Best rental place in town. Every time I go they upgraded me to a premium car or SUV for the same price. Very friendly staff I have been dealing with them for years and never was a disappointment.

The group of men I dealt with were and are awesome! The level of professionalism mixed with friendliness and courtesy over exceeded what I see normally theses days! It was such a very nice experience and I have rented cars all over in the last month!

I rented from Avis at the airport. The car was dirty on the inside and outside. Who knows the last time it was cleaned or detailed. Stuff has been spilled all over the door and just nasty. Their was also an odor. I had to personally clean it and put an air freshener in it before picking up a co-worker for a work trip. Interestingly enough, the guy who dropped another car off in front of me complained to Avis as well saying his smelled like an ashtray. When I returned my car and reported my experience, the girl at the counter made me write and explanation and would send to the manager. Of course, I have not heard from Avis. Will not be using Avis again.

Came in and rented a car,had it longer than anticipated ,kept in contact with avis corporate. After receiving threatening text messages from Mary s personal line I tried to contact the Madison branch numerous times and left messages. When I returned the vehicle (as Mary the mngr had rudely instructed) the lady at the front swiped my card for double the amount that Mary the manager had told me. Didn't tell me until I questioned it. Admitted they ran my card numerous times with out my permission. My boyfriend and I were talking about OUR CREDIT CARD and the lady starts commenting on our conversation about OUR card! She talked to us like we were on the streets with an attitude not in a business setting. Totally disapointed. As a local business owner I will never rent from Avis Madison location ever again.

I rented a car for business travel and there was no wait when I arrived and I was in and out in no time. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant. The car I rented wasn't as new as I would have expected but met my needs for the trip. This place is a sharp contrast to the Enterprise that is next door!
