Wont rent to locals without proof of completely unrelated bills being paid, or a credit only card, won't use a debit card, won't accept a reciept with account balance of card. Absolutely absurd. Worst customer service ever.

The Staff who assisted us were great, from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the two gentlemen behind the counter. All had travel information to help us with our trip. We ended up upgrading to a larger vehicle on the recommendation of the salesman and we were glad we did. The vehicle was a Jeep Cherokee and we were pleased with it. I would highly recommend this location. It's really close to the the airport and we were told that when we returned the vehicle instead of returning it back to the the rental location we could drop it off at the airport, which helped us greatly, since we were leaving at 9:30 pm.

Price was very competitive, Reservation was simple, Associate at the counter was friendly, courteous and pleasant, Car was clean and suited for my needs, Return process was just as streamlined and associate was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Girlfriends father left his wallet at the desk and they called as soon as they found it. All around very friendly staff. They didn’t have the car we requested so they called around and found us a Suburban. Couldn’t have asked for nicer staff.

Horrible customer service. Made us get a taxi instead of picking us up. Incorrectly charged us and now trying to threaten to send us to collections. Tried calling and talking to a manager. One is rude and hangs up and the other says he will follow up to correct and obviously doesnt. Will never use enterprise again. I'd rather pay more for a car than use them again.

Went to pick up my car & was told they were overbooked. The guy actually tried to redirect me to Thrifty, who I wasn’t able to rent from because I didn’t have my own insurance. Ended up waiting for an hour and a half at the airport for their other Enterprise branch to bring cars. Next time I’m in town I’m renting from another company.

was ok, but when we returned car no-one was at desk. and no instructions what to do with keys. the desk was open, way before closing. was told by another rental company that enterprise has a sister company. the sister company took car of the car. there should of been an explanation. spent 30 to 45 minutes waiting and looking for help.

So I moved to Alaska today for the military and had booked a car in advance with Avis, after being treated terribly by them and hertz I gave up and thought I was stranded. Nicholas at enterprise in the Fairbanks airport was the most helpful person I have ever met. He should be the most valued employee. I will never rent a car through another company after my experience with enterprise tonight. He went out of his way and above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful!
