This real estate company is an absolute joke. First they told me I was not approved for a rental property but that they would let it slide and then seven days later call and say that I was approved. Secondly, the lease agreement that I filled out wasn't even the correct one and they told me I would have to fill out a new one so I should hold off on paying anything on the rental property. I was given the keys to the place and was told I could move in which seemed a little strange so I held off. Now I am being told to pay over a thousand dollars for a place I never lived in and a lease that was never correct. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone on the phone because they will toss you around to multiple people and you never get the full story. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Do NOT rent through this company. Worst group of people I have ever dealt with. They are completely disrespectful and they are absolute crooks. They came into our house before our lease was even up and threw all of our stuff on the curb, stole stuff, and changed our locks. They also charged us for things that we didn't do and when we tried to contact them they never answered us. They never do anything about work orders yet they mark them as complete and charge you for them. Don't rent through them unless you want to be out a lot of money and want to be treated like dirt. Rob is an awful human being and loves taking advantage of people.

Long story short, my 19 year old son and I were promised by JESSICA IN LARAMIE an "exception" to let us out of our lease that we used 2 weeks of (I co-signed a lease for he and his girlfriend which he then broke up with very quickly after renting). She said he'd have to pay for time until they were able to rent it out again, which we understood and was perfectly acceptable, grateful for their understanding. When we looked at his online account, saw that he owed much more than they said he would and called to inquire. After speaking to JESSICA IN LARAMIE, I could not believe the rudeness, aggressiveness, and unprofessionalism I encountered. Had she calmly explained to me the situation, I would have understood, but she wouldn't even let me get a word in edge wise. She was literally SCREAMING at me that I should read the lease agreement, like she never made any kind of exception for me at all in the first place, like she had no idea what I was talking about or who I was. So I hung up on her and mailed a check, cut my losses. THEN about 5 weeks later, I get a phone call from a SICKENING SWEET Jessica, telling me that we grossly overpaid by about $600-$700 and that they would be mailing me a check. It's been 6 weeks now and I've received nothing. I called and spoke to a different representative who told me that she personally put the check in the mail on November 28th so I should be receiving it shortly. It is now December 31st and I've received nothing. I believe she wanted revenge on me because I wrote a letter to her boss complaining about her aggressiveness, to make me think we were getting money back to get her kicks. *****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***** **UPDATE 1/14/19: I just received a check in the mail for my refund of $695.00. The check was dated 11/28/18... Grateful to have finally received it, frustrated that it took that long...**

I rented from them for 2 years. Worst mistake ever. Make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in. Document everything. Write down everything. Or just don't rent from them. If you will notice the only good reviews are from years ago, this is because they have sense undergone a management change. They will take your entire deposit, and try and charge you more than your deposit for things that were natural wear and tear. I wish I listened before I rented from them...

We actually rent from this company and they charge to much on late fee, it's 10% of ur rent and they didn't fix anything in the house we are renting now. So if ur looking for a rental place do not rent from this company, I think they're bunch of rip off ppl.

Please make sure you get anything stated to you in writing. Do not believe it when not only 1 person but 2 people from TD Real Estate says something (even with 2 other people sitting in the office.) They seem very very nice and genuine but get it in writing. I lived at one of their locations for 7 years. Before I gave my 60 day notice, I was told twice they would let me out of my lease because I was a good tenant and had been there so long. I would NOT have moved until the end of my lease if I knew they were not going to be good on their word. 17 days ago during the walk thru they said it was ready to rent and to date they haven not shown it.

I rented an apartment from them at 402 Miller Lane #C. There are 4 apartments and only 4 electrical meters, no 5th "landlord meter" for separate billing of the hallway lights. The first and seco d floor lights that run 24/7 were on my meter. This means they were being charged to my personal black hills account for the whole year. They did not inform me of this prior to my signing the lease and refused to get their own meter. I told them they DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to funnel the buildings hallway electrical usage through my account. They put a $3 credit on my account that I did not agree to. They refused to take down the light so i could see the wattage printed on it and my electric bill (even after I switched all lights to 8watt bulbs) was about $95 a month for one person. They are liars, stay away! Beware! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Currently renting what was advertised as a 2-bedroom house. Upon viewing the house the previous tenant was still occupying the location and had all of here things in the property still. Because of this we were unable to get a total view of the place with nothing in it. We signed our lease and moved in to find that the second bedroom, the smaller one we intended to use for our 1 year old child, did not have a radiator like the rest of the rooms. Contacted TD Real Estate in July, our move-in month, when they came out to do the move-in inspection and was also documented in our move-in report. Took TD Real Estate 2 months and threats of lawsuits in order for them to even consider putting a radiator in the second bedroom. Another month later and there has been no action on the side of TD Real Estate to resolve this issue and the night are starting to get very cold. When asked why they didn't do anything about this sooner they claim they were never made aware, the young girl who did the move-in inspection gave them none of the pictures she took nor did she give them our move-in report; this allowed TD Real Estate to play stupid and claim they didn't know this was an issue. Recommendation: Avoid at all costs. This is the major issue in the house but not the only one. They are very slow to get anything done and the manager, Bob Forvis, seems like he is missing a few screws upstairs and should consider retirement. If you have to deal with Bob, which most likely you will, ask him to write everything down. He tries to use his memory and keeps no written records and is unable to do this. His son owns the business but doesn't have it in him to fire or force his father into retirement. UPDATE: Spoke with Alexis who claims to be Tims, the owner, daughter. This girl has an extremely bad attitude and will talk down to you. Claims that she is the only person is the office every single time you call, which is honestly hard to believe. Starting to look like that office has some serious issues. Also, this company has a BBB rating of F. AVOID!!

I was very happy with the quality of service that I received both from their rental department as well as their sales. I would give them zero stars if possible they apparently dont know whats going on or try an pawn you off to someone who supposedly knows so they dont have to speak with you and the other peraon doesnt return your call.. Put in a application and paid a $40 fee which we never heard anything from the company and we were the first to apply. Call back and got the run around saying we had to do more then one application resulting in a total of $80 app fees to not get a call back. We finally got ahold of them and they said it went to someone else. Are you kidding me $80 later! This company has always been scandlas and crappy..

I am a property owner. Since roughly 2012 this company has oversince my house that i was renting. I have never had to worry about paperwork lawyers or maintain from the tenants or up keep of the house. These last few years i gotten closer with the management and have never had a issue of contacting them. 99 percent of the time they have had answers and or solution of current issues without me losing all of the income for the month. If i was to buy more houses to rent, I would definitely use this company again. They always found the best tenants.

If I could give these cheaters, law breakers zero stars would be perfect. I spent months attempting to get a larger place through them, all they did was put me off and beat around he bush. I finally just moved out to a better place. I was in the process of cleaning the place, then on Friday March 23rd they illegally entered the property and changed the locks. I confronted them about it and they lied saying tried to call me. Then to cover them they tried to give me the keys, then when I setup an appointment to give the keys back and be done with them, they illegally recorded me and lied some more. Nothing but disrespectful pieces of trash and liars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Ever! Let’s see how much they try to lie now and keep some of my money....

In my opinion, this company is HORRIBLE!!! I am going to try to keep it short, but I want you to pay attention to these reviews because none of these people who are wishing they could give them 0 stars are lying. I am only giving 1 star because 0 stars are not possible. In my opinion, TD realty is a fraudulent company. Either the staff is afraid of them, or they are just as bad as upper management. The manager in the Cheyenne office assaulted my fiance because they made us pay the pet fee twice. They then gave us a 30-day notice after the manager assaulted my fiance. Only for the result of the ledger that we received confirmed we made the payment. In my opinion, my advice would be to AVOID TD REALTY AND THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM AT ALL COST. I was pregnant, and it was during the holidays when this situation happened. Some advice I would give those who are currently fighting with TD Realty to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Somehow that is the only want to get through to these people truly. Again, in my opinion, STAY AWAY THEY WILL ILLEGALLY EVICT YOU FOR ANYTHING!

Royce is all about taking your money but if you want anything done around your apartment, it becomes a problem. He is stealing your money guys, dont trust him at all. This guy is a snake. He doesnt do walkthroughs in the apartment nor does he care about any of the tenants. Dont rent from this company at all please

Unprofessional, condescending, and possibly shady business practices (IMO)-Stay away! The list is long in the short amount of time we retained their services (less than 6 months). 1- We just received two separate and different 1099 forms for taxes instead of one (alarm bells), 2- We were charged for a plumber twice to 'rebuild' a appx. 20 year old garbage disposal instead of just installing a new one with one plumber visit!, 3- the owner obviously isn't worried about his business or the livelihood of his employees because he kept chastising my wife when she called to ask about these issues and others, only to be told that he was terminating our contract with a 30 day notice! So now, as out of state owners, we have to scramble to find another management service, all because he didn't like that my wife had to interrupt him four times to keep him on topic and to attempt to gain resolution for our concerns. So much for customer service, and yet another reason we will never visit that part of the Country again, the rude, head in the sand, ignorant to the ways of the world people! ***Part 2-The owner responded in typical fashion by NOT accepting ANY responsibility what so ever for their continued unprofessional behavior and replied 'This owner does not understand contracts nor the fact that Wyoming is a part of the United States.' At no time did I mention the geography of this Country or whether Wyoming is or isn't a part of the US. As far as understanding contracts, What I understand is that you failed me, the customer/owner, miserably and we will be more than happy to take our business elsewhere, and happily tell all of our fellow owners about this experience! In addition, as you stated, 'The contract allowed for the decisions to be made for the repairs needed' only in this case your representative cost us more money (and inconvenience to the tenant) by having the plumber make 2 house calls to rebuild an old garbage disposal rather than just replacing it with a new one (that would most likely last longer and reduce my costs in the long run) but they aren't interested in taking care of my interests, just their own. To clarify, our demeaning and condescending attitude is in direct correlation to your own. We enjoyed our time in Wyoming and met a few awesome people but far too often we encountered the likes of folks like this. Also, their wont be a next time for communication as you state, because you have terminated our contract, which we would have done anyway. All we wanted was someone to manage our property in a professional, courteous manner and to answer some questions about their owners portal but that was way too much to ask from this business. We have several properties around the Country and have never had any issues like this. Signed..........Gladly taking our business to someone who deserves it.

Possibly the least professional business I have ever dealt with. I have tried scheduling viewings for properties a half-dozen properties with them. Not a single viewing ever occurred. Often, their realtors wouldn't show up, calling in that they couldn't make it after I was already waiting at the properties. When I would try to reschedule viewings, they often weren't available until after the listing was no longer available. They even scheduled a viewing for a property, sent the secretary instead of the realtor, only to discover that the residents were unaware of the viewing and intending to renew their lease (unbeknownst to TD Real Estate) Would not recommend.

Filled out a "rental application" that they state takes less than 24 hrs to process after paying them $60.00 for the two applications (one for each adult applicant) 6 days days later we still have not heard back despite multiple phone calls and visits to the office. I can only imagine what it would take to fix an issue at a house if we were to rent from them. So to the owner of the house with address numbers of 5110 K-----y Dr in Cheyenne, I tried to rent your house but your property management company is incompetent! STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS unless you want to waste $30.00 for an application fee that will never be processed.

Approved & put a deposit down 2 weeks before apartment was to become available. The day of the move , Bob Forvis called to confirm appointment. Called several times & was unable to get through to office. Arrived at office & was informed that he had decided not to rent to my son but instead of letting him know the day before or in the morning when he left a message. He waited until he was in the office to sign the lease. He had already packed his belongings and made arrangements for the move. What a lack of professionalism by this guy & such an obvious abuse of power. CREEPY!
