OK front staff experience . Older RV. Went thru them because they are the only ones that allow pets. Not great but not horrible. Would only rent again due to their pet policy.

Service and staff was amazing. However, we've got issue with our RV Camper - it wasn't charging from the car generator. We realized it only day after and in the area without cellular coverage. Fair discount was provided for this issue during the check out.

This place is awesome! We just dropped off our RV that we had for the week doing 800 miles on the Kenai Peninsula. The RV we rented was very nice and clean and still new looking. The staff was very helpful and gave us good recommendations etc. I will definitely use Cruise America again!

Friendly staff and nice, clean RV! Had a good time through Alaska with cruise america and would rent there again! Should add a free or cheap airport service though, as it's not that far, doable. Maybe an airport shuttle for high season which runs at 11am and 2pm or something? to pick up ≈10 people at once. Just some suggestions to get 5 stars in the future. I rate 4* when it's very good, 5* when it's excellent.

Friendly staff, in and out quickly if you are prepared. Our unit was not underpowered for roads- v10, had 60k miles, decent condition. Remember- it's a rental, not like you'd have your own.

Enjoyed our trip. We were late by 24 hours because of wild fires and they let us cancel without penalty and when we finally got through we were lucky enough to get one a day later. Thanks for a good trip.

First, I should say that we had a great experience with all the customer service representatives that we talked to multiple times throughout our trip. We rented 2 RVs, and one of them was perfect! Nothing broke, no problems with the RV or any parts of the RV. However, my husband and I’s RV started the first few days off by losing its drivers side mirror, which was followed by the seal on the overhead cab coming undone. This started a slow trickle of dead bugs to fall down on the drivers seat while we were driving. We called during our trip and everyone was really helpful, though we were unable to stop and get it fixed because we were driving a “Cruise America” RV and we were in Canada at the time. But we drove it all the way home with no further complaints! Overall we were pretty happy with our experience. Thank you!

Replacement service for a broken RV took 24hrs when the Anchorage location was only 150miles away. Lost a day of our 5 night trip in a parking lot of a tireshop.
