In May 2018 I noticed a part of my bumper, which had been previously repaired, was coming apart. Nate quickly ordered the part & had it fixed within 15 minutes, all at no charge. I highly recommend Rapid Collision for any work you may need in your vehicle.

They fully explained the process and estimated timeframe of repair. There was a Hertz right on site which was very convenient. I had never been in an accident before and went to a couple of shops my insurance company told me about. I was not impressed with any of them so I asked my friends for their recommendations. One told me to go to Rapid Collision. Friend had work done then drove to Bullhead City kept hearing a crazy noise and come to find out they didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way. UPDATE: 8-14-2018 left post 6 months ago and you just replied. The person who owned the vehicle has since passed away and that vehicle is no longer in the family. It was a Kia Sportage Last Name Fest. And Jeff you guys actually did do the work because I was there each time for drop off and pick up.

This was the 2nd time I have had work done at Rapid Collision. Both times my car came out looking better than new. The car was ready a day earlier than expected (Rapid they are) and saved me a day's rental. Nate is professional, courteous and explained everything in detail. Price was very fair. (I did not use insurance.) They have a Hertz car rental center in their office, as well. Sarah is also very pleasant and gave me a great (discounted) rate. Hopefully I won't be dinging my car again, but if I do, I WILL use Rapid Collision.
