Not only did she take time to learn exactly what we were looking for, but she picked out the house and ensured we got the first appointment the day it came on the market. She took time to explain everything that we needed to know about the home buying experience. Without Terra's help, my husband and I would have never found our perfect house in Cheyenne. Terra took time to not only listen to our needs and our wants for a new house, but was willing to work around our schedules to arrange tours, sign paperwork, and answer questions that we had. My husband had an opportunity to move into a full-time military position after 20 years in the reserves, and while that was processing, I accepted a job in Cheyenne. When we heard that his position was finalized, we had 30 days to find a home for the both of us, our two dogs, and two cats, before he started his new job. Terra was able to keep things on track with home inspections, signatures, and paperwork so we could close the weekend before my husband started at his new job. And because she listened to what we wanted, we were able to find the perfect home in the Avenues of Cheyenne. Terra was great! She did a great job with getting the house posted with awesome pics and great description of the house. The house sold in SIX DAYS!!!!!! She handle the paperwork flawlessly and got all the inspections done before closing with time to spare! Very professional with good communication and military back round which is a plus for the location.
