Prices triple as compared to car rental from sky harbor airport for same vehicle. Any money saved by flying Allegiant into mesa is more than offset by car rental costs.

Horrible...only gave one state so I could actually do a review. This is the 2nd long term rental we have had in the last year. It was awful. Didnt send me the quote to my email, I called got the quote on the phone and they said they would send it. Never did! Went to turn the car in and took over an hour and a half to check out.....then the bill was $600 more then quoted to me but because we didnt have an email I couldnt prove it. I'm done with this company.....never again!! We will take our business elsewhere!!

Mesa Enterprise did a good job. Car was clean and ready. The wait for the car was reasonable. There was no one present to check us out when we arrived at the car which was a little disconcerting. We were not able, therefore, to mention a couple of dings in the car's bumper which we wanted to be sure were not attributed to us. Other than that, all good.

We always rent from Enterprise although the this was our first experience with this location at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport. I booked a full sized SUV (Tahoe) as part of our package with Allegiant Airlines. I called almost a week prior to our reservation in attempt to change to a suburban as a Tahoe would not provide sufficient storage for our family of 6. I was told that they do NOT rent Suburbans at this location but I could rent from another location.... I explained that the reason we we renting from this location was because we were flying in and out of this airport and our departing flight was quite early. The representative didn't attempt to send a suburban to that location either she flat our didn't care. So I asked again once we landed. Same response from the counter agent. THEN we proceeded to wait an additional 30+ minutes for our vehicle to FINALLY arrive. Kept asking how much longer and the agent continually replied, "Any minute." Once the Tahoe FINALLY arrived I spoke to the associate manager, Jason, who told me I could return the vehicle on empty (it was only at 1/4 of a tank anyway) and he would call me if a suburban became available before we left Phoenix (less than 48 hours). Needless to say, I never received a phone call. Also, we were NEVER asked to inspect the vehicle prior to taking it. The paper work cited no damage to the vehicle although there were major "scuffs" on the drivers side door handle. I never got to speak to anyone upon returning the Tahoe due to having to be at the airport prior to Enterprise opening. This location has forever changed my opinion of Enterprise. Next time, I will definitely NOT use this location and possibly consider other companies for any future business. Thoroughly disappointed in Enterprise at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport!

I like having the pickup counter inside the Mesa airport. The representative at the counter was friendly but not pushy. She offered me an upgrade to a BMW convertible for a small additional fee. Normally I don’t accept upgrade offers but this car was significantly nicer than the compact car I had reserved, so I did accept it. It was great. The checking process was easy and fast, as was the check out process. Thanks for a good experience.

Our plane arrived very late in the evening and Enterprise did not have the car we had reserved. BUT! They offered us an upgraded vehicle at not additional charge. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Our son lost a blanket over our Christmas holiday. One of your employees was exceptionally helpful in checking around for it. I believe his name was Herman, and he took this matter just as serious as if I had lost a wallet or purse. I appreciate the time he took to look, he even extended the search beyond our rental vehicle and went to the terminal and looked for it there as well as gave me phone numbers for the terminal and security lost and found. The personal caring service went a long way!!!

Been a loyal enterprise renter but this experience was one of my worst. Picked up the car at Mesa Gateway, the car had a loud squeling noise in the dash. After a two hour ride north we decided we didn't want to listen to that noise all week and traded the car in Prescott. There they gave us a car that had a slow tire leak, went back a day late to exchange that vehicle. The computer software in Prescott did not speak to the software at the airport, so they had to call the airport location on both occurrences to complete an exchange. I finally got a tiny economy car that safely got us back to the airport. I am very disappointed that I had to spend so much of my time on vacation worrying and exchange one faulty vehicle after another. It really time to pay a slightly higher rental rate for a better car.

I have used Enterprise across the US on many occassions. I believe I have also used it at the Gateway Airport in the past, but had used a different company last time I was there. Service was quick on check-in and when I returned the car. Although the line was not too long, I did get checked in before my bags arrived and really appreciated the quick check-in when I returned as we were running behind. The car was nice and they had what I had requested with a couple of decent options. I made the reservations through Alligiant Air and was disappointed that fees and taxes were not included in the price so I paid an additional $80+. With the additional cost the value was less than anticipated. I will check through other booking options next time, but when I did that last time I ended up with a competator.

Had a package deal with Allegiant, price was as expected, airport fees are very high but knew that upfront. Was able to upgrade at the counter for a minimal fee. Line was 5 deep but moved fast. The vehicle was spotless. All the agents checking out the vehicle and back in were wonderful. We left the handicap placard in the vehicle, it was turned in today and is on it's way back home.

Flew into Phx/Mesa airport. Went to pick up our car. The heavy set man, who waited on us was very rude. Very intrusive. Almost demeaning. Asked where we are going. Where are we staying. Who are are going to be with. Really!!!! Wanted to give us a full size truck instead of the suv we rented, and it was more expensive. Not happy at all. Will definitely think twice about going back. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Easy in, easy out, fair rate, quality car. I would not rent a car via Allegiant again (tax is a hidden fee as they don't quote or charge tax upfront, plus, have too many rules tied in with the airfare even when purchased individually), but I would rent through Enterprise again for sure!

My wife and I arranged to rent a car from Enterprise, while booking our flight to Mesa AZ. We were a little surprised we needed to pay the "local" fees or whatever they were before we could get the car. That was a $60.00 plus expense we were not prepared for. Other then that the rental went smoothly and the man at the return was prompt and courteous. No other problems what so ever. I would recommend that all of your cars would be equipped with cruise control. I thought every rental would have that feature! Several times while driving across the desert, we found ourselves going well above the posted speed limit! Ken

The people at this location were nothing less than superb! I will be traveling to Mesa quite a bit in the future and rest assured I will be looking forward to these smiling faces. They get a 5 star. Please read on to find out my issue. Now I did have issues with the vehicle and I called the number and was automatically transferred to the national office messaging system. I left messages and I got not return call. I went to other enterprise locations and they were closed, so I was completely out of luck. The car (jeep) made some really funny noises mechanically and it even shut down a couple times. The air conditioning stopped working, check engine light and oil change lights lit up as well. Being in AZ with no A/C was pure misery and made me pretty grumpy and I was completely soaked by the time I arrived to my formal event with no where to shower. (A bit of an embarrassing moment). I will say this, out of the large amount of enterprise cars I've rented throughout the years, this was the only troublesome car I had. Please rest assured, I will rent again with Enterprise, I just hope the next car has the freezer option inside the cabin area. Respectfully, David

From arriving at airport and learning that the Enterprise counter was right there easy to find and it was fully staffed even at 11:00 at night so very short wait. A VERY NICE young lady was VERY HELPFUL and even went and got the car for me as my husband can't walk very well. The car was very clean and in great shape. Arriving for turn in was simple to find and no hassle to turn in. short and sweet. The ONLY reason for not top stars was I booked at one price and was mentally prepared for a sizable markup for insurance but not the OVER DOUBLE THE PRICE! The people I dealt with was very acceptable but the cost of the insurances will make me do better price comparing.

The rental van was great! The problem was upon return, the person who checked in the vehicle with a handheld device, said the fuel was on empty...... no it was just off the F for full! When brought to his attention he said oh it's at 3/4!! I had already pre-paid the fuel at $3.46 a gal. So he says well you will have to go into the terminal to the desk and have them correct this issue. So I went into the termnal to the desk. I told the clerk the issue, he went into the back room, came back with a receipt and said it's been taken care of. I looked at the receipt and started to walk away, it was then that I noticed I was chared for 3 gallons of fuel at the rate of $3.86 a gal which was that days fuel cost!!! I was very angry at this point and it wasn't worth the fight or my time. So I will not rent from this agency location again!! I guess it's to quiet there they can't pay attention to the customer!!

Excellent !! First time I flew into Phoenix/Mesa and I had some concerns based on auto rental experiences at other small airports (hours, location, etc). My worries were for naught as everything went smoothly. The staff at counter and rental lot were polite and very helpful. The bottle of water the lot staff handed out on a hot afternoon was most welcome.

We had a very positive experience with Enterprise on our last trip to Mesa, AZ. We had reserved a compact vehicle with our Allegiant Air reservation and upon arrival the young man at the Enterprise counter offered us a full size pick up truck upgrade, at no additional charge (apparently they were running low on compacts). We were there to help move our granddaughter out of her dorm at GSU and the truck proved to be invaluable. One of the other dads had reserved a truck but we filled both of them to the brim!!! Thank you Enterprise!!!

We had a good experience and good customer service. The only comment that I would make is that an upfront deposit fee was charged to our credit card which was not explained to us.at the time we picked up the car. We were surprised at the charge and we had to call customer service for an explanation. We also had a little trouble in returning the car. There was only one agent on duty and we were not sure where to stop in returning the car.

At check-in, I asked if it would be possible if I could, not only leave a major credit card but pay in cash for the rental. The agent and his supervisor told me, "No". They told me to pay when I returned the car. They said they would note the account, so they wouldn't automatically charge the card. When I returned the vehicle, they apparently had already charged my card and now the agents said it was nothing they could do about it. I was not happy.

I enjoy the rental from Enterprise. The car was good on gas and ac n heater but work 100 percent. On the con side, They ask for to much info on the reasons why you are renting the car. The wanted to know if your staying in town and location of where the car will be park overnight. To rent a car you need a credit card or a round-trip ticket. If you don't mine being judged on how you paying and judged on business / personal plans. They are good. I will not be renting from them anytime soon... Great company but they want to much info.

Enterprise was the best rental car price when booking through Allegiant. The Kiosk check in was excellent and quick at the Phoenix/Mesa airport. Due to the high number of passengers arriving at the same time as us there was a slight delay to pickup the car but we were well taken care of and given an upgrade. The car return was very fast and efficient getting us to the terminal in good time for check in.

Didn't appreciate having to pay almost double for renting the car from Mesa Gateway, which is 20 mins away from Phoenix Skyharbor. I then had a change in travel, and had to fly out of Phoenix instead of Mesa, and still had to pay for the alternate drop off. Really? 16 dollars was that important to you? Won't rent from you again.

The car was great. The check out at the Mesa Gateway airport went smoothly. I turned the car in at the Yuma Airport. Two days later I checked my credit card to verify the charges were correct and found that I had been charged three times and only one of the charges even had the correct amount. In addition to being overcharged the other two charges were four times higher than the quote. I don't know how you can make that kind of mistake.

I was very pleased with my experience with Enterprise. HOWEVER, I was disgusted with Allegiant as this was the first time I booked the rental car with my airline ticket. At the time I was booking the ticket for the airplane & the rental car--as usually a package deal is less expensive than renting individually. Before I completed the booking, I went separately to Enterprise to check the difference in price. It was about $40 less to book with the package with Allegiant, so I did that. When I got to Enterprise, I learned there was some fine print in Allegiants site about the amount did not include the taxes, so it was $91 when I got the rental car. I realized that was not Enterprise's untruth in advertising, but it was Allegiant. I am writing Allegiant about my disgust with that. I would expect that there would be some savings, even a small amount when one books a package deal as there has been with other vacation packages from other companies. The check-in and check-out process with Enterprise was very smooth, quick and I was on my way and same when I returned the vehicle. I will rent from them again, however I will always book directly with Enterprise, so there will be no hidden fees that are being collected by the airlines.

Rented a car in January and returned it within 24 hours. The bill was already super high but a while later when I noticed they charged me double I called and after much debate they told me they would refund my money for charging me for 2 days. After calling many many times and them promising to refund the money I finally received the refund after 6 months. Terrible customer service.

Called the number listed, waited 20 min to talk to a call center rep who routed me to another wait followed by another rep who routed me to the actual Mesa gateway number. After holding 20 min, am automatic voice came on that said to one was available. I just want to return the car, and they spat in my face. Never using again!

Okay, it's hard to get excited about a car rental. Given that, I think these folks get it right. Pick up was uneventful - even pleasant, with the agent making a point of introducing herself to us. The pickup location was convenient, the car was clean and worked fine, and the distance between airport entrance and the pickup (and later drop-off) lot was minimal. As a bonus, we received a complimentary bottle of water to go with us as we departed on a 100 degree day in Mesa. Finally, the agent who checked the car in for us was quite pleasant and prompt. We can't think of anything more we could have asked.

Rented a car for Disney getaway. Picked car up Sunday morning at airport front desk. No one at checkout parking lot. Car had major damage on passenger rear panel. Took pictures. Drove car to California and back. Turned car in. No one at check in. Walk to airport front desk. WAited to finally get someone. Said they were short staffed. Long story short they rented me a damaged car. Gave me credit for 1 day. Not a good experience

The check in process was very quick. I had reserved an economy car, but was upgraded at not cost to a brand new Nissan truck. When I returned the truck, that process was very quick also. I have rented from Enterprise for many years and will continue to do so because of the service and the quality of their vehicles. I have always been very satisfied.

Overall experience with the employees was very good. Car had an odd odor that was reported and dismissed when turning it in. Car handled well and got great mileage. I would deal with Enterprise again in the future.

Service agents very nice, however though I pre-paid my rental I was told that my bill would be over $400. I told the agent that I pre-paid and after his attempts to clarify the situation,he needed to get another agent to help. She did and they said it was a "computer glitch (??)". Not sure about that, but in any event after then saying they didn't have the make of car I requested they said they would upgrade me. Very nice , and again the agents were very congenial, but it took longer than expected to get the car. Return agent very efficient.

The sales associates at Mesa airport for Enterprise upgraded me which somehow doubled my original cost so I ended up calling to see what was up with that. The lady on the phone was very nice and fixed the problem to an acceptable rate. The lady at the counter came over from one of the other rental companies so didn't know if she was for Enterprise or a stand in. There was only one car left in the lot even though I had an economy reserved so I figured that is why she talked me into an upgrade. It was a nice car that was clean and still did good for mileage. Upon the return of the car to the return rental area , the associate went out of his way to help me to Allegiants check in gate. He made up for the whole experience and made it a happy one. He is definitely a keeper! I have another rental waiting me for my trip to Florida next month with Enterprise so we will see how that one goes. Previously I've never had an issue with this company which is why I use them.

Two small problems. I was surprised the charge at the counter was so much higher than we had been quoted (~$275 vs. ~$175). The guy at the counter said the difference was the deposit and that we would get the difference back when we returned the car. But half of the difference was taxes and fees (30%!). The other half was the deposit. 2nd problem was the person who checked the car out to us said both I and my wife could drive the car (but they hadn't asked for my wife's license). Then later we saw on the paperwork my wife's name wasn't listed and therefore she couldn't drive the car. I suspect a spouse is automatically allowed to drive but they need to clarify this on the paperwork.

We made reservations a month in advance. When we got there they didn't have our car and tried to give me a 4x4 V8 truck and I told them we had a lot of driving to do and want a smaller car, we had to wait over a hour and then when you return the car its across the street from the airport and you have to walk from there to the airport, Not a big deal if its just you, but when you have a family and car seats and a lot of bags its very difficult

We rented a Yukon and it was one of the best parts of the trip. We felt safe driving in unfamiliar places with the built in GPS. The staff at the airport was helpful. I will be booking through National next time because I am a small business owner and am part of the Emerald Isle. Wish I would've booked my original reservation through them only because I had to pay for the upgrade.

We paid a lot of money to rent from Enterprise because we've had good customer service and good vehicles in the past. Here, not so much. The bad: several people were working the desk, but only one taller young man seemed to know what he was doing; the others kept going behind the counter area and coming back looking confused about something. I was unfortunate enough to get the millennial-looking and acting young woman who seemed to mumble the entire time and then be exasperated when I didn't understand her. She also got irritable when I didn't take any of the upcharge options, and I could tell she wanted to say "you'll be sorry." Gave me a "free" upgrade I didn't want, from a car to an SUV, and did not seem to understand the difference between brand of vehicle and type of vehicle. We ended up with a Nissan Murano, which surprisingly was a Platinum trim. That's all well and good, but after using the SUV for a day it was apparent that the electronics were not set up right. I had to accept a Nissan warning every time I started the vehicle even though the warning said it would only be required every 6 months. Radio stations that I would set would be gone the next time the vehicle was started, and most annoyingly, the clock was wrong and also reset on every start. The car worked fine otherwise, with very good power and logical features. The return at the airport was excellent - very good person working there with great customer service and communication. My rating would be higher if the cost had been lower, but it was expensive for the counter work and the vehicle annoyances. Follow-up: I received a call from the manager of this location, Seth, shortly after this review was posted, and that kind of customer service is critical to me. Seth was honest and up-front about my concerns and didn't offer up any excuses or question my judgement. Based on my conversation with him I am changing my rating, and will try renting from Enterprise again in the future. Many businesses could learn from this manager's personal approach.

I reserved a compact car for my trip. When I arrived at the airport to pick it up the front desk representative asked if I wanted to upgrade to a standard car for only a little more money. I thought that was a good deal especially since we are going to be driving up and down hills so the extra horsepower would be nice. They handed me a slip that said standard on it and I took it to the enterprise car lot. Someone greeted me and grabbed some keys and took me to a car. The car was a Hyundai kona. I asked if this for sure was a standard car because I upgraded. The staff said it was actually an upgrade from that because it has a hatch. I’m exhausted after the plane so I just take the vehicle. They didn’t really have many in the lot. After I woke up the next morning and had proper sleep and wasn’t disoriented from the plane I googled the car. The previous night it felt compact but I had 2 hours to drive to get to my bed for the night. The first result from the google search is compact car. After returning the car I told the employee that checked me out about the situation. He gave me one free day because of the issue. Without this i would have given this location a 1 star review for lying to customers. Seems like if there are no cars in the lot that employees should be honest with the customer rather than just trying to get them out the door without them noticing.

We had to wait forever to get eventually to picking up the car. The attendant had to re-enter all of our data into your system as it was a package deal from Allegiant. Isn't there some way that that can be done ahead of time? There were screaming kids with the guy next to me, and I was a nervous wreck before we finally got out of there. It was a 40 to 45 mins experience. Way to long. No one there when we went to check back in. We had to leave the car, keys inside, and my rental agreement on the seat of the car. Don't know if all was well or not.

I have rented from Enterprise in my home town when we have needed a rental do to our cars being repaired. The service in Ogden Utah is absolutely incredible. Every time our experience has been great, friendly and nice customer service people and when we are clear with them on the cost up front it is always as we agreed it would be. We we were headed to Phoenix we booked our rental ahead of time over the phone with Enterprise. When we arrived at Phx/Mesa airport we had the same experience. The service was excellent, both getting the vehicle and when we returned it. I believe most of the time you will get what you think about, so if you are thinking it is going to be great it will be. If you are thinking "Here we go again, long lines, people that are slow," you will most likely have that experience. Every business will have problems happen here and there. Acceptance and patience are two of the qualities that we can all work on in this world. I am happy with Enterprise and will use them next time for sure.

Last minute rental after landing at Mesa Gateway and using the FBO. No issues with the rental, but an issue with the bill initially. The issue was initially resolved, but took a little longer than I would have liked. However, once they followed up the service to resolve the issue was top notch.

Other rental companies were moving customers through their lines quickly, Enterprise was painfully slow and not overly friendly. Pretty satisfied considering....I had the rental while my car was in the shop and I had rented it from near my workplace on a Thursday. On Friday afternoon on my way home the A/C stopped working. IT was 85 miles from my home to the rental location so I suffered through a busy weekend in 110 degree weather until I went back to work. I took it back mid-day and asked them to make it right. They gave me an upgrade and informed me they had this issue previously with this make of car and documented to credit me 3 days. When I turned it in the credit did not appear so I had to go back to the counter. There the customer service rep apologized, then after some tinkering gave me a 4 day credit, this was fair for the inconvenience and doesn't shake my preference for using Enterprise. HG

We flew with Allegiant which offered the best rental car price with Enterprise when booked as a package. So upon our arrival with a plane full of people whom 2/3 seemed to have chosen Enterprise also, the line was quite long to get our reserved car. Only 1 agent was assisting customers and the kiosk wasn't working. Enterprise knew how many would be there but failed to provide a reasonable amount of staff. Then the fees and taxes as well as the fuel return costs were excessive, ($143.00 for a 9 day rental) but after waiting in line for so long we just wanted to leave and enjoy our vacation. Next time we will go with an offsite rental with a shuttle to save both time and money. Enterprise staff was polite and courteous just not enough of them.

An agent was readily available at the desk in the Phoenix Mesa Airport to explain and demonstrate the new kiosk. It made for a quick and easy check-in/check-out process -- the fastest I've ever experience with any rental car agency. At the car lot another agent was quickly available to help us find a car. The compact model we reserved was not available, so he gave us our choice of other cars, including the Toyota RAV 4 we chose. It was brand new, loaded, and perfect for our week in the N Arizona terrain. It was also very easy on gas. When we returned to the airport a week later at 4:30 AM, there was no agent and no obvious instructions, but we found a note on the closed office outdoors and simply dropped the key in a box inside. Everything was charged correctly and sent to us via email. All in all, Enterprise once again provided us with just the right vehicle and excellent service at a very good price.

I always use Enterprise in my hometown so I booked this car at Mesa Airport as part of my Allegiant package. The line was long but a gentleman helped me to use the auto kiosk and I was on my way in a very short time. The walk to their lot was very short and I was upgraded to next size vehicle as special holiday deal. Only issue was one of the key fobs did not work. Drop-off at 4 a.m. was just as quick.

My recent experience renting from Enterprise at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport was excellent. We arrived around 9:30p but the desk was still open and the rental transaction was handled very quickly. In fact, we had the keys and had located the vehicle before our luggage had arrived on the carousel. The person working was very friendly and informative and there wasn't any high pressure sales pitch to add on extras. The vehicle return process was even easier the the pick-up process. Only 1 small hiccup. I used the windshield washer the first time and immediately got a message the the fluid level was low. Had to add some myself. Not a big deal. I would definitely use Enterprise again!

I usually have good experiences with Enterprise, but this time was not as expected. First, i was told that the pick up was at the airport and the return would be at my choice. Not true. I was infirmed that i could only return the car to same airport upon my return for departure. It was clear that i did not have a return flight anytime soon, therefore the rental would not be returning to the airport 63 mikes from my home. I was able to return to Skyharbor for an additional fee. Not as originally agreed. So, whats the deal???

We arrived after 10 p.m. and when we got to the enterprise office the two gentlemen had me sign papers, gave me the keys and said your truck is over there as he pointed. Only about fifty yards why not, only been walking in airport terminals all day! Gas tank was below full. The back seat was covered in dog hair as are our suitcases...now, we found this out at the hotel. Back seat side windows and back window had nose and tongue prints all over them! I assumed they were the dogs. When we returned the truck 4 days later, the young lady who checked us in replied to my above remarks with "oh, I'm so sorry", and promptly dissapeared. The truck was a Ford F-150 and was great. We buy our personal vehicles from Enterprise and are always happy. Just a little disappointed with the service.

I rented a car with a phone reservation from the Az Mesa Gateway Airport location at 7am on 03/11/2019 for a drop off at a local office in Chicago, IL at 5pm on 3/13/2019. The stupid blonde (whose name I can’t remember) who rented the car to me in AZ not only put a 3am drop off (the IL location isn’t even open that early!!!!!!), she also never put a hold on the credit card I gave her! How horrible do you have to be at your job, really?!?!?! She also showed up 2 hours late as the hours are 5am and she didn’t show up until 7am and another rental agency had to help us until she decided to show up. The drop off time ended up costing me over $100 more than what my rental agreement stated. The IL office kept calling and calling to try to reach someone in AZ but of course no one answered!!! We tried to file a complaint with the corporate office and got nowhere!!! Highly don’t recommend Enterprise, especially this location!!!!! They don’t believe the customer even though I have the reservation details to prove drop off time requested which was made over the phone with a live agent.

I was a first time flyer to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The Enterprise counter was very easy to access after exiting my plane and we were greeted by a very kind Enterprise employee considering it was 10 p.m. at night. We received the Nissan Rogue which was a very comfortable car considering my 16 year old is 6'6. We drove the rental for 7 days and got great gas mileage as we took in all of the things we wanted to do on vacation. When it cam time to return vehicle, it was so simple. We drove up, got out of the car and Jordan came to greet us from Enterprise. He asked us how our vacation was and asked what we thought about our driving experience. That was nice that he wanted feedback from us. Jordan gave the car a look over and we were literally on our way within a few minutes to get to the terminal to go back home. Thank you Enterprise. We always enjoy working with you for our car rental needs.

If memory serves, I had a manager trainee helping me at check out and she was a pleasure to work with. I have to agree that the rate are extremely high in Arizona - seems like all those extra fees/taxes are higher than anywhere else. The car itself was clean and everything we asked for.

Check-in was very slow. The agent was a nice young man but by the time he found and provided a serviceable GPS it took 1/2 hour to check in. We arrived on a late flight and the delay only made us more exhausted than we already were. He "upgraded" us from a Jetta, which we would have preferred, to a Nisan Rogue. The vehicle had terrible blind spots and we didn't care for it at all. The only bright spot was the gentleman who checked us out when returning the car. He was polite and efficient. He noted that we had filled the tank before returning and commented that we had purchased prepaid gas. I had not requested prepaid gas or was offered prepaid gas by the counter agent. Another failure of the young man at the Enterprise counter. Long and short of it was High price, poor counter service , poor vehicle and excellent return service. Not good overall.

The Enterprise employees that I worked with and saw working with others were very friendly and helpful. We had what appeared to be a difficult customer in our line with some special requests that was taking quite a bit of time so someone came out and offered water bottles to anyone in line assured as they were bringing (and did) extra customer service agents to speed up the line. They did pitch there insurance which wasn't in my reservation but they didn't try to hard sell it which I appreciate! (If you see this same review on Yelp it's because I copied and pasted it)
