We had gone to the airport with reservations for another car rental company, but the corporate offices who we had talked to had overlooked the fact that that branch was closing and unavailable for service. So we were in a pinch and needed a car on the spot. We went to this office ten minutes before closing time and the owner was very patient and helpful. He got us all set up and didn't mind that we changed our minds about the insurance coverage at the last minute, he just printed up a new contract real quick and everything went very smoothly. We kept him late but he never showed any signs of frustration. He has won our loyalty!
