Stratton Real Estate has managed my property in Casper, WY for a little over 10 years and now have sold it for me. Over the years, they have done a great job providing professional, ethical and no headache service. They took very good care of the property, kept it well maintained, and always rented. They were always on the ball, kept the costs down and the tenants happy. Their prices have always been fair and very reasonable and I have learned over time to trust their local market knowledge and judgement. When the time came to sell the property, they took care of everything: pricing, listing, showing, necessary repairs, dealing with insurance, managing contractors (I had to replace the roof in December and they made it happen in a week!!!), negotiating, closing ... and they sold the property in a short time.
